Medio ambiente: No mencionado. Absolutamente céntrico, con una vista panorámica de Los Ángeles.
Servicio: cinco estrellas. Perdí la tarjeta de mi habitación, lo siento.
El lobby está en el piso 70 y tiene muy buena vista.
Hay un restaurante turístico en el piso 71, que requiere control de seguridad y pago.
La próxima vez iré allí y echaré un vistazo.

Me encanto el lugar. El precio y la ubicación son perfectos, esta ubicado en el centro y puedes tomar bus o caminar a diferentes lugares de LA, el staff fue muy amable todo el tiempo y la habitación aunque es compartida con 7 personas más, es muy cómoda y puedes descansar sin problema. Definitivamente volvería a quedarme en sus instalaciones.

WOW! My wife and I stay at every level of hotels from Best Western To The Roosevelt to Waldorf Astorias...This one impressed. First of all, the Valet was absolutely their for every guest. Non-judgemental about having a motorcycle delivered to their location, they were even curious about the BMW r1800! Travis (I believe his name was, he is the boss) has an incredible crew, as he himself was very pro-active. Friendliest and most responsive valet service I have ever seen! The Front Desk.. Attentive and welcoming. Very knowledgeable and expeditious in their service. As you walk through the beautiful lobby, the front desk is right to your right, along with the concierge (Dave ROCKS!)...no lines (On Memorial Day), and forthrite information. The Food... So delicious, The rooftop dining had a more casual atmosphere, with beautiful view of the Bev Hills Mountains. The menu is delicious, and (relatively) cheap. About $200.00 will get you a ice dinner, dessert and wine. All with great service. They have a new wine manager, at the time this review was written, who is full of knowledge and energy. The first floor restaurant, Espelette, has a new Executive Chef, Stephen..French...Lively personality and loves greeting his guests. My recommendations? Try the Bronzini, both restaurants are superb. The rooftop makes it over potato, with asparagus, while Espelette allows the fish to shine utilizing sides to compliment. The fish in Espelette is dried for 72+ hours, and is full of flavor..The true winner, though is the eggs benedict...OMG the creamiest Hollandaise I have ever had the joy of tasting bar none! The eggs Benedict is served with either ham or salmon, try both! And the service is incredible! The Room... Beautifully appointed with a touch of class..A mattress on the bed worthy of this level hotel..And maid service multiple times a day, and on call. So you never come back to a messy room! 24 hour in room dining... The Bad.. The only issues we ran into were considered minimal..and IMO, no fault of this property. The reservation people claimed they were at the hotel...they were not..the gave us misinformation, which is par for the course with hilton reservations...a never ending battle. And the house car did not show for the pick-up..the concierge said that the driver had called wondering where we were, and we called wondering where he was! I still give this property 5/5.

De hecho, el hotel es un poco antiguo y no hay enchufes junto a la cama. Probablemente no haya sido renovado o renovado en muchos años. La higiene está bien. El servicio también fue bastante bueno. I stayed in the four points by Sheraton while visiting LA. The hotel was nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right by the LAX airport also. The deposit was 350$ and you have to pay 50$ for overnight parking in my opinion thats outrageous. I ended up getting my deposit back pretty quick. I chose this hotel being that it was a decent price but having to pay the extra 50$ for parking made it pretty pricey and had me thinking I could of stayed at a nicer hotel for the price I payed in total.

Estaba bastante preocupado antes de registrarme, pero resultó que estaba demasiado preocupado. Después de salir de la terminal y esperar unos minutos, vi el autobús del hotel, me subí al autobús y llegué en tres minutos. Puedes realizar el check-in sin hacer cola en el lobby a las 21:00 horas.
El avión salía a las 8 y pude tumbarme en el hotel a las 9 para darme un buen baño y descansar. Fue realmente satisfactorio. Hay toallas, gel de ducha, champú y acondicionador en la habitación, además de agua embotellada y café gratis (los hoteles en Estados Unidos básicamente no tienen agua y es muy cara). Al día siguiente puedes caminar hasta la empresa de alquiler de coches y marcharte.
Si eres como yo y vuelas desde China durante más de diez horas, te recomiendo elegir este hotel. PD: Lo he comparado de muchas maneras y los más de 900 por noche de Ctrip se consideran una buena oferta.

