Great hotel for it's price. Get the Tower Wing which is newer and renovated. Can tell the staff really go the distance where they can and it's like a localized Shangri La of sorts. Just one bug bear else it would've been 5 stars all the way. The hotel seems to be really, really rigid and they have some weird policies. Me and the wife like to call in call masseurs after a long day from a reputable company in Manila (the masseurs are properly uniformed etc). We informed the front desk that would be doing so. But were told ”any guests staying over after 10pm will get an extra guest charge” I reiterated like 4 or 5 times that these were masseurs and they would be gone 90 mins after they finished. They were not staying. I called the masseurs anyway. As expected they were stopped downstairs. I had to come down in my sleepwear and explain to the female receptionist on Duty (11 Nov 2023 around 11pm) the same explanation above. She called probably her boss then told me in a very condescending tone ”I will give you an exception ONLY ONCE. next time you will be charged an extra guest charge” I disputed again that they are not guests. She showed me a policy document I had signed upon checking in that said ”any guests or visitors STAYING in the hotel after 10pm are subject to the guest charge.” I reiterated, they are masseurs, they are not STAYING. She rolled her eyes at me and ignored me. Really shocking and it really took away everything else we loved about this hotel. I couldn't bear to give 1 star as everyone else worked really hard. Another weird thing if you in the morning buffet their staff will pick the food for you and they seem to be a little bit weird and stingy for example when you're asking for vegetables they will give you one piece of broccoli . You have to literally ask multiple times if you want like three or four pieces of broccoli or cauliflower. I presume this is done for hygiene purposes but they could maybe start by asking ”more or less”? The morning Buffet goes from 7am to 10am and is a really amazing spread. They told me ”last call is at 9am” which means you can't enter after 9am despite it ending 1 hour later. I guess this is due to the large crowds

We recently stayed here and celebrated our Birthday and Wedding Anniversary and had an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout our stay, their professionalism was outstanding. We truly appreciate Mr. Jason (pool area attendant) for taking care of us and offering drinks even though we were the only ones at the pool at that time. We also commend Ms. Marivic and her team, especially their dining area supervisor, for serving our food. Special mention to Ms. Sheila, who serenaded us during dinner. The rooms were luxurious, well-maintained, and offered stunning views. Every interaction with the staff left a positive impression, making our stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch service and welcoming atmosphere.

This hotel is adequate, but slightly overpriced vs. competition. While they have updated the lobby in recent years, from what I can tell there has been little effort to update guest rooms, which are dated vs. other 5 star properties like the Westin. The one differentiating factor this hotel previously had was a great breakfast buffet served in the Pacific Lounge on the 21st floor with floor to ceiling windows that gave a sweeping view of the skyline and the bay. It was carpeted with cushioned club chairs and those soft surfaces absorbed noise and the overall experience was a great way to start your day compared to the crowded and loud breakfast buffets at other 5 star hotels. Well someone decided to spend a lot of money to destroy that experience. They have opened a new restaurant on the first floor that is loud, crowded and gives you a view of 7-11 across the street instead of the bay. I spoke to the GM about this, so he already knows my opinion, but what continues to strike me is his point that the Pacific Lounge is “a premium space” - yes Sir, that’s true and previously it was one that virtually all your guests got to enjoy which is exactly why it was THE difference maker for this hotel. I came back thru Manila for a night on May 15 and was going to try the Sheraton one more time, but it was fully booked. Instead I stayed at the Westin for less money. There was no comparison- the Westin’s rooms have a much higher end finish, their food was better, and the service there was far superior like being provided a welcome drink and the Manager sending fruit to my room with a welcome note. The Sheraton Manila Bay is no longer on par with Manila’s best hotels

