Super loved this hotel! Staff are really attentive. Bed is so comfy i did not want to leave. Location is amazing. Literally just have to cross the road to go to Greenbelt. Would love to stay here again on my next visit to Manila. Buffet is good too! The little details on the rooftop Filipino buffet is on point. Makes the experience much better

Todo fue genial. Pero la publicidad en expedia dijo que tendría acceso al gimnasio, pero cuando llegó allí el personal me dijo que sólo los alquileres tenían acceso. Así que me sentí un poco decepcionado. No entiendo por qué hay un gimnasio incluido en el anuncio si los huéspedes pagan a los huéspedes o turistas no pueden utilizarlo.

Después de media meses, una persona vivía demasiado amplia y cómoda. La televisión es BS y la casa de baño está limpiada con invernadero. No se ha encontrado ninguna chimenea en este hotel. El personal es muy entusiasta y también hay personas que hablan japoneses, así que estoy muy seguro. Los huéspedes son casi japoneses para trabajar, creen que es una excursión. Hay un restaurante japonés alrededor de la calle y un supermercado japonés al otro lado de la calle. Hay dos botellas de agua de plástico al día, ＋ El desayuno también contiene, así que recibimos 々. Para ahorrar, sólo hice desayuno estadounidense y filipinos, pero la cantidad de desayuno era suficiente. Los huevos de patata no sabían, pero si es guapo, no hay problema! Adbo es delicioso. La primera vez que se hospeda en el extranjero es un buen lugar para este hotel. Si vuelve a Filipinas, lo utilizaré.

Good points: - Location - 5 to 10 mins walk to Greenbelt and fair waiting time for Grab drivers to confirm pick-up. Love the GREENS too! The Legazpi active park was just a refreshing sight in the middle of skyscrapers. - Amenities - Complete amenities for the room, bath, and kitchen. Provided are toiletries, bath towels, kitchen utensils, iron, and an ironing board. - Reservations - Jamie Miranda, the reservations associate is the highlight of this stay. She was efficient, she replies within a reasonable timeframe and with complete details. - Health and Safety - Love that there was information all around on Covid protocols, the housekeeping guys were also very cautious and were wearing PPEs every time they come to the room to troubleshoot. For improvement: - Endor*****ts - information transfer from reservations to the front office, or front office to the front office. 1. For ex. in my booking, I asked for twin beds but was given a room with a double bed, they immediately transferred me to another room with twin beds (but since this room was not the original room, some amenities were missing - had to call for these but no worries because they were quick to respond). 2. When I asked for extra person amenities - reservations confirmed this but housekeeping only did the set up for the bed but not the additional amenities. 3. I asked for an airport transfer and arranged for a different time compared to the original time but the earlier Front Office person was not able to endorse this to the next person on duty so they had to ask me to adjust my schedule just so they can accommodate my arrangement. 4. In the website, there were information that was not consistent with what was on site - there were no welcome amenities as stated in the site, the dining area was not open (there was no prior information anywhere that meals are packed and in-room), laundry service was not available. - Bath had flooding concerns and the laundry line was stuck but this was not too much of an inconvenience. Overall, despite the information concerns, I had a pleasant stay. My parents also loved the property and said that they'd book the same for their next business trip.

The hotel has a very nice location in Makati, surrounded by many very good restaurants and cafes, is very quite at night so you can get a good night of sleep, the staff is very friendly and helpful with anything I asked from them! Room is very spacious and most important very clean! Is definitely worth booking with them if planning to stay in the city for few days. About makati is a very safe area and is also easy to get from there to Intramuros or binondo, taxi or grab would be between 300 and 400 peso. You are on a walking distance (15 minutes or less) from Poblacion which is the club and bar area. Highly recommend this place!

We had to go thru a long line to check in. It took awhile before we were able to get to our room. The amenities are beautiful and first class. The negative thing that happened to me is that, the key did not function when I used it in the elevator. W were supposed to check out at 12pm as I was going up, i wasn’t able to use it because the key was disabled automatically. It happen that the staff was escorting somebody in the elevator. I asked her to assist me. She told me me I need to go back to counter to reactivate it. Too much hassle because the line check out was too long. They should deactivate that key when i was fully checked out.).

