Hotel was okay, expensive for this kind of hotel

L’avantage est que l’emplacement est bien tout est à côté en moins de 10min vous arrivez à masjid haram, les restaurant, le mall. Niveaux propreté j’ai clairement vu mieux, ils font le strict minimum. Ont a du changer de chambre car la tuyauterie était défectueuse tout ressortait au lieu d’aller dans les égouts. La salle de bain de la deuxième chambre avait une odeur désagréable au niveau du lavabo. Pour le prix je pense qu’on pouvais avoir un peu mieux. Si vous aimez le luxe ou un certains confort cette hôtel n’est vraiment pas pour vous. De plus les ascenseurs sont 4 mais toujours remplis, personne n’est aimable, pas de galanterie, les locataires de cette hôtel sont souvent des groupes/agences d’origine indiennes, pakistanaise, bangladesh etc.. Concernant les restaurants si vous êtes en agences il me semble que vous pouvez manger dans le restaurant étage 5, mais pour ceux qui voyage indépendamment vous êtes obligé de trouver des restaurant en dehors et généralement c’est des fast food. Fait l’affaire mais il y a toujours mieux.

Near Kabaa, but you will have to walk uphill togo the property. For the price and the fact that you can book it from USA was a plus point unlike so many other hotels in Misfalah. Only bad thing on this property is bathroom construction, no separation from shower area to the sink. so it stays wet. But for the price you can take 2 rooms to reduce load on the bathrooms. Staffs are from Bangladesh and they were nice to me and my family.

Absolutely poor condition.very dirty.everything needs repair.After being bitten we found bed bugs.simply guys don’t even think off staying here.

The room I was in needed to be remodeled carpet stain molded walls etc. I had hard time T check in to prove that I had a reservation then they couldn’t find that it was paid.

The hotel has the best view. I stayed at the 16th floor. I could not have asked for a better view of the Haram. Although the Kaba cannot be seen, but the view is nagnificant. You hear the athan, you walk tho the Haram at every salah, less than a 10 minutes walk, puts you right in the Haram. Shoppingis very convenient, you are in the middle of it all. I woll definitely do it again.

It's okay for cheaper and better location from Masjide Haram. They need to focus on customer service,friendliness,guest service facilities like taking customers to rooms for the first time, check the rooms daily at least,,they also should not depend on lift service as it's too busy sometimes,they can open steps upto 4 th floors etc

Distance to haram was 10 mins walk but the view from the hotel was good. Hotel probably needs modernising and only had basic facilities in the room. Bathroom was OK but door didn't close properly without slamming it. WiFi was over all good and staff were helpful and friendly.

The hotel is good to stay. But you have to walk uphill to get into the hotel and also it will take more than 15 minutes from haram Sharif to reach the hotel. I got room in 16th floor, there is no wifi works. Mobile network is also weak. Friday after jumma you may have to wait half an hour to get into elevator.
