Highly recommended. Clean, comfortable, type c, fast lightning cable was provided…nice view from the room. Easily accessible by public transport since the location is next to Niigata station (bus, train, taxi, shinkansen) next to cocola mall (inside got 3 coins, eateries, pharmacy, coffee shop, famous udon shop, xebion sports, diors etc), lawson, family mart, 7e.. Walking distance to Donki, Isetan… just name it!

Love everything about this hotel except for one important complaint that the pillows are small and lacking support causing neck pain the next day. Please let me know if you offer other pillows and we will definite back !

Check in and out is fast. Being part of JR Train Group gave it immediate accessibility in same building in 2 to 4 minutes. Hotel lobby 3rd floor is same floor with JR entrance. Besides Seven Eleven store and about 40 meters distance walking to Yoshinoya. Many food shops around South ,West,East entrance. Bic Camera just across street. Room is ok with bath separated from toilet.

Friendly and helpful staff. Hearty complimentary breakfast. Would be better if bottle of water were offered in the room.

Es un lugar fácil de entender y cómodo, justo al lado de la estación de carretera y la lavadora de pies. La limpieza es perfecta y puedo pasar un buen tiempo. La comida también es deliciosa. Especialmente el desayuno de autobús es bueno. Creo que es un buen hotel con buena relación coste-eficacia. La gran piscina pública es muy feliz, pero, debido a la inodora de la caldera, personalmente espero que la caldera sea un hábito más cálido.

何よりも価格の安さが魅力的なホテルでした。朝食と温泉が付いてこの料金は本当に破格だと思います。館内や客室もきれいで、快適に過ごすことができました。部屋も想像していたより広く、ゆったりと滞在できた点も良かったです。さらに卓球場があるなど、ちょっとした娯楽も用意されていて楽しめました。 立地も悪くなく、車で数分の距離に飲食店やコンビニがあるため、不便さは感じませんでした。 特に大きな不満はありませんが、施設が広いため部屋にたどり着くまで少し時間がかかった点がやや気になったくらいです。それを含めてもコストパフォーマンスが非常に高く、また利用したいと思えるホテルでした。

I've not ever stayed Dormy Inn and this was the first time. It was very nice and impressive. Good onsen and clean facilities. I will try to find Dormy Inn chain near the places I plan to trip to. Thank you so much for the nice services the hotel provided.

La comodidad limpia es muy adecuada para viajar a la familia y el estacionamiento también es conveniente. En resumen, se recomienda enormemente a los padres. Si el viaje de Xinjiang es automotor, el servicio es bueno!

El hotel se dio a conocer, utilizando el sistema de claves físicas para la habitación. Las instalaciones no estaban disponibles en comparación con muchos otros hoteles. El calefacción de la habitación funcionó bien, pero la temperatura del agua era inestable. La habitación estaba oscura incluso con todas las luces interrumpidas.

Enjoyed my stay here I had a single standard room small room good price has everything you need. Located right in the city many food shops and izakaya restaurants around about a 10-minute walk from the main train station. I enjoyed my stay :)