Durante mi reciente estadía de 3 días y 2 noches en el Swiss-Belhotel Blulane en Manila, la experiencia en general dejó mucho que desear. Si bien el hotel tenía potencial, la importancia de brindar un servicio de calidad a los huéspedes parecía inconsistente. En primer lugar, se observó una notable discrepancia en el servicio prestado por los aprendices en el puesto de trabajo. Mientras que algunos mostraron genuina calidez y entusiasmo por ayudar, otros parecían vacilantes, particularmente cuando percibían que un huésped podría no ofrecer una propina. Esta actitud restó valor a la experiencia general de los huéspedes y contradijo la esencia de la hospitalidad, que debe priorizar la atención y la asistencia genuinas, independientemente de las propinas. Además, la funcionalidad de los ascensores supuso un inconveniente importante. Con un solo ascensor en funcionamiento, los huéspedes frecuentemente experimentaban retrasos y hacinamiento, lo que generaba frustración e inconvenientes. Este problema afectó significativamente la eficiencia del movimiento de los huéspedes dentro del hotel y debe abord**** con prontitud para mejorar la satisfacción general. En conclusión, si bien este hotel en Manila tiene potencial, existen áreas notables de mejora, particularmente en garantizar un servicio consistente y genuino a los huéspedes y abordar ineficiencias operativas como la funcionalidad del ascensor. Al inculcar en todos los miembros del personal, incluidos los aprendices, un compromiso genuino con la hospitalidad y la excelencia en el servicio, el hotel puede mejorar la experiencia general de los huéspedes y distinguirse como un destino de primer nivel para los viajeros.

La habitación supera nuestras expectativas! Muy tranquila, limpia, el equipo es nuevo. Hay agua caliente 24 horas y lavandería es muy conveniente. También son gratis dobles de mañana, muy rico, compatible con el gusto de los chinos. Salir es McDonald's y el centro comercial, y las compras son especialmente convenientes. En resumen, es muy recomendable.

Dentro de los muros y zona histórica, para visitar los lugares históricos. El desayuno es razonable y se sirve en el último piso por lo que la vista es buena. Adicionalmente tiene restaurante y bar de noche en la azotea que es muy concurrido y buen ambiente. Los cuartos no tienen todos los detalles de mantenimiento y limpieza de un hotel 4 estrellas, pero es razonable. El personal fue muy amable y servicial.

Realmente es una tontería. Aparte de la buena actitud del servicio de recepción, nada es igual. Cuando entré a la casa, se detuvo el agua. El agua caliente de repente se volvió fría y caliente. El agua embotellada bebía casi lo mismo que el agua de la piscina. Todo tipo de muebles estaban a punto de desmoronarse. El sonido del aire acondicionado sonaba equivalente al nivel de los motores de los aviones. Además, no entendí cuando vine por primera vez a Manila. Ctrip escribió xx kilómetros del centro de la ciudad. Este centro de la ciudad es la ciudad vieja de Manila. El área urbana real está en Makati. Todavía me pregunto cómo no pude encontrar un hotel de cinco estrellas en Manila

S'éjourné 3 jours pour un transit. À l'arrivée la réceptionniste ne trouvait pas notre réservation même après lui avoir montré notre nunéro de réservation le tout avec indifférence. Finalement arrivé à notre chambre dite executive, constatation sérieux manque d'entretient. Le robinet de l'évier fuyait de côté mouillant partout, la pomme de douche fuyait également sur le côté, la champleure est tombée par terre,seul produit fournit un minuscule savon, la porte donnant sur le balcon communiquant sur d'autres chambres ne se verrouillait pas, un vieux matelas à ressorts dont quelques un ressortaient, bref super décevant et démoralisant. De plus ils ont le culot de demander un dépôt de 2000 pesos. Le point positif, est la location, dans l'intramuros près des principales attractions, et secteur tranquille.

Cuando llegamos al hotel, fueron muy pacientes y se comunicaron porque nuestro inglés no era bueno. El ventilador de la habitación que se abrió primero era muy ruidoso y tenía un olor muy fuerte. Pidieron reajustar la habitación. Rápidamente enviaron a un camarero para que revisara la habitación con nosotros hasta que acordamos adaptarnos a una habitación que pensamos que era satisfactoria. El baño no tenía ningún olor. Aunque la habitación no era lujosa, estaba limpia y era sencilla. La actitud de servicio también es muy buena. También está cerca de algunos de los principales lugares escénicos y se puede llegar a pie.

Hoteles un poco difícil de encontrar. No hay entrada en la calle. La recepción está en el segundo piso. No hay que volver a un pequeño pasillo con un dinero cambiado. El personal es agradable como casi en todas las Filipinas 🇵🇭. Hay Wi-Fi, ducha, con agua caliente 💦 🔥. Una pequeña 📺 televisión y estamos en manilla. Puedes encontrar mejor por el mismo precio cuando llegamos. Nos ofrecieron una habitación con camas superpuestas porque había un error de reserva. Pero todo se volvió bien cuando volvimos la noche, teníamos una habitación con cama doble

The location was near intramuros and binondo which was our plan to explore. The neighborhood of the hotel is shabby. The staff were nice that they let us leave our baggage while we travel outside Manila and pick it up on our way flying out of Manila.
