Si fuera el primer Holiday Inn, yo hubiera estado en, no habría reservado otra vez. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede encontrar en el hotel. Ellos tenían un fabricante de cebollas, pero no tenían baterías de cebollas, tostadas de cebollas, pero no había cebollas y la máquina de jugo se rompió.

This may have been our best hotel stay, ever. This hotel is great! Everyone that works there, is wonderful! From checking in, to the valets, everybody was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is so clean, and everything in the room worked. The room had a microwave & mini fridge, most only have a mini fridge. It’s in a perfect location! A short walk to Texas de Brazil, or Fed Ex Forum, or the Red Birds stadium. This will be where we stay, anytime we’re in Memphis. I highly recommend it! I can’t say enough positive things about this place. Just wonderful!

Our family stopped here while traveling home. It was close to where we were and needed to just stop for the night. Quick booking through my trip app, and the guy was nice when I was checking in. The room was okay, nothing special, honestly, which was surprising since it was a higher end hotel, but it was decent as far as cleanliness and enough beds for my family of 6. The beds are not that comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was decent, and coffee was good. Was in a good part of Memphis.

Very nice hotel. Very clean & well kept. Breakfast was quite nice too. Would encourage friends and others to use this hotel when traveling. (Only 2 issues) The ladies working at the front desk spoke Hindi to each other rather than English, while a guest waited to be helped. Seemed a bit rude. Could have been extenuating circumstances? And, I was ask to sign & initial a form at check in, but was not given a copy. That should be corrected in the future with your desk personnel. All said tho! Pleasant stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a great time peaceful I was able to get some great sleep and the room was very neat and clean smell fresh the staff members were very polite I loved my stay at the hotel

El transporte alrededor del hotel es más conveniente, también muy tranquilo, hay lugares cercanos para comer y cerca del aeropuerto hay paseos, autobús del aeropuerto, necesita confirmar el tiempo de estadía con el hotel, el servicio general es muy bueno, el desayuno es bueno, ¡hay un elogio!

¡Ubicación estratégica para llegar al centro de la ciudad! Motel limpio, habitación espaciosa, baño impecable, aire acondicionado en perfecto estado. Cama cómoda, toallas limpias. Burger King detrás del edificio. Amplio aparcamiento, gasolinera detrás del edificio. Autobús a Graceland a solo unos pasos del motel. Personal amable y servicial. ¡Muy recomendable!

El hotel tiene algunas ventajas buenas y malas. Necesitan contratar más empleados que se preocupen por el hotel, no solo por recibir un cheque de pago. No tenían nada bueno sino máquinas expendedoras. No todo el personal es útil y necesitan aprender a limpiar.
