El personal es muy amable y servicial, siempre estuvieron disponibles a ayudarnos y a compartir la mejor información. Las instalaciones muy bien, la piscina perfecta. Está situado en el centro, con muchas opciones de comida alrededor. Relación precio y calidad excelente. Muy buen desayuno con opciones asiáticas y occidentales.

Excelente lugar para tener unas vacaciones. Descanso asegurado. El personal del hotel super amable y servicial. La playa es un sueño. La piscina también. La pasamos tan bien que no salimos del resort. Altamente recomendable y seguramente volveremos.

From all the trips I've had this hotel is one of the best, and I'm talking exactly about our room. Make sure you get the room with the firework view because it's magical. Also try the Sakurakyo Spa and you'll have maximum of your vacation feeling. The next thing find the Sakurakyo restaurant to enjoy their sushi, try the ones with mango, Philadelphia and California. Also the salmon was delicious. Staff is super friendly and nice.

El entorno del hotel es top, piscina,habitaciones ,comida ,servicios. El personal del hotel siempre está atento y simpático. La puesta de sol en la piscina no tiene precio!

In lugar espectacular para relajarse y pasar en familia. Las instalaciones son nuevas y las mantienen limpias todo el tiempo. El personal es muy atento y cordial.

We stayed here for 2 nights as a group of 13 (including children), and the overall management and customer service were deeply disappointing. 🚗 Airport Transfer Chaos & Safety Concerns No show & excuses: We reserved and confirmed our airport pickup a week in advance via email and provided our WhatsApp contact. When we arrived, nobody was there, and no message was sent. When we called the hotel, they claimed they had already picked up another group with the exact same name and flight number. 15–20 minute delay: We were left waiting at the airport until a replacement driver arrived. Unsafe & cramped transport: Despite knowing we were a group of 13 with luggage, they sent a single 16-seater vehicle with no space for bags. Luggage ended up taking over passenger seats, forcing several children to sit on adults' laps during the drive. 🏠 Mismanagement of Room Transfers Broken promises: We booked two different room types for our two nights. Upon arrival, the receptionist assured us we would not need to check out after night one and could stay in our first villa until the next room was ready. 15-minute eviction: Right around standard checkout time, staff suddenly backtracked and demanded we vacate the villa immediately, giving a group of 13 people only 15 minutes to pack up and move. 💡 Verdict Poor communication, organisational chaos, and a complete lack of consideration for guest safety and comfort. If you are traveling as a family or large group, be prepared for miscommunication and severe service failures.

Отличное расположение отеля. Номер оснащен всем необходимым . Удобные кровати- что немаловажно . При отеле брали на прокат байк- 150 т донгов сутки. Внизу небольшая кухня со всем необходимым. Приветливый персонал. Есть два бесплатных велосипеда, бесплатная прогулочная коляска, детские игрушки.

El hotel tiene una buena ubicación, cerca del aeropuerto. Es súper limpio y tiene un buen desayuno con opciones occidentales y vietnamitas. Los servicios del hotel eran agradables y estaban en muy buenas condiciones. La piscina tiene una hermosa vista a la playa! ¡Hay 3 buenas opciones de restaurantes con precios asequibles! ¡El personal fue muy amable!

Прекрасное тихо, уютное и очень зелёное место. Встретили, привезли до виллы. Все было чисто, красиво, уютно. Есть нюансы, количество открытых спален зависит от количества заявленных людей. Это странно. Просто уточняйте этот момент. Белье роскошное, полотенца свежие. Вид шикарный. Тишина вокруг. Пожалуйста, покупайте новые губки для посуды для новых жильцов. Я думаю Вам это не накладно, а впечатление будет лучше
