Checking in Everyone seems to be busy for nothing or as they pretend to be for such a small boutique property. The stuffs were not tech-savy and; uncertain of how to approach about a good warm welcome. Didn't offered me the welcome drink, with an excuse that they don't have it anymore. F&B Horrible and atrocious f&b team, made me wait there for I hour with no attendance for service nor even greeting or directing me to a seat, stuffs were busy attending other inconsequential guest whom they were preoccupied cajolin! and fawning over whom they assume to be affuent and wealthy. Definitely there's a double standard for service, thee only give good service to whom they perceive worthy. The bar opens at 4 but there were no staffs at 6, was willing to spend my money since I was on holiday mood , only to be ruined by disservice of ineptitude when they cant offer dot of the readily available menu. Customer Relation management I stormed up to complain about the terrible service, FOM made the horrible mistake by following up with a free drink and BBQ , thinking I would want services for free, they couldn't guarantee that mistake would not happen again anc straight away compansate someone with a condescending approach, i dont want their money. I had to eat outside for a better service and to ensure that I would not be mortified by little details. No transport was provided for the inconvenience of eating outside , for the better service that they cant guarantee. Management team started knowing on my door incessantly to the point that I was stressed out, all other department came and apologized except for the f&b team I'm a travel vloger with more than 2000 reviews for travel video on Youtube for an eminent company, been frequenting to hotels like Marriott Ritz Carlton, four season, Hilton , Wyndham, shangri-la and the accor group (sofitel , Novotel, swissotel) never was i disrespected with such insolence. They never arrange for my subsequent stay when I say I will be moving out without staying them for the night , I had to make my own reservation at a better hotel where I will be happy spending my money, no transport no compensation or whatsoever! The reason people chose boutique hotel over 5 star is because we think we might get a fast and efficient service with the warmth oftogetherness in a small hotel. But no this hotel proves everything wrong, they are not of world standard and wil never be. I ,conisseur of hospitality, am against this type of establishment flouting standard and I will keep on writing reviews for the awareness of other people. I have repute on other sites like agoda and booking.com and will be review them for good, please avoid this hotel at all cost. They will take you money only to put u in misery

Me arreglé el primer piso, me he ocupado de la noche para limpiar las botas, y hay demasiados botas. Se recomienda que el hotel haga un buen trabajo de eliminación anticipada, y en general, el impacto de las botas pasadas es diferente.

El hotel es nuevo y limpio, la cama es muy cómoda, el personal es muy amable y feliz de ayudar. El desayuno es un poco común. En general, creo que es un gran hotel. El personal hará todo lo posible para ofrecer un servicio de calidad para que puedas tener una agradable experiencia de alojamiento en Mandeler. Seguro que volverá. Bien, aquí también hay comida para las mezquitas:)

El desayuno porque no he ido a muchas personas, pero el entorno de vivienda es absolutamente de primera clase, muy barato, el primer baño que quiero ver, muy bueno, limpio, suficiente agua, la flora y el agua es lo que más me importa. Ambos lados de la lavandería se separan de la pared, la cama es cómoda, la habitación tiene ventanas y puede abrirse. Al final del pasillo hay una plataforma especial para fumar. No quiero trabajar. Durante un año viajé este año. Desde el lujo hasta Mandeler, viví casi cinco meses en el hotel, y me sentí super satisfecho con este hotel

El hotel es de estilo moderno, con amplias y confortables habitaciones, y una espectacular piscina infinita en el piso mas alto con vistas a la ciudad, en la que podrás tomar una copa, cenar y disfrutar de unas bonitas puestas de sol. Todo el personal es muy amable y agradable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y hacer que la estancia te resulte genial. Te hacen sentir mejor que en casa! En nuestro viaje hemos repetido estancia en el hotel. Es un buen referente en Mandalay, y muy bien ubicado para visitar los principales puntos de interés: Mandalay Hill, Kuthodaw pagoda, Palacio Real, etc…

Mire la apariencia del hotel es muy general, la habitación del hotel es generalmente pequeña y mediana, la ubicación está en el centro de la ciudad, para sorprenderme está el bar en el techo, sentado en el piso superior, soplando la brisa, cenando, muy hermosa. El desayuno también es muy medio, te sugiero que vayas temprano, generalmente después de las 8 en punto, el desayuno es básicamente nada. Habrá personal chino en la recepción, por lo que no debe tener miedo de no hablar chino. Está bien limpiar la punta o ayudar con el equipaje de 1000 dólares de Myanmar. Quiero comer platos especiales birmanos o chinos. Hay muchos triciclos eléctricos en la puerta. Puede proporcionar la dirección detallada al conductor del triciclo. El precio es tan cercano a los 1000 dólares de Myanmar, y las 2500 monedas de Myanmar más lejanas son casi iguales. Está a solo unas calles de distancia. Quiero llevar el durian al hotel. Recuerda poner la carne de durian en la caja y envolverla en film transparente para entrar al hotel. Recuerde traer todo el durian al hotel.

El hotel se utilizó para un largo viaje de negocios. El hotel cuenta con un sky bar donde podrá disfrutar de una cerveza mientras contempla la puesta de sol. Hay muchos turistas chinos a corto plazo los fines de semana, por lo que el desayuno distrae y es complicado, pero el amable personal me cuidó para comer sin ningún inconveniente. La ubicación está un poco lejos de la ciudad pero no está mal. Me quedé allí durante mi viaje de negocios, más de lo planeado. Hotel recomendado.
