GGuest UserBásicamente todo ha sido bueno: la habitación es hermosa y las vistas son increíbles. La playa está muy cerca. La piscina en la azotea también es bonita. Aunque no me gustó el aire acondicionado: sopla directamente sobre la cama y el control remoto está en la pared opuesta.

RRay Mak Hon KitVinpearl Empire Nha Trang by Meliá was our second hotel in Nha Trang, following our stay at Vinpearl Resort on Vinpearl Island. Overall, it offers a comfortable and convenient city stay with several strong points. The price is reasonable for what you get, and the location is excellent — right in the heart of the city. Our deluxe room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out for a simple yet comfortable stay. Both the room and bathroom were spotless, which is always a big plus for me. The highlight, however, was the view. From the higher floors, the scenery is absolutely stunning and truly elevates the experience. Most of the facilities are located on the 6th floor. The swimming pool is beautiful and decently sized, making it a pleasant place to relax. There is also a restaurant on the same floor, though we didn’t get the chance to try it during this stay. Families will appreciate the kids’ room with activities, which is very convenient for parents. The presence of an on-site clinic for emergencies is also reassuring. Check-in took a little longer than expected, as the hotel was quite busy at the time. Unfortunately, the attitude of one of the concierge staff during check-in left us slightly put off. During check-out, we requested for our luggage to be brought down, but one staff member insisted that we personally follow him all the way up to retrieve it and then return to the lobby. While we understand that there may be procedures to follow, the manner in which it was communicated felt rather uncomfortable. Thankfully, another staff member quickly stepped in, kindly offering to bring our luggage down while we rested in the lobby. That gesture made a meaningful difference and was truly appreciated. I understand that hotel staff can be busy, but a gentler and more professional approach would greatly enhance the guest experience. One additional area for improvement would be the hotel’s scent. The aroma used throughout the hotel may feel uncomfortable for some guests and comes across as rather dated. Perhaps exploring a fresher, more contemporary fragrance would better suit modern preferences. Overall, Vinpearl Empire Nha Trang offers great value, a fantastic location, and beautiful views. With some refinements in service consistency and ambience, it could easily become an even more enjoyable stay. #nhatrang #vietnam #nhatranghotel

GGuest UserDurante el 1 de mayo, me pasaron a una habitación individual con vista al mar. Me sentí muy feliz. El paisaje es muy hermoso. ¡Este hotel es un hotel pintoresco en la isla frente al mar, similar a los hoteles de Disney! En días festivos nacionales, costará alrededor de 2.000 por noche, ¿verdad? ¡En definitiva muy satisfecho!

SSofa criticismIbis as usual Good 3*** hotel located in central side of this noisy busy croudy city, small clean room, clean shower and toilet, everything is fine for this reasonable price. Bed is comfortable and clean, everyday housekeeping. Tea/cofee set with cups and 2 bottles of water, but plastic cattle is very cheap and old. Breakfast + Cold swimming pool and massage we didn’t try, nothing to say. On reception feels uncomfortable. On first floor convenience store and restaurant. For people who like Nha Trang is convenient location, but for us is uncomfortable, sorry… And on reception they ask 50 $ for deposit, hard to understand why?!

RRambo SFantastic location close to beach and shops and restaurants. The room we had was very nice and very spacious eith ocean view (highly recommend ocean view). Breakfast was a little disappointing....not much choice of desserts and pastries , coffee is not so good. Breakfast meals are not all ways replenished and if you come fir Breakfast st say 8am you may miss out on food already gone which is not replaced. E.g. no milk, only a scraps of fruit, no coffee cups left or condensed milk etc.

KKwaziYoyoOn Trip the listings are not really as stated. For example: the TV in the room works haphazardly; the “luggage storage” requires a 20K fee per bag - regardless of size; and the “available parking” is also at a fee - 20k per night and then 5k every time you leave your bike during the day. I’ve travelled extensively in Vietnam and when these are listed, hotels don’t charge you for them. I would not have minded if they simply said there was a fee on the listing. However, what really put me off was the check in. On the site it says check in time is 10:30 - I knew I was going to arrive in the early morning so this was perfect. When I got to the hotel they told me, with a tone, to “come back at 14:00”. When I asked about the 10:30 check-in time on the site he told me “that's only when it’s possible” then swiftly left me there. Okay cool, most hotels have check-in at 14:00 anyways so I didn’t mind much. Came back way past 14:00 and they told me the room is still not ready. I was asked to wait 15mins minutes, but ended up having to wait for more than an hour. Once they said the room was ready they tried to give me one keycard - telling me there'd be an extra charge for two keys - but all other guests I saw were given two straight away. Once I pointed this out they gave me the extra card. At around 15:45 we were lead up to the room only to find out it was still being cleaned. The manager tried telling us to just go in while the poor auntie was still cleaning, and she'd clean the floor again after us. We were not going to make her clean twice so we waited and thanked the auntie after. After that, there was not much else that stood out. The rooms looked the same as the pictures on the site, it was well cleaned daily and the location was close to the beach and restaurants.
