入住期間，店家全程都格外細心體貼，從剛抵達時的接駁指引，到日常起居的各種小細節，都會主動關心詢問，態度親和友善，毫無距離感，相處起來格外自在。最讓我暖心又感動的是，只是隨口和店家提了一句，想要簡單煮點東西、用餐，他們立馬就把整套的煮飯、用餐厨具餐具整齊整理好送過來，反應超迅速，也絲毫沒有推辭敷衍，每一個舉動都滿是用心與貼心，不管是多瑣碎的小需求，都能被及時回應並妥善解決，細節裡全是滿滿的誠意。
房間本身也格外舒適，打掃得乾淨整潔，空間寬敞通透，佈置溫馨又有質感，住進來就有種回家的舒適感，各類生活設備一應俱全，使用起來都很順手。住宿位置也很便利，出行、覓食都很方便，周圍環境安靜愜意，遠避島上的喧囂吵鬧，既能享受度假的悠閒，又不失生活便利性，整段入住時光都放鬆又舒心。

Peaceful Location, But Some Inconveniences
This hotel is in a very quiet area of Phu Quoc, about a five-minute walk to the beach. They provide beach chairs at the pool close by , which was nice, and it’s perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay away from the busy city atmosphere. You pay extra for chairs the beach.
However, if you want nightlife, lots of restaurants, and city energy — this is not the place. There are very few restaurants nearby, so you’ll need transportation if you want more options.
Room cleaning was only done every two days (two days without cleaning, then one day cleaning), which felt a bit unusual. Also, after the initial two complimentary bottles of water, they would not provide more. I was told to go downstairs and refill bottles myself, which I didn’t love.
They were able to exchange money, which was convenient — but only when a specific staff member was there. Other times, it wasn’t available.
One important note: I originally booked one hotel, but when I arrived they didn’t have a room available and walked me to another nearby property instead. It was close, but not the hotel I had originally reserved.
Overall, it’s a quiet place near the beach, but with some service inconsistencies to be aware of.

The hotel located quite far away from the beach (15-20 min walk, yet it's through the walking steet of night market, so no traffic there), but right on the side of the night market with many cafes, massages, shops, supermarkets, etc.
Yet it's very quiet there as it has another building between itself and the night market.
Rooms are spacious and clean. Daily cleaning, 2 water bottles refresh.
Very nice and helpful staff at the reception: available 24/7.
What to keep on mind:
1. Ask for an internal yard view (otherwise you'll face some construction desert)
2. Breakfast is very bad, 2 types of fruit, 2 dishes (no meat, just rice or noodles with some veggies), eggs, milk, coffee, tea.
3. No safe box or lockers in the room
4. Sonasea area has very dirty sea, the water smells of fish and is literally brown. There are no farmacies. Public bus goes only every 2 hours...

Мы с мужем остались там совсем не надолго, до этого мы жили неделю в другой гостинице. Но нас поразило чистота и уют комнаты. Она была не большая но очень симпатичная, белые стены, красивые и даже милые картины. Было чисто и комфортно. Хороший санузел с душевой. Что было поразительно это проектор вместо телевизора, где мы могли смотреть ютуб, а не только непонятные каналы на непонятном языке. Очень вежливая девушка на ресепшене, готова была помочь во всем, даже заселила на 2 часа раньше и денег за это не взяла. Спасибо большое за комфорт, в следующий раз обязательно приедем к вам на дольше.

The hotel is fine. The location is great and we enjoyed our view of the night market. The problem was the front desk. The first night they put us in the wrong room type. We paid for a deluxe, but our plane got in late and they said it wasn’t available. The room was terrible with a bad view, but no worries over one night.
However the next day they said the deluxe wouldn’t be available at all during our four night stay and they offered a free breakfast as compensation. This was not acceptable and after we complained and got angry, they miraculously gave us a deluxe room. The fact that one was available and ready made us more upset.
To further disappointment us, we went to the hotel restaurant. It’s Korean. The food was fine, and it’s run by the Korean owner. The problem is that he tried to over charge us by adding an extra plate. We caught this and it was easily fixed. We came in from the night market street. When we walked into the hotel, he was surprised and embarrassed.
We complained to C-Trip and their version of the story was filled with lies. They blamed us.
The property is fine, but this treatment the first two days really soured our opinion of this hotel.

