Un hotel bastante bonito, con una vibra genial. Tiene muy buen toque de Nueva Orleans. A un lado tiene sitio de interés. Enfrente para el famoso tranvía. Me gustó bastante.

Este lugar es muy alto y muy sombrío, es muy cercano y no tiene pruebas de sonido. Puedes oír la televisión de todos en la sala junto a tu habitación, la gente grita en el teléfono, las puertas se aplasan, la gente se encuentra en otro piso, la gente fuera en el patio bonito, el agua se tomó para siempre en la niebla para bajar, el tapón negro que te dan era tan feo, Parecía un snoot o un esperma que se abrazaba. El pelo estaba en todas partes. Digo esto con la comprensión de que el pelo es más difícil de levantar. Fue en nuestra cama, en todas partes en la ducha. No hay ningún lugar para que los niños se muestren y hablen en las calles bc todo puede oír tan claramente. De 1.5 pulgadas bajo las puertas que no ayudan al sonido. Lugar bonito, en un esquema de arriba y vecindad venida. Ellos sólo tienen aparcamiento callejero que fue abundante y dijo que había seguridad rodeando por el vecindario. Muy buena y muy especial experiencia. ¡El salón tiene café todo el día y la noche tiene Macaron! La habitación tiene aire limpio y un estilo sur. También es muy conveniente la ubicación del transporte. En general, es muy recomendable.

La ubicación es ideal, en línea recta hacia el barrio francés y todos los puntos calientes (de 10 a 12 minutos a pie). Las habitaciones son espaciosas y tienen una distribución sencilla y moderna. Hay cafetera Nespersso con café de cortesía, muy apreciado. El baño también es espacioso y limpio, en general fue una estancia muy agradable de 3 noches, se lo recomiendo a cualquiera.

La habitación es limpia y agradable, pero hay un pequeño ruido de ascensor. Hay una ventana pero no hay vistas en absoluto

The hotel itself is fine and the location is excellent, but we had several awful service experiences. First, the king bed room we booked was not available when we check in, so they put us in a double bed room and said they would move us the next day. Then when we went to the front desk to move to our new room, the person at the front desk was not friendly and was taking so long to handle our situation. We were worried we would be late for our tour, so we asked if we could leave and they could move our luggage to the new room. She said no, we can't change rooms until we are ready to move the luggage ourselves, and that our luggage would stay in the old room. When we came back later that day, they moved us to our new room but our luggage was not in our old room or the new room! We were so worried they lost our luggage. Finally they figured out that they moved our luggage to a 3rd room, and they tried to blame us for it. All of these interactions took a long time because the front desk was so slow and the line was long. After all that trouble, they only gave us a meager $25 credit as an apology. Lastly, we accidentally left a small pouch of personal items in our first room and when we told them about this, they made no effort to try and find it. When we checked out, we also left a souvenir we had bought in the room accidentally. We tried calling the hotel to see if they could find the missing item and ship it to us. We waited on hold for a long time before the front desk transferred us to the wrong place, the automated reservations agent. So frustrating! It is clear the staff there do not communicate between shifts or departments and just don't care about treating their guests well. Simple things like contacting the lost and found about a missing item should not be this difficult. The only good staff interactions we had were with the interns who were there on a training program. Also the wifi is not free. How are big hotels like this getting away with charging for wifi in 2025? Tl;dr: staff are not helpful at all, their communication is awful. Wifi not free

J’ai passé un séjour absolument génial dans cet hôtel ! Tout était parfait : la propreté des chambres était irréprochable, la literie très confortable, ce qui m’a permis de profiter d’un sommeil de qualité. L’accueil était professionnel et chaleureux, et chaque détail était soigné. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui cherchent un endroit où se sentir bien et se reposer pleinement.
