This hotel is adequate, but slightly overpriced vs. competition. While they have updated the lobby in recent years, from what I can tell there has been little effort to update guest rooms, which are dated vs. other 5 star properties like the Westin. The one differentiating factor this hotel previously had was a great breakfast buffet served in the Pacific Lounge on the 21st floor with floor to ceiling windows that gave a sweeping view of the skyline and the bay. It was carpeted with cushioned club chairs and those soft surfaces absorbed noise and the overall experience was a great way to start your day compared to the crowded and loud breakfast buffets at other 5 star hotels. Well someone decided to spend a lot of money to destroy that experience. They have opened a new restaurant on the first floor that is loud, crowded and gives you a view of 7-11 across the street instead of the bay. I spoke to the GM about this, so he already knows my opinion, but what continues to strike me is his point that the Pacific Lounge is “a premium space” - yes Sir, that’s true and previously it was one that virtually all your guests got to enjoy which is exactly why it was THE difference maker for this hotel. I came back thru Manila for a night on May 15 and was going to try the Sheraton one more time, but it was fully booked. Instead I stayed at the Westin for less money. There was no comparison- the Westin’s rooms have a much higher end finish, their food was better, and the service there was far superior like being provided a welcome drink and the Manager sending fruit to my room with a welcome note. The Sheraton Manila Bay is no longer on par with Manila’s best hotels

solo para pasar una noche antes de nuestro vuelo siguiente y fue todo un acierto. Personal súper atento y comida y estancia sin quejas. Hicimos la cena en el buffet de la planta superior y no estiman en lujo y detalles, found at de chocolate, marisco, ostras, todo tipo de pasta….El desayuno bastante completo y en la última planta tiene un bar en la terraza de la piscina con música que es bastante agradable. Precios más caros que la ciudad, pero muy baratos para ver el hotel en el que te alojas. Repetiría sin dudarlo. Muy recomendable. La decoración es espectacular

We recently stayed here and celebrated our Birthday and Wedding Anniversary and had an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout our stay, their professionalism was outstanding. We truly appreciate Mr. Jason (pool area attendant) for taking care of us and offering drinks even though we were the only ones at the pool at that time. We also commend Ms. Marivic and her team, especially their dining area supervisor, for serving our food. Special mention to Ms. Sheila, who serenaded us during dinner. The rooms were luxurious, well-maintained, and offered stunning views. Every interaction with the staff left a positive impression, making our stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch service and welcoming atmosphere.

Great hotel for it's price. Get the Tower Wing which is newer and renovated. Can tell the staff really go the distance where they can and it's like a localized Shangri La of sorts. Just one bug bear else it would've been 5 stars all the way. The hotel seems to be really, really rigid and they have some weird policies. Me and the wife like to call in call masseurs after a long day from a reputable company in Manila (the masseurs are properly uniformed etc). We informed the front desk that would be doing so. But were told ”any guests staying over after 10pm will get an extra guest charge” I reiterated like 4 or 5 times that these were masseurs and they would be gone 90 mins after they finished. They were not staying. I called the masseurs anyway. As expected they were stopped downstairs. I had to come down in my sleepwear and explain to the female receptionist on Duty (11 Nov 2023 around 11pm) the same explanation above. She called probably her boss then told me in a very condescending tone ”I will give you an exception ONLY ONCE. next time you will be charged an extra guest charge” I disputed again that they are not guests. She showed me a policy document I had signed upon checking in that said ”any guests or visitors STAYING in the hotel after 10pm are subject to the guest charge.” I reiterated, they are masseurs, they are not STAYING. She rolled her eyes at me and ignored me. Really shocking and it really took away everything else we loved about this hotel. I couldn't bear to give 1 star as everyone else worked really hard. Another weird thing if you in the morning buffet their staff will pick the food for you and they seem to be a little bit weird and stingy for example when you're asking for vegetables they will give you one piece of broccoli . You have to literally ask multiple times if you want like three or four pieces of broccoli or cauliflower. I presume this is done for hygiene purposes but they could maybe start by asking ”more or less”? The morning Buffet goes from 7am to 10am and is a really amazing spread. They told me ”last call is at 9am” which means you can't enter after 9am despite it ending 1 hour later. I guess this is due to the large crowds

Llegamos a la propiedad alrededor de las 12 pm y pudimos registrarnos y no tuvimos que esperar hasta las 2 pm. Es nuestro primero y realmente lo pasamos muy bien. La habitación era muy acogedora y muy hogareña. Una cosa que acabo de notar es que el agua de la ducha no es tan fuerte, el calentador se enciende y apaga constantemente y la barra de la cortina de la ducha parece que se va a caer de donde está unida, pero para nosotros no es tan grande de un trato. Los utensilios también estaban limpios para que los usáramos, la habitación está desinfectada a excepción de una cucaracha que también vi en el baño. Sin embargo, no se nos ocurrió pedir el cambio de habitación. También disfrutamos de nuestro desayuno, aunque tuvimos que hacer comida para llevar ya que su restaurante está cerrado debido a la pandemia. ¡Su piscina también está abierta! Solo permitían hasta 6 personas ya que aún tienen que mantener el protocolo de distanciamiento social en la propiedad. No tuve mucho problema durante nuestra estadía ya que todo el personal es servicial, especialmente Sir Renz de la recepción, se aseguraron de que todas nuestras solicitudes fueran atendidas y atendidas. Esto me lo recomendó un amigo y dijo cosas buenas sobre este lugar, así que pensé en probarlo también. En general, disfrutamos de nuestra estancia y definitivamente volveremos aquí pronto con nuestros amigos. ♥ Gracias ☺

A basic but nice and clean room. I stayed for two weeks. Requested and transfer to a bigger room after my 1st week. I feel relax and comfortable. Since its pandemic, No amenities and housekeeping, in which I find it more private. Kind and hospitable crew. Very near in restaurants and shopping malls. Be back next with my family. Very affordable priced. Highly Recommended.

