1. El agua de la ducha es muy pequeña, realmente muy pequeña. ¿Quizás porque no hay puerta de ducha, tengo miedo de que el agua se salga?
2. La potencia del secador de pelo es muy pequeña y tarda diez minutos en secar el pelo corto.
3. La almohada es demasiado blanda
4. Hay metro y bares abajo, por lo que es mejor elegir una zona de alto nivel.
ventaja:
1. El diseño general y los detalles del hotel son geniales, ¡geniales!
2. El gel de ducha y el champú son muy útiles
3. La ubicación está disponible, tanto en el metro como en los supermercados.
4. El servicio es bueno. El servicio de habitaciones llega tan pronto como llamas.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel está situado en el extremo este de la calle 42, un lugar tranquilo en medio del ajetreo y el bullicio. Es muy conveniente caminar hasta la estación Grand Central, la Quinta Avenida y Times Square, y el metro y los autobuses también están a poca distancia. alcanzar. KKitrynThis hotel is immaculate and absolutely everybody is above and beyond pleasant. Though not directly affiliated with the hotel, Inexpensive, super clean and very easily accessible parking is a two minute walk away at 25 Kent St. We paid $64 for 2 1/2 days of parking. The room was incredible. Exposed brick walls with super high ceilings, the bathroom had a huge tub and a wonderful shower. Pro tip: if traveling with someone that you do not want to see you naked, understand that it is not a one-way mirror over the bar and you absolutely CAN see into the shower While someone is showering. Luckily I was with my daughter, so this was not a real issue. The restaurant within the hotel and the Ramen place directly next-door are both wonderful. I did not make it to the rooftop bar this time but since I absolutely will stay at this hotel every time I come to visit I will check it out next time! The room was extremely quiet, temperature was easy to control. Now, a little too much honesty, I am an extremely “sensitive” person, and resting and hearing so much from the second I stepped into this hotel. I was never scared, as I definitely don’t typically get scared, but I had numerous very genuine and very obvious things happen while I say that this hotel, such as seeing things walk across the hall in both my room and the hallway, in the main lobby bathroom someone walked into the bathroom and into the stall next to me, but never left, and when I looked, there was no one there,and I was in the shower. I could hear several men talking to each other as if they were right next to me. I was definitely not hearing people from another room. I also heard the door to the stair well open, which is right next to our room and I was right next to the door so when I looked, there was nobody there and I pulled it shut again. Just out of curiosity, as to what was there prior to the hotel, on the way home my daughter looked up the history to the hotel. Let’s just say it was very enlightening as to why i was experiencing so much activity in this hotel, especially on the third floor next to what I will assume would have been a fire escape at some point. It also may explain why the first thing that went through my mind when I opened the front door of the hotel and turned to my daughter and said “I’m surprised the hotel gets away with door opening inward. It goes against fire code. Anyway, You can look up the history yourself and understand all that I have said. :-)  either way, a spectacular hotel at a decent price and a very safe and beautiful part of the city. I will definitely stay here again!

AAcaciaHPasé una noche antes de mi vuelo y el personal de recepción fue muy amable.
Mi habitación parecía más grande, pero estaba dividida por una puerta blanca para hacer más espacio. Escucho perfectamente a los vecinos de al lado y la puerta divisoria se puede abrir.
El agua de la ducha salía con dificultad y no sabía cómo usarla, pero en recepción me dijeron que tenía que abrir tanto el grifo como el de la ducha para que saliera agua caliente.
En general, era una habitación agradable, con vistas al aeropuerto.

La ubicación es excelente, justo en el corazón del Distrito Financiero. Muy conveniente si buscas explorar el bajo Manhattan o tienes negocios cerca.
Instalaciones:
Las instalaciones son bastante básicas. No esperes mucho más que lo esencial: la habitación solo incluía gel de ducha y champú. Sin lujos ni extras.
Servicio:
El servicio deja mucho que desear. En dos ocasiones, mi habitación no estuvo lista hasta alrededor de las 6 p. m., a pesar de haber salido desde las 8 a. m. Fue frustrante regresar después de un día completo y tener que esperar en el vestíbulo mientras el personal de limpieza hacía su ronda. Definitivamente, se puede mejorar la consistencia y la puntualidad del servicio de habitaciones.
Recepción:
Poco consistente. El servicio varió de excelente a inferior al promedio, dependiendo de quién estuviera trabajando. Lo más destacado fue el caballero que nos registró por la noche: amable, eficiente y amable. Otros... no fueron la misma experiencia.
En general:
Excelente ubicación, pero con servicios muy limitados y un servicio inconsistente. Solo lo recomendaría si priorizas la ubicación sobre la comodidad y el servicio.

HHarpoprahBe careful about their hidden cost, everyday you need to pay around US$50 for their all access fees(lounge, roof top, gym) which is mandatory!
It is not indicated in the booking so I feel cheated that I have to pay for such fees which amount up to US$150 for my 3 nights there.
And did I mention you have to carry all your luggages by yourself which I had to push the luggage trolley myself!
Amazing location but I will not go there again!

GGemaMLTEl hotel en sí está bien. Hecho en falta una lavandería para poder lavarte tu ropa, como tienen otros hoteles de la zona. En el desayuno hay muy muy poca variedad, y tardan bastante en reponer. Esperan a que se acabe para empezar a hacer más comida, en vez de ser previsores. El personal es amable, pero tampoco en exceso. La ubicación está bastante bien. Lo que más destaco es que la habitación siempre estuvo muy calentita y el agua caliente de la ducha salía súper rápido. Hay microondas y nevera en la habitación, y una cafetera con cápsulas. Súper bueno!

XXiaomi78La ubicación es excelente, a poca distancia a pie de Central Park, Times Square y la parada del autobús turístico. También hay una estación de metro justo enfrente. Si va en coche, el hotel ofrece un servicio de taxi asociado por unos 50 $ la noche. La zona que rodea el hotel es animada, con numerosos restaurantes que ofrecen todo tipo de cocina, y los alrededores son bastante seguros. La habitación es normalita; la habitación doble solo tiene un pasillo y no se pueden abrir dos maletas de 26 cm una al lado de la otra. La presión del agua de la ducha también es algo baja. Nueva York es relativamente cara, así que, en general, la relación calidad-precio es aceptable.

FFlorajjjEl hotel está en una ubicación muy céntrica, con la estación Grand Central en la planta baja. La mayoría de las atracciones de Midtown se encuentran a 20 minutos a pie. Hay un supermercado CVS cerca donde puedes comprar el desayuno y hay varios restaurantes chinos para elegir. a diez minutos a pie. Las desventajas son que las instalaciones del hotel son relativamente antiguas, el aislamiento acústico no es bueno, el aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido, los interruptores de la luz no son muy sensibles y el espacio del baño también es muy pequeño.

Durante mi estancia, el vestíbulo estaba en reformas, y los ascensores y las entradas eran un completo desastre. ¿Pero qué podía hacer? Está ubicado en el corazón del mundo... La única sensación de calidez que experimenté fue la del tío del Starbucks de abajo, que me llamaba ”Cariño” todas las mañanas durante el desayuno...
