No se puede hacer nada - usted mismo lleva una máscara en la casa, los empleados vienen a un sin oponerse - el largo paseo que conduce a las habitaciones huele ...bueno ... Aparentemente no se ventila decente aquí, o no hay suficientes funciones de ventilación. Pero con el aire libre, no es agradable ir a la habitación

Hemos utilizado la situación cerca del Elba para explorar la ruta de bicicleta del Elba, y también se llega rápidamente al centro de la ciudad a través de la cruz de peatones y bicicletas cercana. El desayuno buffet no deja abiertos los deseos, las habitaciones están bien, aunque algo anticuado, pero no nos ha molestado. Las bicicletas pueden estar en el aparcamiento separado, aquí debería haber más espacio, la mayoría de ellos estaba sobrecargado. Positivo fue la posibilidad de cargar nuestro coche electrónico gratis. El coche se puede acoger a un precio adicional en el estacionamiento del hotel, que está cubierto y se cierra en la noche.

I arrived late and left early (this hotel is about 5 mins walk from the Railway Station) but was very satisfied with my stay here. The hotel is clearly pretty new and was unusually decorated with a cycling theme which made it a bit interesting - I am tempted to return to the area with my bike in the future now! The staff I dealt with on reception were pleasant and I would describe the room as very clean and comfortable. The one minor annoyance was that there is no glass in the bathroom or even any kind of cup in the room but by the time I had undressed and realised this I was too tired to get dressed to go downstairs and ask for one (as invited by the notice in the room) so made do with an empty drink bottle I happened to have with me. Slept well in the room though, would stay here again.

Lo reservamos cuando mi marido estaba en Magdeburgo y nos encantaba la piscina. En primer lugar, las cosas positivas: el hotel y el cuarto son muy limpios, el personal, salvo algunas pequeñas excepciones, muy amable selección de desayuno, toallas de piscina gratis en la recepción. Mencionar negativamente en línea, en el ascensor en el hotel y en todas las plataformas se llama, entre otras cosas, un hotel familiar, pero es más un hotel de negocios, pero probablemente también fue porque nuestro cuarto está en la ”Sala” Hablaba frente a las puertas de los ríos del hotel , era muy caliente en el cuarto, no se podía ventilar porque siempre se ha ido de otros cuartos a nuestro cuarto, que estaba en el 2 piso del restaurante al lado del mar. La piscina era demasiado fría para que si se puede entrar si se sale de la sauna pero lamentablemente no mi hija había sufrido directamente antes de frío. Al desayuno la selección es suficiente pero una cafetera completa en la cantidad de invitados Poco en parte estaban 10 personas serpiente, ronquido siempre frío, aunque se le había dado fresco de la cocina ver la imagen probablemente del día anterior ( un día antes de la mañana final de la comida llena, Un día después, los salchichas parecían como en la foto). Parques gratuitos como se indica una oferta de parking catastrófico para la cantidad de habitaciones en el otro lado de la calle no se recomienda. Si vamos a Magdeburgo la próxima vez, volveremos a reservar otro hotel.

La zona de recepción es fantástica, una gran zona de techo alto, lo que significa que puedes ver justo al piso superior. Añada algunos paseos y visitantes y tiene un gran lugar para tener café o conocer a la gente. En el entorno de hoy, parecía triste y vacío. La habitación estaba bien equipada, bonito cama grande, buena baño - aunque quién usa un bidet en 2020? Por otra parte, me quedaría aquí otra vez y estoy seguro que es un lugar muy diferente en los tiempos normales.

El desayuno es muy rico, los chicos guapos y las mujeres hermosas que trabajan en la recepción son muy cálidos y no tan fríos como el alemán promedio. Hay un estacionamiento gratuito. El hotel no es grande y muy cálido, hay algunos souvenirs para comprar. La ubicación es excelente, a poca distancia del centro de la ciudad, muchos restaurantes alrededor del hotel, muchos restaurantes deben reservarse durante la epidemia

I'm trying my best to be fair to this place, but it all boils down to this, I did not enjoy my experience.  So, here are the cold hard facts,  it is a 3 star hotel located in a convenient spot for us on our way to the Czech Republic, so we stayed there. We chose the family room, which comes with a double bed and two single bunk beds. The room was clean and sufficiently kitted out for the needs of a quick stay over. The bathroom was sufficient for our purpose and had sufficient space to change. The lights in the room were somewhat temperamental, but after fiddling with them for a while, we got them to work. The hotel has limited parking and as we arrived at 21:30 hrs, there was none left so we parked nearby on the street which is free from 20:00 hrs to 08:00 hrs. Here is where the drama started. We were ”greeted” by a gentleman at the front desk who possessed a ”matter of fact” disposition. He is the stereotypical German with whom I like to work but lacks social skills. He was not rude, but neither was he welcoming.  He was not unhelpful, but I did not feel particularly helped. It would appear that if you don't call the hotel to confirm your stay by 18:00 hrs, your room is cancelled.  He told us this in a manner that made us feel like we were unaware of the obvious while simultaneously telling us that he did not cancel the room on this occasion.  To cut a long story short, after a long day of driving, we did not need to feel as if we were about to be stranded in Magnaburge with nowhere to sleep. To sum this up, it's a stop over spot on our destination, and while it served its purpose, I would not stay here again.
