We had to go thru a long line to check in. It took awhile before we were able to get to our room. The amenities are beautiful and first class. The negative thing that happened to me is that, the key did not function when I used it in the elevator. W were supposed to check out at 12pm as I was going up, i wasn’t able to use it because the key was disabled automatically. It happen that the staff was escorting somebody in the elevator. I asked her to assist me. She told me me I need to go back to counter to reactivate it. Too much hassle because the line check out was too long. They should deactivate that key when i was fully checked out.).

Tuvimos un problema con la cama extra y vino el duty manager que era de Fairmont nuevamente... No supo gestionar en absoluto la situación y nos culpó a nosotros sugiriendo que teníamos que dormir 3 personas en una cama por no solicitar expresamente una cama adicional (habíamos indicado expresamente antes del check in que necesitábamos una habitación triple...). 4. El colofón a nuestra estancia, el día de nuestro check out (16 de abril) el restaurante del desayuno del Raffles (Mireio) se llena de golpe de 30 clientes de FAIRMONT y arrasan con el buffet, se forman colas larguísimas, tenemos que esperar media hora para que nos sirvan...... absolutamente inadmisible para lo que pretende ser Raffles.... Sinceramente no creo que volvamos nunca más a un Raffles.

El personal fue maravilloso y amable. Llegamos muy tarde y la persona a cargo del check-in proporcionó generosamente el check-in tardío para que pudiéramos descansar un poco más, realmente lo aprecio. Después de media meses, una persona vivía demasiado amplia y cómoda. La televisión es BS y la casa de baño está limpiada con invernadero. No se ha encontrado ninguna chimenea en este hotel. El personal es muy entusiasta y también hay personas que hablan japoneses, así que estoy muy seguro. Los huéspedes son casi japoneses para trabajar, creen que es una excursión. Hay un restaurante japonés alrededor de la calle y un supermercado japonés al otro lado de la calle. Hay dos botellas de agua de plástico al día, ＋ El desayuno también contiene, así que recibimos 々. Para ahorrar, sólo hice desayuno estadounidense y filipinos, pero la cantidad de desayuno era suficiente. Los huevos de patata no sabían, pero si es guapo, no hay problema! Adbo es delicioso. La primera vez que se hospeda en el extranjero es un buen lugar para este hotel. Si vuelve a Filipinas, lo utilizaré.

Good points: - Location - 5 to 10 mins walk to Greenbelt and fair waiting time for Grab drivers to confirm pick-up. Love the GREENS too! The Legazpi active park was just a refreshing sight in the middle of skyscrapers. - Amenities - Complete amenities for the room, bath, and kitchen. Provided are toiletries, bath towels, kitchen utensils, iron, and an ironing board. - Reservations - Jamie Miranda, the reservations associate is the highlight of this stay. She was efficient, she replies within a reasonable timeframe and with complete details. - Health and Safety - Love that there was information all around on Covid protocols, the housekeeping guys were also very cautious and were wearing PPEs every time they come to the room to troubleshoot. For improvement: - Endor*****ts - information transfer from reservations to the front office, or front office to the front office. 1. For ex. in my booking, I asked for twin beds but was given a room with a double bed, they immediately transferred me to another room with twin beds (but since this room was not the original room, some amenities were missing - had to call for these but no worries because they were quick to respond). 2. When I asked for extra person amenities - reservations confirmed this but housekeeping only did the set up for the bed but not the additional amenities. 3. I asked for an airport transfer and arranged for a different time compared to the original time but the earlier Front Office person was not able to endorse this to the next person on duty so they had to ask me to adjust my schedule just so they can accommodate my arrangement. 4. In the website, there were information that was not consistent with what was on site - there were no welcome amenities as stated in the site, the dining area was not open (there was no prior information anywhere that meals are packed and in-room), laundry service was not available. - Bath had flooding concerns and the laundry line was stuck but this was not too much of an inconvenience. Overall, despite the information concerns, I had a pleasant stay. My parents also loved the property and said that they'd book the same for their next business trip.

