Hoteles cerca de Residencia Mallory-Neely, Memphis

El hotel está situado justo en la estación de tren, así que es perfecto si se encuentra el AMTRAK. Las habitaciones fueron agradables y el personal era amigable. El bar es muy trendy aunque estaba bajo equipado y así mientras estuvimos allí, se tomó la edad para ser servido.

My first approach when I arrived on site wasn’t good. The staff that was helping me was a lady. I didn’t get her name but she wasn’t friendly. Her demeanor wasn’t there at all like she was rushing. No biggie. I didn’t complain. I stayed in town for 3 days. When I got to my room it was a ADA room. I didn’t ask for. I didn’t complain. Turned tv on and could not watch. I called front desk the lady gave me such a lame excuse. Maintenance came. He spoke no English. Had to translate on phone. He fixed. But it immediately went off again. I started to ask for a new room all together but decided to just write review. I feel like they save the good rooms for the airport staff like the attendants and pilots as I seen a lot of them coming and going. River view not worth it at all on my end.

Our family stopped here while traveling home. It was close to where we were and needed to just stop for the night. Quick booking through my trip app, and the guy was nice when I was checking in. The room was okay, nothing special, honestly, which was surprising since it was a higher end hotel, but it was decent as far as cleanliness and enough beds for my family of 6. The beds are not that comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was decent, and coffee was good. Was in a good part of Memphis.

¡Todo estaba limpio y fresco hasta que me metí en la ducha y empezó a salir suciedad por la puerta! Además, el agua de la ducha no estaba caliente. El agua del lavabo estaba más caliente que mi ducha, pero aparte de eso, ¡fue genial!

El personal del despacho de recepción era amable como pensé. Aunque el tiempo de inicio no era tan tarde, la línea no era tan larga, así que pude inspeccionar rápidamente, y tuve que salir temprano, así que me eché a las 4:00, pero tuve suerte de que la persona responsable se echó a salir inmediatamente.

酒店在孟菲斯市中心密西西比河邊上，門口走幾步路就可以上橋去島上，離比爾街也衹要走十幾分鍾。喜來登大樓比較顯眼，遠遠都能看到，出去逛不怕迷路。房間乾淨整潔，坐在大玻璃窗邊可以欣賞河景和金字塔。

I had a great time peaceful I was able to get some great sleep and the room was very neat and clean smell fresh the staff members were very polite I loved my stay at the hotel

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was the pool is not in use. I stay at this hotel almost everytime I’m in the area and the pool has never been working.

¡Ubicación estratégica para llegar al centro de la ciudad! Motel limpio, habitación espaciosa, baño impecable, aire acondicionado en perfecto estado. Cama cómoda, toallas limpias. Burger King detrás del edificio. Amplio aparcamiento, gasolinera detrás del edificio. Autobús a Graceland a solo unos pasos del motel. Personal amable y servicial. ¡Muy recomendable!