YYC008Here's why we gave the experience 3 stars;
First of all, when we booked the hotel, neither Trip.com nor The Aster, Los Angeles, mentioned anything about the rooftop being closed on the dates we booked. On May 13 and May 14, we stayed in room 3 0 6. The hotel pictures showed and bragged about having a rooftop and plenty of pics of people there, and nowhere was revealed anywhere on their website or Trip.com that would not be available on those dates. When we reached out to Trip.com, they pretty much said that the rooftop amenities weren't listed as part of our package. Really Trip.com? You have to list the rooftop as the amenity... Got it. That was so lame a response. Everyone knows people book due to the pictures, and this was a seriously lame response from the Trip.com customer support personnel. We decided to save our opinion for this review.
The Aster had nice people, but it's hard to believe the availability missing on their website is a detail they would miss. Their hotel has impeccable detail and design. One can only surmise they conveniently left out the information because people would obviously not book there and go somewhere else. I told the front receptionist this as we were checking in. She mentioned, well, it said it on *******. But we didn't book through *******, we booked through Trip.com. And those specific details were not evident. After July 1st the Government is getting stricter on transparency with hotels having to mention things so we missed this window, but we're happy to hold hotels like The Aster accountable:-)
Also, on Wednesday, we checked out, and they had a fire alarm drill test that lasted about 10 minutes. They forgot to mention another minor ”inconvenience” when we booked on their website. It was at 10 am. It wasn't so bad, but to state the obvious, they left out the ability for customers to decide by not making that information transparent during the booking process. It's not like the fire department or tech people didn't schedule that in advance.
1. If you book through Trip.com, please make sure you specify, call their customer support, and get it in writing. The clickbait and pictures seem shady and sketchy and reflect a lack of credibility in the process.
2. Trip.com asked which room we wanted to be in. When we picked the room, we picked the city-view balcony. But we got put in the poolside view instead. It wasn't bad, but that was missing in the booking details that Trip.com sent to The Aster. My fiance ended up being okay with the poolside view, but it should have been in the booking details via Trip.com. So please, please make sure you watch this if you book through them and call the hotel in advance.
Lastly, the decor, valet, and, in general, the service people were very nice and thoughtful. We would give them 5 stars.

UUsuario invitadoLa ubicación es muy buena, justo al lado de Koreatown. La habitación estaba limpia porque el anfitrión parece ser sensible a la limpieza. No está mal para un día o dos, siempre y cuando conozcas bien a los compañeros de cuarto. El aire acondicionado también funciona bien. Las toallas se podían alquilar por $2, pero no estaban limpias. Puede almacenar artículos importantes cerrándolos con su propio candado en los casilleros de la habitación por el número de personas.

HHannSecond time at this hotel. Will continue booking this hotel every time I fly into LA. The parking is free the deposit is not ridiculous and there’s no weird hidden extra fees. Stayed at the Four Points down the road and they charged $350 for deposit which I have yet to get back. They also charged an outrageous $50 parking fee per day. Fairfield is a far better choice. Breakfast was great and the shuttle was extremely convenient to the airport.