Reservé una suite Deluxe en el Makati Shangri La y la habitación era espaciosa y cómoda. Desafortunadamente, a pesar de que el sitio web decía que había un reproductor de DVD en la suite no había nadie porque aparentemente habían actualizado la TV y la nueva TV no tenía conexión de DVD y los nuevos controles de TV fueron una pesadilla porque no tienen un botón numérico para cambiar las estaciones. La primera noche no pude cambiar de CNN y la TV de dormitorio estaba en el modo de menú, así que el día siguiente el técnico vino a explicar los controles y tuvo que llamar en un colega para reprogramar la TV después de la cual algunos canales funcionaban pero muchos Canales mostraron un mensaje de error que el cable no se conectó correctamente a la caja superior de configuración, por lo que no podían acceder. A diferencia de otros salones del Horizon Club, este hotel no tenía un chardonnay por la hora del cocktail, pero un prosecco, violín y gris pinot de los que normalmente no me gustan, pero el shiraz y la sauvignon cabernet fueron aceptables. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los coches de la ciudad, los coches de la ciudad y los coches de la ciudad. The hotel has a very nice location in Makati, surrounded by many very good restaurants and cafes, is very quite at night so you can get a good night of sleep, the staff is very friendly and helpful with anything I asked from them! Room is very spacious and most important very clean! Is definitely worth booking with them if planning to stay in the city for few days. About makati is a very safe area and is also easy to get from there to Intramuros or binondo, taxi or grab would be between 300 and 400 peso. You are on a walking distance (15 minutes or less) from Poblacion which is the club and bar area. Highly recommend this place!

La peor experiencia del hotel. He hecho una reserva 6 días antes de mi estancia sólo para terminar perdiendo la slot. Dado que todo se pagó con antelación, no recibí la seguridad. Me ha incomodado mucho tiempo. La recepción ofreció una habitación para mi estancia. Y como estaba muy cansado después de un largo día, me he dado. Sólo para ser desagradable una vez más, la habitación estaba mal mantenida con AC rota, teléfono defectuoso, NO TV, NO curtains ... Horrible! ¡Esto no es lo que he pagado! La recepción llamada, pero incluso sus líneas están desconectadas. Sólo se dirigió directamente al lobby para ser informado de que no hay oficial responsable y que las decisiones son tomadas por el personal presente. En ese momento, por un asistente de la habitación. Increíble. Como notaron mi extrema descontento, me trasladaron a una pequeña habitación para cortarme un poco de espuma. Pagué por una habitación más grande bien para dos por el camino. Y oh, hombre, no se negaron a ofrecer ninguna devolución. No sugiriendo este lugar en absoluto.

Our stay was not actually managed by hotel lobby, but coordinated by Joven, similar to an Airbnb arrangement. He did an amazing job and the room itself was excellent. Pros: - 3 mins walk to Ayala Greenbelt 1 - Nice swimming pool (a little cold) - Room had amazing view and was 2-storey. Upstairs was for sleeping. Good for 3 people - Great views of Makati from the top of the building - Affordable at around $200/night during end of December - It was a last minute booking, but the owner was very quick to have the room ready - Facilities provided included fridge, AC, cook top, microwave, TV with Netflix, cutlery and dinnerware, USB charging points and kettle. I would definitely stay here again

La ubicación es buena, hay un supermercado de Waltermart cerca y tiendas de conveniencia alrededor de la zona. También está en el centro del aeropuerto de NAIA y Makati CBD, lo que lo hace muy accesible y conveniente. El hotel dispone de una piscina, sauna y gimnasio (con un pequeño coste adicional) y además de algunos aparatos básicos dentro de la habitación. También hay una televisión con suscripción pero no hay instrucciones sobre cómo usarla (tal vez no sé cómo operar netflix en una televisión) La habitación es decente, pero no tan limpia como los hoteles, como había algunos pequeños cachorros roaming alrededor. Por último, un poco rompecabezas en el proceso de entrada y salida, ya que no se proporcionaron información después de la reserva.
