What a lovely hotel. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained. We had a large room with a balcony, sitting area, plenty of storage, separate W.C and a decent sized bathroom with bath/overhead shower. There is a decent sized swimming pool with jacuzzi and also a spa area with sauna and steam room. We didn't try any spa treatments. For meals there were 3 separate restaurants all of which served great food. We could never manage to eat 3 courses although they were included in the room. The bar area is lovely with plenty of seating and good service, a great place to relax after a hard day skiing.The hotel itself is located at the foot of the ski slopes almost adjacent to a fast modern chairlift and a telecabin lift. you are able to ski almost back to the hotel, only a small road to cross. My only negative comment, and it is very minor, is that the ski lockers are a little small. I would love to return to this hotel for another holiday. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday very enjoyable.

Nos encontramos en un apartamento de 1 dormitorio. El dormitorio era amplio y las camas eran muy cómodas, pero la cama de sofá, mientras que un buen tamaño, se hundió en el medio tan sólo bueno para 1 persona. La cocina es lo suficientemente buena como para cocinar comidas básicas en el horno o microondas. Bien para nosotros. Lavavajillas pequeñas (traer muchos platos). Buenas baños, mucha agua caliente. Lindo personal. El hotel es un buen lugar para el autobús de esquí (orange o rosa,) aunque sólo parecen correr alrededor de cada media hora. O 8-10 minutos a pie al centro. Grande lugar para quedarse para familias - reservar sus restaurantes como sólo unos pocos, son pequeños y se reservan.

Vivimos por segunda vez con nuestros hijos mayores. Muy bien situado en Cluses. A 15 minutos de las primeras pistas. Hotel muy limpio, con todo el confort necesario, mantenido por un par adorable. PDJ muy bien. Muy buena relación calidad/precio. A preferir en lugar de un hotel de cadena inpersonal situado no muy lejos... Volveremos muy rápido...

Accueil très sympathique. Chambre fonctionnelle, très propre. Salle de bains nickel. Hôtel silencieux. Aucun bruit de l’extérieur également. Très grand parking fermé la nuit. Petit déjeuner simple mais tout à fait correct, dans une ambiance calme. Un hôtel pratique, facile à trouver. Une bonne adresse pour une nuit tranquille .
