KKseniia KoshevaiaWe recently had the pleasure of staying at Hôtel Peter and Paul in New Orleans and overall, it was a delightful experience. The interior of the hotel exudes a captivating charm, blending historic architecture with modern comfort seamlessly. The attention to detail in the design adds a unique touch to the ambiance.
The service at Hôtel Peter and Paul was exceptional, with a staff that was attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether it was providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any concerns, the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident.
While the overall experience was positive, I did encounter a minor hiccup with the housekeeping service. It wasn't as thorough as I would have expected, and some details were overlooked. However, this didn't overshadow the other positive aspects of the stay.
In conclusion, Hôtel Peter and Paul offers a charming and unique retreat in the heart of New Orleans. The impressive interior and outstanding service make it a memorable choice for those seeking a distinctive and comfortable stay in this vibrant city.

AAli from OC CaliforniaLa ubicación es ideal, en línea recta hacia el barrio francés y todos los puntos calientes (de 10 a 12 minutos a pie). Las habitaciones son espaciosas y tienen una distribución sencilla y moderna. Hay cafetera Nespersso con café de cortesía, muy apreciado. El baño también es espacioso y limpio, en general fue una estancia muy agradable de 3 noches, se lo recomiendo a cualquiera.

BBrian Rose HensleyThe shower did not have enough pressure so it was hard to feel clean/get soap out. Another friend's shower had too much power and sprayed hard in multiple crazy directions. The vanity mirror light did not work in most of the rooms our friends had but it did in ours. And the lighting in the rooms is very minimal so that mirror is necessary. The street was sometimes closed off due to construction so Lyft drivers were easily confused, but sometimes it wasn't. We woke up one morning at 8 am to the sound of a jack hammer right outside the window. It didn't stop that morning but the lady at the front desk did call and make sure it didn't happen again which we very much appreciated. When we checked in, there was a water station in the lobby. It broke and they did not set up another one, but said we would need to go to the main hotel to get water. There were a lot of negatives but the rooms themselves are very large and lofty (as the name suggests). It has a TON of potential but needs better service/management.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel itself is fine and the location is excellent, but we had several awful service experiences.
First, the king bed room we booked was not available when we check in, so they put us in a double bed room and said they would move us the next day.
Then when we went to the front desk to move to our new room, the person at the front desk was not friendly and was taking so long to handle our situation. We were worried we would be late for our tour, so we asked if we could leave and they could move our luggage to the new room. She said no, we can't change rooms until we are ready to move the luggage ourselves, and that our luggage would stay in the old room.
When we came back later that day, they moved us to our new room but our luggage was not in our old room or the new room! We were so worried they lost our luggage. Finally they figured out that they moved our luggage to a 3rd room, and they tried to blame us for it. All of these interactions took a long time because the front desk was so slow and the line was long. After all that trouble, they only gave us a meager $25 credit as an apology.
Lastly, we accidentally left a small pouch of personal items in our first room and when we told them about this, they made no effort to try and find it. When we checked out, we also left a souvenir we had bought in the room accidentally. We tried calling the hotel to see if they could find the missing item and ship it to us. We waited on hold for a long time before the front desk transferred us to the wrong place, the automated reservations agent. So frustrating!
It is clear the staff there do not communicate between shifts or departments and just don't care about treating their guests well. Simple things like contacting the lost and found about a missing item should not be this difficult.
The only good staff interactions we had were with the interns who were there on a training program.
Also the wifi is not free. How are big hotels like this getting away with charging for wifi in 2025?
Tl;dr: staff are not helpful at all, their communication is awful. Wifi not free

Tout était parfait : la propreté des chambres était irréprochable, la literie très confortable, ce qui m’a permis de profiter d’un sommeil de qualité. L’accueil était professionnel et chaleureux, et chaque détail était soigné. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui cherchent un endroit où se sentir bien et se reposer pleinement.
