Ddarbz89The view from the room was an obvious highlight. It’s also got great service, and is very clean, as you would expect from any hotel in Japan. It is a little bit of a walk from the city centre, but there’s regular busses between Niigata station and Toki Messe, so it’s still more convenient than you might expect from looking at the map. Definitely worthwhile!

UUsuario invitadoI misplaced my gloves some where at a town I was visiting. The hotel staff were very helpful to help me call these places that I visited to check if they can find my gloves.
Despite the language barrier, they were very proactive in their assistance and help. I cannot help but feel the famous Japanese hospitality from their services.
They have an in house restaurant that served local dishes that you must try in Niigata, their service were also very polite and welcoming. I felt extremely comfortable with my stay in the hotel because of their attention to service.

KKeeeeeeeeeeeEs un lugar fácil de entender y cómodo, justo al lado de la estación de carretera y la lavadora de pies.
La limpieza es perfecta y puedo pasar un buen tiempo.
La comida también es deliciosa. Especialmente el desayuno de autobús es bueno.
Creo que es un buen hotel con buena relación coste-eficacia.
La gran piscina pública es muy feliz, pero, debido a la inodora de la caldera, personalmente espero que la caldera sea un hábito más cálido.

昔ながらの旅館ですが、清潔感があり、
とにか**こで働くスタッフさんやご飯の美味しさは最高でした。
また、ピアノの演奏や、ウェルカムドリンクなども無料で大変満足な旅館でした。
また、行きたいなと思える旅館でした。
追伸
朝食は決められた献立ですが、大人用、子ども用に分けてくれています。
子ども用の献立も食べやすかったようでよく食べてました。
ご飯の食べ比べも大変良かったです。

UUsuario invitadoNice hotel withe rooms of various sizes. For me it was spacious enough. Bed was comfortable, would have liked one more cushion.
Room was clean an I liked that i could open the window. It was quite hot in the room because the heater was turned on. Even if i turned it off hot air came out.
Room was clean and had everything i needed. You can also get things at the front desk.
Breakfast was buffetstyle and really very good with a lot of choises, both Japanese, local and western.
Location was very convenient near the train station. About max a 5 minutes walk. Near the hotel there are a lot of places to eat or have a drink. At the station is a shopping mall.

와와사I've not ever stayed Dormy Inn and this was the first time. It was very nice and impressive. Good onsen and clean facilities. I will try to find Dormy Inn chain near the places I plan to trip to. Thank you so much for the nice services the hotel provided.

IIYALa comodidad limpia es muy adecuada para viajar a la familia y el estacionamiento también es conveniente. En resumen, se recomienda enormemente a los padres. Si el viaje de Xinjiang es automotor, el servicio es bueno!

UUsuario anónimoThe hotel was dated, using the physical key system for the room. Amenities were lacking compared to many other hotels. Room heating worked well but the water temperature was unstable. The room was dark even with all lights switched on.

MMcMurrayEnjoyed my stay here I had a single standard room small room good price has everything you need. Located right in the city many food shops and izakaya restaurants around about a 10-minute walk from the main train station. I enjoyed my stay :)
