Hotel is WORN OUT..rooms are really old, dirty and need a complete refresh Breakfast was good Airport Shuttle good Staff is Excellent

Comfortable hotel room. Hotel surroundings a bit noisy.

This was the best stay ever! We couldn’t have asked for a nicer, cleaner hotel. All the amenities were amazing they even accepted a grocery order for us before we got there.

Helpful and professional hotel.

Hotel is fine for couple of night stay near lax. Free shuttle very easy to get to and from airport, room was big and clean for our family of 5 with double beds big enough for 2 to share. Sofa bed was fine too as these are often poor. Breakfast not great so don’t rely on it but still has few selections. Staff were fine and front desk changed our first room which smelt of smoke without issue. Breakfast staff was one young girl working very hard by herself and no support . Starbucks on site is bonus Bus stop close by which we took to Santa Monica without issue

I spent the night here before a morning flight and it was fine. The staff was great and breakfast was good too. My only complaint was my room was dark. The lighting was dim even with every lamp on. Glad I wasn’t trying to work there.

Excellent hotel. Great staff. Extremely helpful shuttle drivers. First class hotel at LAX.

The room was clean and spacious. The dining staff was very nice. The front desk staff not very helpful and kept throwing in our face that we booked through ******* and that we weren't entitled to that and for the first 24 hours the TV would not work
