Amazing place to stay! Is a hidden gem. Gorgeous interior, modern yet cozy, a great place to pop in and out of the medina. It is picture perfect and very relaxed whether you’d like pool time, a place to do work, or sun tan on the roof. Recommend this especially for couples!

Thank you so much for an amazing stay! The Riad is SO beautiful, clean, quiet and cozy - and location is perfect. Absolutely loved the smell and colors. Rooftop was so good. The team is a story for it self… from start we felt welcome and there was no boundaries for what they did for us! Even when I got sick, they got medicine for me and made my boyfriend dinner, even don’t they was notified, because I couldn’t leave the room and our dinner plans got cancelled. The service level was unreal. We also got a guided tour on the same day we asked. No problem was too big for the team. Thank you so so much! We felt as though our safety was prioritised before your own and we were taken to safety and even cooked for. Do not stay at this Riad, Rym is a terrible host. My husband and I were forced to sleep outside the first night on the rooftop terrace due to faulty A/C in our room, reaching a high of 35°C at night. When the staff was notified, they tried to contact Rym, the owner of the hotel, with no response from her. The staff member started breaking a sweat after only being in our room for 5mins, while attempting to fix the problem. When the issue could not be resolved there was no attempt made to switch our rooms, just that someone would fix it in the morning. Rym never made any attempts to contact us during the remainder of our stay to apologize for the inconvenience or issue some sort of partial refund; she actually ignored our attempts to reach out to her. Communication and directions on how to get to the Riad were very very poor. I hope no other guest ever has to go through what we went through.

I can type up a million word essay and it still wouldn't be enough to describe to unbelievable experience we had here. I can only imagine that this must feel what it's like to be a royal. From the moment we arrived, every whim was catered to. We were left in peace but whenever we needed anything, friendly and helpful staff were at our beck and call. Incredible recommendations made and with almost no notice, excursions and experiences were booked for us. Within a half a day of a request for a birthday cake, they delivered the most delicious cake. We never intend to visit the same place twice but in this case we'll make an exception! Love to the whole team of people who made our Marrakech holiday a dream come true.

Overall a lovely stay. However we spent so much time on google translate trying to communicate as no one employed at the Riad speak any word of English, even basic English. The rooms was lovely however there was a continous slight smell of sewage in the room. I think this is just the general smell you experience in Morocco but the Riad should have made extra provisions to have scented candle or incense in the rooms. Overall a lovely stay. Big thank you to Muna who lent us taxi money to go to a Western Union as our bank cards were not working in any cashpoint. My only only complaint was the ridiculously overpriced taxi they booked for us one day to take us a short journey away. DO NOT BOOK A TAXI with them on your stay to take you anywhere. Simply take a 5min walk from the Riad and you will find loads of taxis who are much cheaper.

Well designed place. But the owner was incredibly rile and unprofessional New and well designed place. No sound proof of the room though. You can hear everything that’s going on in the common space. The first night of our stay we were disturbed by noise coming from the kitchen after midnight. We requested some earplugs the following day but upon hearing the request the owner was incredibly defensive. Instead of saying “sorry about that I’ll get my staff to be quiet when it’s late “, she gave us a speech about how a Riad is not supposed to be a quiet place, and that her hands were tied and there was nothing she could do. Her manner was rude and bordering aggressive. The whole conversation was in French with my bf and she refused to even look at me (I thought ignoring the woman but only taking to the man is a thing that Arab men do, but the owner apparently perfected this). She then proceeded to tell other guests how shocked she was by our request (yes we could hear this from our room because there’s no sound proof). She told other ppl that this was the first time she heard such complaint, but if you go on *********** you can there are other complaints. But to be fair she did offer to refund the last night if we decide to leave. We didn’t take up the offer as it was too much trouble. Luckily there was no midnight dinner service then.

This Riad is a place where you can escape from reality. The beauty of the interior and the eye for detail in the decoration is stunning! Literally everything is thought out of and the bed in the beautiful room I stayed in was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in! The staff makes you feel very welcome and offers the very best service! Ibrahim brings a happy note and always takes that extra step to make sure you don't lack anything! And also Abdou and Fatima serve with a smile! The roof terrace is heavenly, very serene and complete with sunbeds, tables, lounge areas and last but not least a jacuzzi! A nice place to have a meal or drink. I also definitely recommend booking lunch or dinner at the Riad. I myself had a delicious 3-course dinner, prepared by the owner, which was absolutely top quality! So if you are looking for an unforgettable experience don’t hesitate to spend your Moroccan nights here!

What a wonderful time we had! Thank you especially to Ibrahim, Abdul and Fatima for your fabulous hospitality and helpfulness. As soon as we arrived, it was insisted we make ourselves at home and nothing would be too much trouble. The rooms are contemporary fashion, with herringbone tiles, thick rugs and faux furs, rattan and brass. Clean to a good standard. Very comfortable bed linen and fully equipped rooms: toiletries, robes and a rain shower in mine. The riad is a social space and you’ll get to meet the other guests if you wish - there’s a great atmosphere of togetherness. However, there are also plenty of nooks and crannies to escape to if looking for a quieter place such as the fire in the cosy lounge, hot tub on the roof terrace or dining area. The bedroom doors do not have keys, nor do they lock but I didn’t doubt or question the security at all. Absolutely do book an evening meal - the food is very good and the atmosphere lively on a Saturday night. The central pool is heated and I enjoyed a lovely relaxing soak with a cold glass of wine served from the bar. The French owner Melissa is very helpful and attentive. We highly recommend this riad!