Pasamos 2 noches en esta tienda de hotel y nos gustaron los numerosos puntos fuertes: El hotel es reciente y se encuentra en una calle pequeña muy tranquila, en un barrio residencial. Las habitaciones son hermosas y espaciosas, cama grande, clima silencioso. Las habitaciones están disponibles en piso por ascensor. Para el desayuno no están incluidos en el precio de la habitación, no hay buffet, pero diferentes platos disponibles (pancakes,..), quizás el único punto perfectible. No estamos a pie de un centro comercial. El hotel puede organizar la pick-up o el depósito en el aeropuerto. Además, los administradores del hotel son realmente atentos y con gran amabilidades. En resumen, una excelente relación calidad-precio para un parada en Manila.

My girlfried has had to stay in Manila, due to requirements for work. She had to be a specific location, and I happen to stumble across this place on google maps, and thought why not try it. Firstly, ht eonly flaw I have about this hotel is the wifi. If you need wifi, DO NOT STAY HERE.. Thats it. Outside of the wifi issuee, I cannot flaw tihs hotel, nor say anything negative about it. My girlfriend had to stay here for a total of 16 nights, and the hotel was super amazing to stay at. The services are great, the facilities are amazing, however, this is the most important thing. I have been working in the travel industry for almost 19 years, and th customer service that my girlfriend has recieved, will rival any 5 star hotel. Knwoing that my girlfriend is travelling solo, the staff ensured they went aboe and beyond, to ensure that she is comfortable, safe and happy. Staff every morning had her ”vip” table ready for her and would monitor her, to ensure that she was being harassed by guests during breakfast. They made sure to always have a conversation with her, and although I was not with her, knew everythinhg about me, like I was an inhouse guest. One of the female security staff even cooked a home cooked meal for my girlfriend, and took it to her on day, so she can have a home cooked meal. There was even an issue at the hotel, involving my girlfriend during her stay, and the hotel was onto it immediately, and removed her from the situation, and she would also have staf shadowing her at times ,ensuring her safety. I have made somany friends at this hotel, without having ever set foot there and I cannot thank the hotel enough for everything that they doid for my girlfriend. I wish I had al the staff members names, to individually thank them all, as they deserve a special mention individually too, but I dont, so apolgise for that, but I will thank Mel, as he was amazing from day one, and he ensured my girlfriends comfort, safety and happiness from the moment she firstly checked in. Thank you so much Herald Suites Solana. Keep up the amazing work you do, and I cannot thnk you enough for everything that you have done for my girlfriend, and you should be extremely proud of your staff.

A decent place to crash. I highly recommend staying here. The staffs are kind and courteous. Comfortable beds and great work area, although the WiFi is such a hassle. I would recommend to have your mobile data ready and stable. The shower room is so small (legit) it's like your standing in a coffin or sumn hahaha lol (I don't really mind tho). I would definitely book this place again. The place is great, but it still needs improvement. If you're looking for a comfy place to sleep I would suggest this place. Overall I would rate it a 3.8/5.

Hemos estado dos noches ,en habitación con terraza, la terrazza es un poco claustrofobica, pero la habitación estaba muy limpia y el trato del personal a sido de 10. La ubicación y las instalaciones estaban fenomenal. Nos sirvieron el desayuno a las 4:00am porque íbamos al aeropuerto a esa hora y nos recomendaron como transportarnos y donde ir. Gracias especialmente a Cielo que a sido encantadora.

El hotel no tiene mucho que ver con el hotel, y espero que haya un teléfono como una forma de contactar con la mesa delantera. Pero el personal es amigable y todavía una buena ubicación si usted está buscando permanecer cerca de Ayala o SM Mall de Asia

Muy bien y muy limpio. Los artículos de tocador también están disponibles. No hay secadores de pelo ni edredones. Por la noche, el aire acondicionado no se enciende o se enciende más alto. Se cobrará un extra de 100 peniques por la colcha. Qué tipo de bicicleta es por este precio, ya es muy buena. Realmente, un hotel como una pequeña villa, las escaleras son muy hermosas y realmente se sienten como una pequeña villa, no como un hotel, pero la habitación es tan profesional como un hotel. La habitación tiene una pequeña cocina y un pequeño balcón. Hace bastante calor. Cuando llegaron las cuatro, el jefe abrió la puerta inmediatamente. El registro también es muy rápido, ¡menos de un minuto! ¡Bien bien! Casi quería quedarme una noche más.

Exactamente lo que usted buscaría. Entradas en el piso. Construcción en curso para ampliar el hotel. Todo muy nuevo, habitaciones sencillas. Agua gratuita. Maravilloso saco regalo en la cama para llevarte. Es agradable.
