ООльга КривошапкинаNos alojamos en este hotel durante dos semanas, alquilando una suite con vistas al mar. Celebramos Nochevieja. Como viajábamos con un bebé, una habitación tranquila y limpia era fundamental para nosotros.
Los desayunos eran buenos y tenían una trona. Había de sobra para alimentar al bebé. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, la entrada es preciosa y la habitación es preciosa. El jacuzzi fue un lujo. El baño era moderno. Nos proporcionaron una cuna, que era muy cómoda.
La piscina estaba fría, así que no nos atrevimos a entrar.
La zona infantil es pequeña. El gimnasio está bien.
Mi única queja fue que la almohada era un poco demasiado dura para mí.

UUsuario invitadoThe main benefit is definitely the location, it's not far from the the downtown of Nha Trang, so in comparison to other resorts, here you can order a taxi and get to the city center within 10-20 minutes. The resort itself is great, everything is new and clean, very scenic view from the lobby, the staff is polite and caring. Breakfasts are tasty. The terrirory (beach and alleys) is not big, but on the other hand the resort has two swimming pools, so it was easy enough to find a sun lounger even during busy hours.
I would recommend this type of vacation experience for families with children, as imho for couples and lone travellers this kind of resort would be a little bit boring and for the families with kids all conditions are provided: children can enjoy the swimming pool and parents can chill under the sun.

RRay Mak Hon KitVinpearl Empire Nha Trang by Meliá was our second hotel in Nha Trang, following our stay at Vinpearl Resort on Vinpearl Island. Overall, it offers a comfortable and convenient city stay with several strong points.
The price is reasonable for what you get, and the location is excellent — right in the heart of the city. Our deluxe room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out for a simple yet comfortable stay. Both the room and bathroom were spotless, which is always a big plus for me. The highlight, however, was the view. From the higher floors, the scenery is absolutely stunning and truly elevates the experience.
Most of the facilities are located on the 6th floor. The swimming pool is beautiful and decently sized, making it a pleasant place to relax. There is also a restaurant on the same floor, though we didn’t get the chance to try it during this stay. Families will appreciate the kids’ room with activities, which is very convenient for parents. The presence of an on-site clinic for emergencies is also reassuring.
Check-in took a little longer than expected, as the hotel was quite busy at the time. Unfortunately, the attitude of one of the concierge staff during check-in left us slightly put off. During check-out, we requested for our luggage to be brought down, but one staff member insisted that we personally follow him all the way up to retrieve it and then return to the lobby. While we understand that there may be procedures to follow, the manner in which it was communicated felt rather uncomfortable. Thankfully, another staff member quickly stepped in, kindly offering to bring our luggage down while we rested in the lobby. That gesture made a meaningful difference and was truly appreciated. I understand that hotel staff can be busy, but a gentler and more professional approach would greatly enhance the guest experience.
One additional area for improvement would be the hotel’s scent. The aroma used throughout the hotel may feel uncomfortable for some guests and comes across as rather dated. Perhaps exploring a fresher, more contemporary fragrance would better suit modern preferences.
Overall, Vinpearl Empire Nha Trang offers great value, a fantastic location, and beautiful views. With some refinements in service consistency and ambience, it could easily become an even more enjoyable stay.

SSerchmaadorjI stayed at Libra Hotel for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of food options to choose from every morning. The ocean view from the hotel was very beautiful and made my stay even more special.
The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was very important and comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. The staff were very kind, friendly, and always ready to help.
The location is also excellent — close to the night market and the city center, making it very convenient to explore the area.
I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again

РРуслан1987En general, el hotel no está mal, pero no tiene sentido tener habitaciones con vistas al mar: las ventanas están muy sucias y no piensan lavarlas en el futuro. La primera semana trabajaron con taladros y martillos; empezaron a las 7 de la mañana y trabajaron durante la hora del almuerzo, así que no lo recomiendo a familias con niños.
Hay muchos chinos; gritan a las 6 y a las 3 de la mañana, fuman en el suelo, tiran basura, suben al ascensor en bañador mojado y todo les gotea al suelo.
Los desayunos son muy buenos, el personal es amable, pero no me volvería a alojar aquí; creo que hay opciones mucho más interesantes y económicas.

También se puede informar a las personas en el check-in y a su personal sobre los bloques de su habitación - la puerta de cierre y la maniobra de puertas pueden bloquearse mientras la puerta está abierta, por lo que la puerta no se cierra adecuadamente antes de reabrirla. Vinimos a nuestra puerta abierta después de mantener la casa una vez, también vimos muchas puertas abiertas en nuestro piso cada día durante nuestra estancia.

SSofa criticismIbis as usual Good 3*** hotel located in central side of this noisy busy croudy city, small clean room, clean shower and toilet, everything is fine for this reasonable price. Bed is comfortable and clean, everyday housekeeping. Tea/cofee set with cups and 2 bottles of water, but plastic cattle is very cheap and old.
Breakfast + Cold swimming pool and massage we didn’t try, nothing to say. On reception feels uncomfortable. On first floor convenience store and restaurant.
For people who like Nha Trang is convenient location, but for us is uncomfortable, sorry… And on reception they ask 50 $ for deposit, hard to understand why?!

Llegué temprano y la recepción me mintió y me dijo que la habitación que reservé no estaba disponible y me pidió que pagara extra para mejorar la habitación para poder registrarme inmediatamente, de lo contrario tendría que esperar hasta el mediodía. No estuve de acuerdo. Después de un tiempo, me dijeron que si pagaba una pequeña cantidad de dinero, podría ingresar antes a la habitación que había reservado. Es frecuente encontrar hoteles con este tipo de rutina en Vietnam e incluso en el sudeste asiático.

Facility is really clean, great water pressure, clean towel with coffee and tea in the room, great AC power enough to keep temp comfortable, comparing to all other alike hotel near by. One improvement that can be done is the signage of the elevator. We could not get to B2 parking from other elevators, except for the opposite. This caused confusion among the guest and time consuming. Even one of the employee identified thisi issues, but never been fixed. Other than that, we are happy with the services.

UUsuario anónimoPhotos of the room are outdated. Probably from when it was brand new. For the price and location can't complain. But the lifts are horrendous. Had to wait 20 minutes once to go down. Lifts just bypassed my floor even though the down button was pressed and lighted. For this reason alone, won't be coming back to this property again.
