Un hotel bastante bonito, con una vibra genial. Tiene muy buen toque de Nueva Orleans. A un lado tiene sitio de interés. Enfrente para el famoso tranvía. Me gustó bastante.

The hotel was located in a great area. Service was professional and friendly. The dining room for dinner and cocktails was closed; bummer. The breakfast dining was limited. Belgium waffles were their specialty. Lunch items were a couple of soups, a salad, and 2 entrees. The rooms were clean however we had to change rooms due to a constant running toilet. The desk had mentioned compensation but we have not received any this far and we have yet to receive our email receipt.

Este lugar es muy alto y muy sombrío, es muy cercano y no tiene pruebas de sonido. Puedes oír la televisión de todos en la sala junto a tu habitación, la gente grita en el teléfono, las puertas se aplasan, la gente se encuentra en otro piso, la gente fuera en el patio bonito, el agua se tomó para siempre en la niebla para bajar, el tapón negro que te dan era tan feo, Parecía un snoot o un esperma que se abrazaba. El pelo estaba en todas partes. Digo esto con la comprensión de que el pelo es más difícil de levantar. Fue en nuestra cama, en todas partes en la ducha. No hay ningún lugar para que los niños se muestren y hablen en las calles bc todo puede oír tan claramente. De 1.5 pulgadas bajo las puertas que no ayudan al sonido. Lugar bonito, en un esquema de arriba y vecindad venida. Ellos sólo tienen aparcamiento callejero que fue abundante y dijo que había seguridad rodeando por el vecindario. I enjoyed my time at this hotel. It was a lovely stay. The room was clean. The staff was friendly when you call they answer your questions in a timely matter. They are all around the board a great establishment to go and visit in New Orleans. It is close to a lot of different attractions

The hotel itself is fine and the location is excellent, but we had several awful service experiences. First, the king bed room we booked was not available when we check in, so they put us in a double bed room and said they would move us the next day. Then when we went to the front desk to move to our new room, the person at the front desk was not friendly and was taking so long to handle our situation. We were worried we would be late for our tour, so we asked if we could leave and they could move our luggage to the new room. She said no, we can't change rooms until we are ready to move the luggage ourselves, and that our luggage would stay in the old room. When we came back later that day, they moved us to our new room but our luggage was not in our old room or the new room! We were so worried they lost our luggage. Finally they figured out that they moved our luggage to a 3rd room, and they tried to blame us for it. All of these interactions took a long time because the front desk was so slow and the line was long. After all that trouble, they only gave us a meager $25 credit as an apology. Lastly, we accidentally left a small pouch of personal items in our first room and when we told them about this, they made no effort to try and find it. When we checked out, we also left a souvenir we had bought in the room accidentally. We tried calling the hotel to see if they could find the missing item and ship it to us. We waited on hold for a long time before the front desk transferred us to the wrong place, the automated reservations agent. So frustrating! It is clear the staff there do not communicate between shifts or departments and just don't care about treating their guests well. Simple things like contacting the lost and found about a missing item should not be this difficult. The only good staff interactions we had were with the interns who were there on a training program. Also the wifi is not free. How are big hotels like this getting away with charging for wifi in 2025? Tl;dr: staff are not helpful at all, their communication is awful. Wifi not free

Las habitaciones del hotel son bastante espaciosas y cómodas, pero en comparación con los hoteles de estrellas de alta gama, las instalaciones son normales y la relación precio / rendimiento no es mala. ¡Es adecuado para viajes familiares!