El hotel en general es realmente genial. La habitación era bonita y espaciosa, sin embargo, no limpiaban nuestra habitación correctamente todos los días. El desayuno era bueno y el personal era amable en general en la sala de desayunos. Siento que en esta época del año (durante las vacaciones TET) el hotel estaba MUY OCUPADO y tenía poco personal. Por lo tanto, la experiencia general podría haber sido mejor si hubieran tenido más personal durante este tiempo. La piscina y la playa privada eran realmente agradables y lo disfrutamos mucho.

VVincentLa ubicación del hotel era buena, con mercado nocturno, puerto n muchos estaciones locales n restaurantes cerca. El precio de la habitación es razonable. El personal de servicio es muy útil n hablando también inglés. La entrada n fuera fue rápida, pero el tiempo de entrada a las 3:00 es demasiado largo. A la hora de la recepción, el hotel está muy bien situado.
Sobre toda nuestra primera experiencia en el hotel Seashell fue una gran. Volveremos para nuestro próximo viaje n recomendamos encarecidamente el hotel a nuestros amigos n familia. Muchas gracias.👍🙏

LLuiza/South Korea¡Tuve una estancia maravillosa en este hotel! La propiedad está impecablemente limpia, lo que hizo la experiencia aún más placentera. Su ubicación es perfecta, a un corto paseo de la playa, lo que lo hace increíblemente conveniente para divertirse junto al mar.
Lo más destacado para mí fue la gran piscina, perfecta para relajarme y pasar tiempo de calidad con mi familia. Otra característica fantástica es el Kids Café gratuito, un espacio maravilloso donde los niños pueden divertirse, lo que añade un toque extra de consideración para las familias.
El personal fue increíblemente positivo y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. Por si fuera poco, el precio era muy asequible, ofreciendo una excelente relación calidad-precio por las comodidades que ofrece. ¡Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel a cualquiera que busque una estancia familiar y económica cerca de la playa!

包包姆The hotel comprise of 2-4 bedroom villas and the landscaping has a tv drama suburban vibe to it. The villas are spacious but the hygiene was just fair. Our kids developed rashes after frequent contact with the couches, which looked quite dated. The amenities were also so so, no body lotion / insect repellent as most hotels would have provided. The pool water was also a bit dirty, with quite a lot of dead bugs in it. The main pool was also small for a hotel this scale. I would say on the overall it was ok for the price and for my kids to experience a pool villa, but the entire Vinpearl complex is dated and kinda eerie. Staff were helpful and nice. But the hardware and maintenance were really three star max.

The problem was with beach chairs. They were all taken by Russians. They were leaving their towels in the evening on the beach chairs and when we were coming to the beach in the morning and there was nobody, we didn’t have a place to stay. We were with a baby, so it was quite annoying because we couldn’t get a beach chair. They were all occupied already but the people who did that were coming to the beach only till noon.
It’s a five star hotel and such things are not ok. I went to the reception desk to complain but they were helpless.

Сам район еще не очень заселен, и более безлюдный. Хочется написать хороший отзыв, НО .... когда мы заехали производились строительные работы. Все бы ничего, если бы не этот ужасный шум. Наверное это мы приехали не в совсем удачный период.