First and foremost, the hotel's proximity to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is a major advantage. It's a mere 10-minute drive away, which made it incredibly convenient for someone like me who had to catch an early morning flight. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which was a nice touch.
The check-in process was efficient, and the staff at the front desk were courteous and welcoming. The lobby area is clean, modern, and well-designed, creating a favorable first impression.
I stayed in a standard room, and it was clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the extra pillows provided. The room had a decent view and was adequately spacious for a solo traveler. The bathroom was also clean and stocked with the necessary amenities.
One of the highlights of my stay was the on-site restaurant, The Bistro. The food was surprisingly good, and they offered a variety of options for breakfast and dinner. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and provided excellent service. However, I found the prices a bit on the higher side.
The fitness center was well-equipped, and I was able to maintain my workout routine during my stay. The hotel also has a small outdoor pool, although I didn't have the chance to use it during my stay.
The only downside to my experience was the noise level in the hallways and adjacent rooms. Thin walls seemed to allow sound to carry, which made it a bit difficult to sleep when there were noisy neighbors. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow at times, which could be frustrating if you're trying to get work done.
Overall, the Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles LAX/Hawthorne is a solid choice for travelers looking for convenience near the airport. The friendly staff, clean rooms, and excellent dining options make it a comfortable place to stay. However, improvements in soundproofing and Wi-Fi speed would enhance the overall experience.

El anfitrión aquí es muy amigable ....we llegó 3 horas temprano para que nos dejara poner nuestros bolsillos en la oficina y nos dio algunas grandes ideas de comida ....so comimos y luego se fue a la USS Iowa moored a sólo un kilómetro de distancia ....WOW QUE HA UN GRANDE TRANSPORTE TRANSPORTE ......Bien valor el precio .... nos tomó alrededor de 3 horas .......A LYFT una manera es inferior a $10 o usted puede tomar el autobús de la ciudad,,, Pero la espera es de aproximadamente 45 mins ....Cab es justo más de $10..........This lugar es tan limpio y bien cuidado y parece ser muy tranquilo .....El barrio está lleno de lugares para comer ....I no cree que el barrio es malo ni,,,, Utilizar el sentido común como siempre y permanecer en las calles principales y apuesto que estarás bien.

XxueyiyiNo recomendado: 1, debe ser el jefe indio, hay olores extraños en el pasillo; 2, el piso de la habitación, la cama chirría, las instalaciones están desactualizadas, la cama tiene una caja, es fácil poner a la gente en cuclillas, se ha magullado varias veces; 3, aire acondicionado, ventilador de escape del baño abierto, al igual que el sonido del motor es demasiado ruidoso, el exterior es ruidoso; 4, temprano no es feo ordinario, el pan es extraño, están empaquetados en la bolsa, muchos invitados no están aquí para comer; un buen lugar es una buena ubicación, a unos 700 metros del supermercado del mercado de agricultores, hay un museo de automóviles y un museo de arte cerca, conduciendo a media hora de Universal Studios, el automóvil se puede estacionar cerca del borde de la carretera (debe ser el No. 34 puede detenerse Área ), el hotel otorgará un permiso de estacionamiento (uno por día). UUsuario invitadoMost important: we got an excellent nights sleep. Second floor in the back of the hotel (rm 222). It was quiet and we found the bed excellent. Service was helpful, polite. And the Wifi worked reasonably well - no problems with that.
Also important is we booked the room for $84 (total) and in LA/Manhattan Beach area that is cheap. Walk in price was $109+tax. So all my suggestions are just ”future ideas” and I have no grounds to complain about anything since we slept really well there. And yes, we will be back again no future trips.
Things that could be better:
o ice maker ”out of service” - they had one unit and it was connected, would make whirring noise when pushing in the dispenser, but no ice. We used the in-room 'fridge to freeze some water bottles to keep our picnic things cool the next day.
o inner courtyard looks like a small prison yard: the former pool and hottub are covered with what looks like roofing material and the fence around the pool area is locked off. No plants is the main problem. This could be a gem of a garden. My advice is to visit estate sales and garage sales to buy all the *large* potted plants they can find cheap (or free).
o renovate the rooms a bit: e.g. rip out the old carpets and put in any (yes, even linoleum) floor that can be mopped - much cleaner, no place for fleas, bedbugs, or dust mites to live in. Wash the walls and paint where repairs have been made - simple things can make the room much more pleasant to be in.
o put a window screen on the back window - which essentially faces a wall. But it was good (quiet) ventilation since it wasn't facing the street.
o small grey mark on the pillow case and a stray hair on the bed - harmless stuff to us but other people might find more objectiionable. And some stains in the carpet that probably will never come out. Not a big deal.
