Lugar cómodo para descansar frente al aeropuerto, instalaciones limpias y el personal amable

El personal fue increíblemente amable, el hotel era genial y limpio, la habitación era muy moderna... ¡Me encantó todo! Mi único inconveniente fue que el aire acondicionado del baño estaba vacío, pero si me quedaba más de una noche y pedía que lo llenaran, te garantizo que lo harían sin dudarlo. ¡Un hotel fantástico y a un paseo del Barclays Center!

This hotel is immaculate and absolutely everybody is above and beyond pleasant. Though not directly affiliated with the hotel, Inexpensive, super clean and very easily accessible parking is a two minute walk away at 25 Kent St. We paid $64 for 2 1/2 days of parking. The room was incredible. Exposed brick walls with super high ceilings, the bathroom had a huge tub and a wonderful shower. Pro tip: if traveling with someone that you do not want to see you naked, understand that it is not a one-way mirror over the bar and you absolutely CAN see into the shower While someone is showering. Luckily I was with my daughter, so this was not a real issue. The restaurant within the hotel and the Ramen place directly next-door are both wonderful. I did not make it to the rooftop bar this time but since I absolutely will stay at this hotel every time I come to visit I will check it out next time! The room was extremely quiet, temperature was easy to control. Now, a little too much honesty, I am an extremely “sensitive” person, and resting and hearing so much from the second I stepped into this hotel. I was never scared, as I definitely don’t typically get scared, but I had numerous very genuine and very obvious things happen while I say that this hotel, such as seeing things walk across the hall in both my room and the hallway, in the main lobby bathroom someone walked into the bathroom and into the stall next to me, but never left, and when I looked, there was no one there,and I was in the shower. I could hear several men talking to each other as if they were right next to me. I was definitely not hearing people from another room. I also heard the door to the stair well open, which is right next to our room and I was right next to the door so when I looked, there was nobody there and I pulled it shut again. Just out of curiosity, as to what was there prior to the hotel, on the way home my daughter looked up the history to the hotel. Let’s just say it was very enlightening as to why i was experiencing so much activity in this hotel, especially on the third floor next to what I will assume would have been a fire escape at some point. It also may explain why the first thing that went through my mind when I opened the front door of the hotel and turned to my daughter and said “I’m surprised the hotel gets away with door opening inward. It goes against fire code. Anyway, You can look up the history yourself and understand all that I have said. :-)  either way, a spectacular hotel at a decent price and a very safe and beautiful part of the city. I will definitely stay here again!

Me gustó bastante, el hotel en general está muy bien, caminando a 15 minutos de times square y el servicio excelente. Recomiendo el lugar 100 %

La habitación y el vestíbulo están limpios y ordenados, la decoración es sencilla y elegante y el enchufe de carga en el escritorio tiene USB/TYPE-C, lo cual es muy conveniente; El personal de servicio es amable y profesional; La ubicación es excelente, a poca distancia del Empire State Building y de Times Square. La Biblioteca Pública de Nueva York y Bryant Park están a sólo una manzana. También está cerca del metro y de varias paradas de autobús. La situación de seguridad circundante es segura y no hay transeúntes tirados en el suelo; Hay varios restaurantes de Sichuan a la izquierda y enfrente de la puerta de la tienda, aptos para el estómago chino, y también hay varias panaderías cercanas. En definitiva, porque es un hotel recién reformado en 22 años, aunque no sea tan famoso, merece la pena recomendarlo.

La ubicación es muy conveniente y solo se necesitan 5 minutos a pie para llegar al metro. La habitación está limpia.

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa, una ubicación perfecta y todos fueron muy amables.