Yo descendí a StayMalate. No necesito ir a buscar a otro lugar, es la mejor relación calidad-precio. Tomé una habitación sencilla que daba en la calle Adriatico. El techo es muy agradable, puede comer un pollo de curry con arroz por 3 o 4 euros o otros platos. También puede comer, pero dado el precio de los platos preparados, es una lástima comer pastas de plato demasiado cocidas como los franceses que he visto recientemente. Las toallas son muy limpias y el baño también, limpiadas todos los días. Desde el punto de vista de la seguridad, no hay problemas, vigilante de la noche, cámara en todas partes y hotel bien atraído, es importante poder dejar sus cosas en su habitación sin ansiedad y el ascensor en el edificio. Excepción muy amable, amable y responden a todas sus preguntas. Las paradas de Jeepney están abajo de la calle y te llevarán a Manila, y 7/Eleven en todas partes. Para los sensibles al ruido, prever bolas Quies porque hay ruido de noche en la calle, pero es igual en todas partes o tomar una cama que no da en la calle. Otro punto positivo, un centro comercial muy grande ”Robinson” a 500 metros donde hay tanto comida como tiendas como H&M, Samsung, restaurantes ... No hay necesidad de mirar en otro lugar, es el mejor valor para dinero. Yo había tomado una habitación única que olvidó la calle Adriatico. El hotel está muy bien situado y tiene una habitación muy limpia y la habitación está limpia todos los días. El jeepney se encuentra en la calle y le llevará a cualquier lugar de Manila, y 7/Elevens en todas partes. Para aquellos que son sensibles al ruido, proporcionar a los oídos porque hay ruido en la noche en la calle, pero es el mismo en todas partes o tomar una cama que no se enfrenta a la calle. Centro comercial a 500 metros donde hay tanto comida como tiendas como H&M, Samsung, restaurantes ... Así que, para mí, no dude, incluso el gato es agradable 👍 . Adriatico Arms is a wonderful haven for those who need a relatively budget-friendly stay that places you in close proximity to major food spots, a mall, and Luneta Park. I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights and I must say that I loved my stay. They gave me Room 204, which was just beside the 2nd floor landing. The room is relatively small, but spacious enough. I booked a Double Room, and it had a great hot/cold shower, a television set with HDMI and USB ports (great for casting your streaming videos from a phone). It also had a couple of arm chairs and a small round wooden table (which I used for my work laptop). Bathroom has no fan vent so best buy a deodorizer spray to keep it smelling nice. The room was clean. Nothing fancy, nothing frivolous, but it definitely served its purpose. Air-conditioning is great too. The hotel exudes a very rustic, homey feel. Dark wood definitely dominates the design, and reminds me in a way of some old Spanish stores and hotels. Again, simple. No frills. And I love it! No lift/elevator between floors, but the climb is so short so it's not an issue. Plus the staff are there to help, despite the pandemic climate (reduced manpower). Staff is very courteous! And while there is no regular housekeeping staff at night (reducer manpower during the pandemic), the front desk person is very accommodating with our questions. Internet connectivity is great. Not the best, for sure, but works well for the purpose I needed it for (I am able to stream movies and Netflix with almost no interruption). The hotel had a café on the ground floor and you'll see this once you enter the main door. Wasn't able to try and sample the dining experience as I am working at night and asleep for most of the day. I had my food delivered via the Grab app, and was only required to pick my delivery up from the first floor. There's a 7'11 store nearby where I got my water and snacks from. As always, I always recommend buying a spray can of lysol from the convenience store to just give the room a spray - especially your bed, regardless of what hotel you book in. This gives you extra peace of mind. Being smack right in the busy city of Manila, there's definitely a lot of street noise. Was pleased to be given a room towards the back of the hotel so there's less of that, but it's not an issue for me as I knew that I'm booking a city hotel and noise reduction will be almost impossible with such a small property. Overall, I LOVED my stay. This hotel is perfect for someone who is independent and has simple needs. Thank you to the staff who made my stay very pleasant and respected my need for privacy and to not be disturbed for anything.

Al principio he reservado 3 noches, pero luego se extendió 3 noches más porque era un buen precio y no lejos del centro comercial de Robinson. El Hotel Executivo está situado justo detrás del hotel Sheraton, anteriormente Pan Pacific Hotel en Malate.Me encanta la ubicación, ya que está rodeado por restaurantes y bares.Robinson está a pocos minutos a pie, por lo que es excepcionalmente conveniente. La habitación es limpia y el personal es amable y útil.
