Arrived around 2:40am for a checkin on a prepaid reservation and the hotel had cancelled it because I hadn’t arrived, hotel never attempted to make contact prior to confirm. Took agent at desk about 40 mins to get me into a room after having to charge me a second time at a higher rate because it was “day use” whatever the heck that means.
The customer service at this location is non-existent and I am very disappointed, Buyer Beware. Clerk was rude, argumentative and disrespectful with ZERO consideration for the customer and their needs. I stay at Hampton Inn frequently when traveling and have never had such a poor experience. I will definitely be considering other brands as I embark on a 10 night trip mid March, very doubtful I will be choosing Hampton Inn. What a joke!
