New Orleans Courtyard Hotel by the French Quarter

交通方便，門口就是三個公交車站點和有軌電車站。一樓大堂蠻漂亮的。缺點是早上退房服務枱沒人，等了半小時也沒人，電話也沒人接？

Room was clean, pools were nice and the location was walkable to most things. They even let us park early in their secure lot when we arrived into town. The woman working the desk was super nice! Would definitely stay here again. Only complaint was they only had 2 towels in the room and we had more ppl than that.

This is a good place is looking to sleep. Lackluster, no food, drinks, or vending. It served it’s purpose, but I wouldn’t stay again.

The beds were comfortable staff was super nice one pool was not clean but the other one was fine good location right in the middle of everything and walking distance to the cathedral clean room ac nice and cold parking was easy in back love our stay

This was the most dirty, unsafe hotel. I took one look around and immediately booked a hotel at another location—The Royal Sonesta (a fabulous, clean, safe hotel on Bourbon Street). However, this raggedy hotel refused to refund my money. I know their harsh nonrefundable policy is only because they know travelers who are unfamiliar with the location will be forced to stay in this location upon arrival despite its unsafe and decrepit exterior. I wasted my money here, but thankfully I still had a wonderful time staying at the Royal Sonesta. The only good thing about this place was the sweet front desk agent who walked me to my car because I felt that unsafe being on the property. Praise God for her. Besides that, the manager is terrible for refusing to give me my money back for a room I never stayed in.

There are no amenities. Not even a vending machine. No elevator and pool wasn’t operable. Definitely not worth the price. Good location to French Quarter and friendly staff though.

For starters, I did not get my full deposit back without explanation. No available drinks to purchase, you must walk to the gas station. I do not recommend this hotel.

It was an excellent stay. We loved the old school feel and our balcony view was amazing. You can hear everything if your a light sleeper. Just blocks away from Bourbon St. Great value and stay!
