Excelentes habitaciones con vista al mar, muy cerca de todo y un desayuno delicioso. Personal amable, 10/10, gracias.

Когда то отель был достойный, но не сейчас, увы... У нас был номер Сьют с видом на океан, шикарный, если бы не одно НО...абсолютно, невероятно, совершенно грязнючие окна !!!! До такой степени , что неприятно смотреть в окна, особенно в тёмное время суток, а ведь фишка этого отеля, панорамный вид...УЖОС. Завтрак в целом нормальный, кофе отвратительный. Расположение отеля чудесное, шаг и ты на море)) От отеля предпологаются бесплатные шезлонги, НО... Талоны на них выдаются с ровно 8:00, а очередь за ними выстраивается с семи утра ; и не мудрено, ведь их всего 6 штук, представте)) И эта радость на два часа лежания, с 10 до 12 еще три семьи счастливчиков, и т.д. По приезду, никто не помог с чемоданами, никакого приветственного напитка и вишенка на торте, как говориться, то, что вьет на бассейне ПРОСТО СУШИТ ГРЯЗНЫЕ МОКРЫЕ полотенца, и ровненько сложив выдаёт, как ни в чём не бывало по-новой.

Básicamente todo ha sido bueno: la habitación es hermosa y las vistas son increíbles. La playa está muy cerca. La piscina en la azotea también es bonita. Aunque no me gustó el aire acondicionado: sopla directamente sobre la cama y el control remoto está en la pared opuesta.

Durante el 1 de mayo, me pasaron a una habitación individual con vista al mar. Me sentí muy feliz. El paisaje es muy hermoso. ¡Este hotel es un hotel pintoresco en la isla frente al mar, similar a los hoteles de Disney! En días festivos nacionales, costará alrededor de 2.000 por noche, ¿verdad? ¡En definitiva muy satisfecho!

El personal te ayudaba a resolver dudas y problemas, la habitación y el baño estaban limpios, y se disponían de accesorios para la ducha y secador. Estaba situado en una zona concurrida, pero se accedía por una calle tranquila, por lo que no sé escuchaba mucho ruido y se descansaba muy bien.

La verdad es que puedes encontrar hoteles mucho mejores (por ejemplo el de enfrente de este), la habitación con el mobiliario muy viejo, la limpieza deficiente, las paredes sucias, manchas en la ropa de cama, las toallas que te dan para la playa tienen AGUJEROS enormes... El desayuno está bien, el precio también, pero no quiero volver nunca más.

La habitación está limpia y ordenada, el baño y el armario son bastante grandes, buena relación calidad precio.

El hotel está bien ubicado. El personal es amable, pero nunca me explicaron nada sobre el desayuno, que estaba incluido, pero terminaba a las 9 de la mañana. Al registrarme en la habitación, se les olvidó poner las toallas de ducha y tuve que llamar para que las trajeran. Respondieron rápidamente. Como solo me quedé una noche, me despertaron temprano por la mañana para preguntarme si había que limpiar la habitación. No sirvió de nada, ya que no hubo comunicación y no era necesario limpiarla. Tiene balcón, pero es muy pequeño, casi inaccesible. Jaja. Está bien para el precio, pero no estoy seguro de que merezca la pena pagar 4 estrellas, aunque sigue estando bien para el precio.

On Trip the listings are not really as stated. For example: the TV in the room works haphazardly; the “luggage storage” requires a 20K fee per bag - regardless of size; and the “available parking” is also at a fee - 20k per night and then 5k every time you leave your bike during the day. I’ve travelled extensively in Vietnam and when these are listed, hotels don’t charge you for them. I would not have minded if they simply said there was a fee on the listing. However, what really put me off was the check in. On the site it says check in time is 10:30 - I knew I was going to arrive in the early morning so this was perfect. When I got to the hotel they told me, with a tone, to “come back at 14:00”. When I asked about the 10:30 check-in time on the site he told me “that's only when it’s possible” then swiftly left me there. Okay cool, most hotels have check-in at 14:00 anyways so I didn’t mind much. Came back way past 14:00 and they told me the room is still not ready. I was asked to wait 15mins minutes, but ended up having to wait for more than an hour. Once they said the room was ready they tried to give me one keycard - telling me there'd be an extra charge for two keys - but all other guests I saw were given two straight away. Once I pointed this out they gave me the extra card. At around 15:45 we were lead up to the room only to find out it was still being cleaned. The manager tried telling us to just go in while the poor auntie was still cleaning, and she'd clean the floor again after us. We were not going to make her clean twice so we waited and thanked the auntie after. After that, there was not much else that stood out. The rooms looked the same as the pictures on the site, it was well cleaned daily and the location was close to the beach and restaurants.

The hotel is a little bit old but condition is good. Breakfast is reasonable with good varieties of local food. Location is great, across the road from the beach. Nearby are many eateries and shops. Value for money.
