Good points: - Location - 5 to 10 mins walk to Greenbelt and fair waiting time for Grab drivers to confirm pick-up. Love the GREENS too! The Legazpi active park was just a refreshing sight in the middle of skyscrapers. - Amenities - Complete amenities for the room, bath, and kitchen. Provided are toiletries, bath towels, kitchen utensils, iron, and an ironing board. - Reservations - Jamie Miranda, the reservations associate is the highlight of this stay. She was efficient, she replies within a reasonable timeframe and with complete details. - Health and Safety - Love that there was information all around on Covid protocols, the housekeeping guys were also very cautious and were wearing PPEs every time they come to the room to troubleshoot. For improvement: - Endor*****ts - information transfer from reservations to the front office, or front office to the front office. 1. For ex. in my booking, I asked for twin beds but was given a room with a double bed, they immediately transferred me to another room with twin beds (but since this room was not the original room, some amenities were missing - had to call for these but no worries because they were quick to respond). 2. When I asked for extra person amenities - reservations confirmed this but housekeeping only did the set up for the bed but not the additional amenities. 3. I asked for an airport transfer and arranged for a different time compared to the original time but the earlier Front Office person was not able to endorse this to the next person on duty so they had to ask me to adjust my schedule just so they can accommodate my arrangement. 4. In the website, there were information that was not consistent with what was on site - there were no welcome amenities as stated in the site, the dining area was not open (there was no prior information anywhere that meals are packed and in-room), laundry service was not available. - Bath had flooding concerns and the laundry line was stuck but this was not too much of an inconvenience. Overall, despite the information concerns, I had a pleasant stay. My parents also loved the property and said that they'd book the same for their next business trip.

Me quedé en el hotel para unas vacaciones en junio de 2019. Esta es mi primera vez que me quedo aquí y volveré en el futuro. es conveniente en términos de ubicación, costes y servicios que ofrece. El hotel estaba sucio, las sabanas con pelos, el baño en pésimas condiciones y cuando volvimos después de dar un paseo, la habitación estaba llena de cucarachas (entre las toallas, cama, etc). Nos cambiaron la habitación a una “mejor” (con menos cucarachas). Nada recomendado.

La peor experiencia del hotel. He hecho una reserva 6 días antes de mi estancia sólo para terminar perdiendo la slot. Dado que todo se pagó con antelación, no recibí la seguridad. Me ha incomodado mucho tiempo. La recepción ofreció una habitación para mi estancia. Y como estaba muy cansado después de un largo día, me he dado. Sólo para ser desagradable una vez más, la habitación estaba mal mantenida con AC rota, teléfono defectuoso, NO TV, NO curtains ... Horrible! ¡Esto no es lo que he pagado! La recepción llamada, pero incluso sus líneas están desconectadas. Sólo se dirigió directamente al lobby para ser informado de que no hay oficial responsable y que las decisiones son tomadas por el personal presente. En ese momento, por un asistente de la habitación. Increíble. Como notaron mi extrema descontento, me trasladaron a una pequeña habitación para cortarme un poco de espuma. Pagué por una habitación más grande bien para dos por el camino. Y oh, hombre, no se negaron a ofrecer ninguna devolución. No sugiriendo este lugar en absoluto.

La ubicación es buena, hay un supermercado de Waltermart cerca y tiendas de conveniencia alrededor de la zona. También está en el centro del aeropuerto de NAIA y Makati CBD, lo que lo hace muy accesible y conveniente. El hotel dispone de una piscina, sauna y gimnasio (con un pequeño coste adicional) y además de algunos aparatos básicos dentro de la habitación. También hay una televisión con suscripción pero no hay instrucciones sobre cómo usarla (tal vez no sé cómo operar netflix en una televisión) La habitación es decente, pero no tan limpia como los hoteles, como había algunos pequeños cachorros roaming alrededor. Por último, un poco rompecabezas en el proceso de entrada y salida, ya que no se proporcionaron información después de la reserva.
