Econo Lodge

Tried to cancel our room before the time when we no longer able to. It was nearly impossible to cancel online. So we called the front desk, the lady was very rude over the phone and told me to cancel online. I asked if we could cancel over the phone. She said she didn't know how to. She said she would try to figure it out. Then she said i got it its canceled and hung up. Turns out she never canceled our reservation, and we were still charged.

Seriously awful experience. Stayed here because a few other places were booked out of rooms with 2 beds. The lobby smelt awful like ****. Got sent to the building across from the lobby, got to our room and opened the door, the heat hit us like a brick wall. The temp in our room was turned ALL the way up (90+ degrees). Mind you, we have a 2 month old, 5 and 9 year old with us and we had drove 14 hours that day and got there at 12:30AM. I've never experienced a room so hot in my life. Not even lying, I couldn't lay the baby down on the sheets or anywhere to even change him when we got there because they were BURNING hot. The AC didn't work the first 30 mins because the plug in was so hot. The toilet seat was scorching hot. The floor was literally so hot we had to keep our shoes on. I wish I was lying about ANY of this but I'm not. We tried cooling the place down by opening the windows and running cold water, the sink leaked in both the tub and in the sink. We all maybe got a total of 3 hours of sleep at the most. At 2AM it was finally somewhat tolerable for the older kids to sleep. After the baby woke up after a cat nap, we woke everyone up and headed out by 7. I'd say by that point it was maybe finally down to 76 degrees in the room(with ac and window open). We would've called to get a new room but with all the kids it would've just been a hassle. At that point we could've just kept driving back to our home. I 100% want a refund. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Great value, spacious rooms, excellent guest services & housekeeping professionals. Stayed in 4 different rooms at the hotel id guess apx 100 nights and never have had any concerns or issues whatsoever during any of my stays.

The hallway smelled. There was no breakfast. The area outside made me uncomfortable. Will not stay there again.

tenants running up and down the hallway. their kids were screaming in the hallway for over 4 hours. 2 mexican women had blankets, phones, food laying all over the hallway, no room to even walk, i left at 10 pm... for another econolodge. id like a refund for that night. ty

Paint pealing on ceiling other customers were laying down in front of stairwell drunk blocking my way out, other guests were very noisy and walls were paper thin beds were spring mattresses not comfortable at all not worth the rate…

I stayed in a few different cost effective motels in the area but this was the best experience of them all. Staff is helpful and the room met my expectations for the price and was cleaner than others

The housekeeper who mainly took care of my room helped me to feel more at home at The Econolodge. She did a very good job, and she was sensitive to my needs and wants. She made suggestions, and she was very careful. I always had plenty of clean towels, and plenty of coffee. Everyone did a great job!

The staff was friendly and courteous and very helpful and i would recommend the Econo Lodge to everyone