We stayed at this villa as a family.
We liked the villa very much, we rate it 10/10. The house's design is thoughtful. The rooms are well thought out and well equipped. The bathrooms are very nice. The landscaping with tropical trees and flowers is great. Bougainvillea is great. The night lighting of the villa is very impressive. Every three days there is a complete cleaning and replacement of all towels. The linen is new, dry and spotlessly white. There is a washing machine. It helped a lot with rinsing beach clothes, T-shirts, and beach towels. Everything was dry in the morning. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, but I would advise the manager to change one of the pans, add 8 earthenware cups instead of plastic ones and 10 pieces of small teaspoons and add 8 large plates for the main course. In this case, there will be nothing to complain about. Our extended family was comfortable staying in this villa. Everything is completely consistent with the description. The location is in a quiet location in the complex of the same Sun Tropical Village villas. Security with a barrier around the perimeter, video cameras and more. Everything is great, but take into account one very important point. This is a problem common to the entire island of Phu Quoc. The island is preparing to host a major economic summit in 2027. The whole island is one big construction and reconstruction project. And not all the villas in this complex are ready for operation. At the moment, only 30% are involved. The rest are being put into operation very quickly. With us, one of the neighboring villas was fully equipped by about 40 workers, from concrete to complete furniture and landscaping in 12 days. The pace is impressive. So, if your villa is nearby, then you will have noise problems. I talked to one of these residents, who complained that he had a villa for rent for a month, and nearby repairs. Fortunately, during our stay with Evelyn, preparatory work was just beginning.
Tips for nearby restaurants - Chinese Fu Lu Kang (excellent work by a professional chef, instant service, full Chinese menu, except for Peking duck, we recommend absolutely everything). Grill Station is a decent menu when you want to switch from Vietnamese cuisine. Com Nha Vietnamese Cuisine is the latest restaurant on the way to the beach. Very affordable prices and excellent food quality. Better than on the beach - Draft Beer Bai Khem. We used the last one when we were at the beach all day. I recommend all the listed restaurants. KingKong has the best currency exchange, while Khem has a 1% worse exchange rate. If you skip the transport to KingKong, then the course is the same. The general advice on Khem's vacation location is if finances allow, then Premier Residence, New Wolrd, JW Marriott. That is, the territories that were closed and completed for reconstruction with half board. The latter is important because Vietnamese cuisine is sparse and monotonous. At the same time, you are guaranteed that you do not have large-scale repairs with the demolition of floors behind your wall. We recommend the Shop-center and farm of sea and river pearls - Ngoc Hien Pearl Farm. You can even book a transfer from the hotel if you really intend to buy something.

Ggggllloverall, not worth its money at this point. the place has potential since the location is sceneric, but a lot of work still has to be done. you can say that the hotel is not built fully and in product management terms it is rather a Minimum Usable Product. Avoid booking Cave room at all cost. details are below
my girlfriend decided to treat us to a nice place to stay at. we chose a cave room. we checked in, felt that the room is a little hot, turned on the ac and it seemed to not work properly. we asked the staff to check it and fix it if possible while we are away at the beach. when we returned around 1 or 2 am to the room, it was even hotter than before. obviously, no one repaired it. the room was hot and damp like a sauna, sleeping outside would be more comfortable than inside that room. it didnt have any ventilation system. we asked them to change the room but they said that for that night there were no other rooms available other than a similar cave room which we did not want to sleep at. we agreed on upgrading us to a bungalow for another day.
now about a bungalow. it was cute and cozy, the ac worked properly, porch had a swing. overall we liked the design. on the other hand the electricity would go on and off randomly resulting in lights flashing which was annoying.
amenities are good, we swam in the pool although at times a little dirty. did not use spa or mud bath. park and restaurant/bar area is very nice. scenery is amazing especially on the sunset.
they also provide free breakfast which was mid (i like the pho tho), the choice of dishes for breakfast is quite interesting to say the least (pasta, burgers, etc). drinks were okay, nothing special but not bad either.
staff is generally friendly, the guy at the reception desk named Tee was helpful, and we also had fun chats with a boy with glasses working near the pool whose name i did not get. other people were always trying to help, although most of the time they looked confused. the general feeling i got from our one night stay is that the management system is not great, all processes that should not be hard always take more time and effort as they should. for example breakfast. at the restaurant i told them what we wanted for breakfast and they gave me a pager. some people would leave their pagers at the bar and the staff would bring food over, but since i came to the bar by myself and no one asked me where we are seated, the staff was trying to find our table to bring the food, i had to come over to them and tell them where we are. we still had couple of dishes left and i asked a girl at the bar if i should leave the pager and she seemed very confused. at first she told me that i can keep it, then she said to leave it. i dont remember if i ended up keeping it. anyways the food did not get lost but i got a feeling that among staff everyone just doesn’t know what everyone else is responsible for, simple things turn into a little quest. i would not say that it was very bothering, slightly annoying is a more appropriate phrase.
a lot of parts of the territory are still being built, a lot of dug up dirt and debris in certain places.
during the night we got woken up twice by stray dogs fighting with each other right by our bungalow (it was located near one of the empty W.I.P. spots)
if the rooms were being sold with big discounts, it would be fine. but they are charging full prices for a hotel that is still being built. scenery is really beautiful tho.
