There is a toilet room next to this bedroom.Outside we have a lovely seating area overlooking the orchard with a plunge pool. Situated only 1 km from the very popular Tremolat which has 5 great restaurants in our quaint village.The famous Le Vieux Logis offers "art on a plate by our Michelin star chef Vincent.The Bistro en Face has also been awarded a Michelin star. One of our favourite activities is to hire a paddling boats and to paddle from one village to another.If you start at Tremolat you will be taken by van up the river to any of the villages above i.e. Limeuil. They are situated in the hamlet of Les Nardoux, near the Dordogne River, in the Perigord Noir, only a mere kilometre from the charming village of Trémolat which offers a variety of restaurants and bistros. This lovely farmhouse/cottage has its own private swimming pool. It offers 3 outdoor living areas which overlook a walnut orchard.The cottage is close to Sarlat and within easy reach of the vineyards of Bergerac, Pecharment and MonbazilacThe beautifully renovated 250-year-old farmhouse comprises of four bedrooms, two shower-rooms and one full bathroom. There is a cosy lounge, a large kitchen, a large swimming pool and three outdoor living areas. The farmhouse sleeps eight people comfortably. Upstairs there is a large bedroom with high ceilings and a queen-size bed, plus a smaller bedroom with a double bed. A shower room is shared by these two bedrooms. Downstairs there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite shower-room. Next to it, is a comfortable bedroom with 2 single beds.
