Excepcional
PProkOutstanding Luxury Experience – New Year Celebration (31 Dec 2025 – 1 Jan 2026)
I stayed at this hotel to celebrate New Year from 31 December 2025 to 1 January 2026, and it was truly an exceptional experience.
From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome from all the staff. Every team member was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating, making us feel valued and comfortable throughout our stay.
The hotel truly feels like a palace. Based on my personal experience, it is much better and more luxurious than Sokha Sihanouk Hotel and Independence Hotel, where I usually stay. It even offers the same level or more luxury than Try Palace in Kep. Every detail reflects quality—from the door handles to the bed, everything feels premium and well-designed.
All facilities and equipment are modern, luxurious, and very clean. The room was spacious, with a huge bathroom, including a separate bathtub, shower/steam room, and toilet, which made the stay even more comfortable.
One thing I really appreciated was the generosity:
• Soft drinks and fresh fruits were plentiful and completely free
• The breakfast for special for the New Year celebration, breakfast manu
• They even offered free breakfast for my two children, even though they were over the usual free age limit — a very kind gesture
The location is perfect, with what I believe is the best beach in Sihanoukville. The sand is incredibly clean, smooth, and soft—like ground powder—and the beach area is well maintained.
I accidentally took their room key, the hotel staff were extremely understanding. They were not upset at all and kindly allowed me to return it on my next visit to Sihanoukville, which shows their trust and professionalism.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It is far more luxurious than Sokha and Independence Hotel, and easily ranks among the best luxury hotels I have stayed at in Cambodia.
I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a true luxury experience, especially for special celebrations

CCortney Rosser, MD, MS, FACPWow! This is it. Luxury at an affordable price. Breakfast buffet is definitely worth it and included wide variation including western foods for the kids. Very clean, very friendly staff. A diamond in the rough. Highly recommend.

YYaLenkaEl hotel está cerca del muelle, así que no hace falta ir a ningún sitio. Dispone de diferentes tipos de habitaciones; nos alojamos en una villa con vistas al mar, que tenía unas vistas preciosas. Sin embargo, no me gustó el interior ni el baño. El baño tiene una ventana en el techo que no está cubierta y las lagartijas y los insectos pueden entrar sin dificultad. Al terminar de ducharse, el agua se queda en el suelo un buen rato.
El hotel dispone de tumbonas y es agradable poder descansar frente a la villa; eso es lo que más me gustó. El desayuno es limitado en cuanto a opciones: huevos, arroz, verduras, fideos, tostadas y fruta; todos los días es lo mismo, bastante aburrido.
No hay casi nada alrededor del hotel, incluso si quieres comprar agua después de las 23:00, no puedes. El hotel más cercano está cerrado, al igual que la recepción. La tienda más cercana está a 20 minutos a pie de la playa.

LLizzy SafitriPro: Todo es perfecto cuando nos quedamos aquí. La habitación es muy bonita y la playa es realmente maravillosa. La playa es maravillosa. La piscina también es muy bonita.
La casa de baño es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable.
Contra: Nos quedamos 3 días 2 noches y en nuestro 2o día, le pedimos que nuestra habitación esté limpia.
También tenemos cena en nuestro segundo día y preguntamos si podemos conseguir el agua. El restaurante no tiene agua gratuita. Sólo venden botellas de agua que tenemos que pagar. Si queremos obtener agua gratuita, tenemos que conseguirla del receptor y no del restaurante.
También no ofrecen una pad femenina. Debemos comprarla fuera y es muy lejos si queremos comprarla.
No hay muchas opciones de restaurante.

MMelsaraExcelente complejo convenientemente ubicado en el centro de la bahía sarracena. La gestión de la estructura es profesional y está bien organizada para llegadas/salidas, atención al cliente, propuestas de actividades. Hay una cómoda piscina en la playa, útil para refrescarse en los días de mar agitado. La playa no es muy amplia, para aislarte un poco del mundo es necesario dar un paseo de 10 minutos o cambiar de bahía. El personal es extremadamente amable y la carta de comida y bebida es extensa, variada y, en general, de buena calidad (la vitrina de postres es muy atractiva). Absolutamente recomendado.

RRochelle NZThis resort is massive but thankfully you can ask for an electric buggy to take you around. Be prepared for steps and steep hills everywhere! We stayed in the pod village and took a buggy to breakfast and the main hotel building, and from the ocean pool back to our room.
The ocean pool is large with a stunning view over the water. There were several loungers there, some shaded, some not. The smaller pool by the main reception was much quieter with less people.
Breakfast was a bit limited in options but ok, you had to queue for eggs, bacon or sausages.
The Sunset restaurant had beautiful views over the ocean and beach. You either walked down many stairs or took the elevator down to the beach.
The staff here were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Our small dog was welcome, with only a small pet fee to pay.

SSanitoReservé una habitación comunicada para dos noches. La habitación es un poco diferente a como se ve en la foto, pero está bien. El refrigerador no funciona y hay cucarachas pequeñas. El desayuno también está bien y la ubicación es buena, cerca de la playa, a la que se puede llegar caminando por un pequeño sendero desde el hotel. El personal es amable y hay un amplio estacionamiento.

WWinston1979¡Recibí una bienvenida increíblemente cálida! ¡El personal fue muy servicial! Me ayudaron a reservar mi billete de buceo y ferry. ¡La habitación era genial! Lo único que eché en falta fue un teléfono, y como estaba enferma, tuve que ir al restaurante a pedir mi comida (no había servicio de habitaciones). El menú no era apto para veganos. El desayuno tampoco. Literalmente, solo podía desayunar fruta y patatas.
Al final, después de negociar con el personal, ¡comí una comida deliciosa!
Habría preferido una habitación con vistas al mar, que tuviera dos paredes de cristal.
Por lo demás, ¡fue maravilloso estar en la playa! Como viajera sola que buscaba paz y tranquilidad, ¡este fue un lugar fantástico en Koh Rong!

UUsuario invitadoMy friends told me that this place is not what it used to be. I didn't like the manager's attitude towards me as a tenant. On the first day, I asked to extend my stay for one night, and he came to me without warning. I was eating at the time. Secondly, there is no soundproofing here. Every conversation you have will be heard from the hallway. Also, if for some reason you need to go to bed late, be prepared to be woken up early. The bedding really leaves something to be desired, but I had my own bedding. The kitchen area had good ventilation. All the dishes are provided. There is a pot, but no stove. My sink drain was clogged with someone else's hair. It had been there for so long that mold had formed on it, but no one was going to clean it up, so I did. I'm not a pig, and I'm not going to live in filth. The bathroom is extremely small. Bathrooms like this need a different kind of renovation, not the one that's currently being done. What upset me the most was the moment of my eviction. I notified the manager of my departure time a day in advance. It was fixed. He asked me twice because I wrote a complicated sentence in English. I should have used simpler English. But the next day, when I was checking out, I asked to be escorted to my car because I had a lot of bags. But the manager said he was not at the hotel and there was no one there at the moment. No one could help me. I am a strong girl. It is not difficult for me to cope with this on my own. The problem was that when the car arrived, the security guard said he would not allow me to load my belongings into the car without confirmation of my eviction. And I wasted my time waiting for clarification of the circumstances. On the positive side, I liked that the pool was always warm and very large. There is also a shopping center nearby.
