«Het complex en appartement zeer mooi ingericht en ziet redelijk nieuw uit. Vriendelijk personeel en heel lekker eten. De ligging is prima als je naar Kos stad wilt lopen of naar het strand. Echter wel aan de grote weg. Kos stad is ongeveer 15min lopen en het strand 15min.
In totaliteit een prima ervaring en ik kan het aanbevelen.»

«El mejor momento de nuestras vidas :)
El hotel es hermoso y el servicio es increíble, todo el personal quiere que tenga una gran experiencia. Aparte de la piscina, hemos relleno flotas (un gigante de flamingo).
La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer.
El personal del hotel fue muy sensible y me ayudó a planificar las reservas de cena y los suplementos que he pedido.

«Un viaje de última hora fantástico. El personal fue genial y muy amable. Al ser el final de la temporada, algunos detalles no fueron perfectos, pero es comprensible para unas vacaciones a finales de octubre. El bufé, en general, estaba bien, era variado y, a diferencia de otros sitios que he visitado últimamente, renovaban la comida caliente con frecuencia para mantenerla fresca. Excelente relación calidad-precio; sin duda volvería.»

«Uitstekend hotel op een prachtige locatie, vlakbij de haven en het strand. Het is schoon, elke dag schone handdoeken en koffie en thee faciliteiten op de kamer. Het zwembad is schoon en er is een zwembadbar met behulpzaam en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Wat ons betreft een aanrader.»

«Kos koaea hoteldeki konaklamamız otelin konumu, temizliği ve personelin ilgisi sayesinde çok iyi bir tatil geçirmemizi sağladı. Özellikle bar da görevli olan Can Bey mükemmel bir barmen müthiş kokteyller yapıyor bunun ile birlikte iletişimi ve çözüm odaklılığı hotelin kalitesine katkı sağlıyor. UUsuario invitadoStaff were very friendly and resort was amazing. Staff organised a birthday cake with candles and a letter for my sister without being made previously aware of the birthday. We asked for dinner recommendations for her birthday and came back to find birthday cake and card. Great selection of food and restaurants with ample sunbeds around the pools and beach for tanning.
We had a late flight so staff collected our luggage from rooms and stored safely, allowing us to continue using the resort facilities. Also able to shower and freshen up in the departures lounge before heading to the airport.
Overall great experience, would definitely go back.

UUsuario invitadoBooked a standard graden room, turned out to be a catastrophe: fridge in the mini bar humming so loud one could barely sleep, road directly in front of the room with loud vehicles passing and uncomfortable bed) - slept less than 4hours first night. Then were given the option to move to another standard room which did not have a loud road but for whatever reason had same issue with the fridge. After complaining again were upgraded to better room which was nice (bed nevertheless not comfortable). Lost 2 out of 4 nights to terrible rooms.
Overall cannot recommend hotel. If you want to stay make sure only to book higher categories - standard room is absolutely not acceptable - a shame for a supposedly 5* hotel.
Other negative aspects: breakfast only okish, food and the restaurant very very mediocre at truly elevated prices & outrageous wine pricing (60€ retail wine sold for 370€..) with no decent drinkable cheaper wines
On the positive sides: very nice beach, good service at the beach, nice/cool interior design.

MMeralThe hotel’s beach was very beautiful, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Only a woman and a man working at the bar in the morning were unfriendly. The service was excellent. The food was fresh and tasty, and having fish every day was perfect for me. The daily cleaning and towel changes were great, because in other places I visited in Greece, they only did it once a week. Having it done daily made me happy. The only thing I didn’t like was that the rooms weren’t soundproof, so children in the upstairs and next-door rooms were playing with balls and dragging furniture, which was quite disturbing. Overall, I left satisfied. Thank you, Mistis Family Village.

The bed is comfortable, and if you book a room with a balcony, you’ll enjoy a stunning view of both the city and the sea. The staff are kind and very accommodating, making the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast is satisfying, offering a good English breakfast. Rooms are clean with a strong shower, even on the fourth floor, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The place also embraces sustainability, providing basic but pleasant-smelling toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. Overall, it’s a fantastic stay — I’ll definitely return and highly recommend it to others.

We stayed in a Bungalow Family Room which was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a lovely outdoor area. It was quiet and peaceful. Towels were changed and bins emptied daily. The hotel is perfect for families with younger children (up to about 8 years old). We went with two boys (4 and 8), and they loved it. The two slides kept them entertained, and the beach bar was excellent—always cocktails and snacks available. There were plenty of sun loungers, especially on the beach, with no need to wake up early to reserve. That made the stay very relaxing. The entertainment team was great—friendly, not pushy, and always offering activities. They were amazing with children, and the mini disco was the best we’ve seen so far, with all the staff putting their heart into it. Evening entertainment suited all ages, and we especially enjoyed the beach party.
Negatives:
While most of the staff were lovely and smiley, the reception team was disappointing (except the lady who did our check in efficiently on the evening we arrived and explained everything). On several occasions when I asked questions, they seemed abrupt and in a hurry, even when no one else was waiting. The biggest drawback was the food. It really needs improvement and is the main reason for the lower rating. Most meats were dry, with little variety. Even simple dishes like Greek salad were below standard. The buffet was very pork-heavy, which made it difficult for us on some days since we don’t usually eat pork. Desserts were the worst part, mostly inedible, just cream and jelly-like options. The wine was also very low quality.
Another issue was cleanliness of the public bathrooms, especially those near the pool. They were not well maintained, and I even saw a cockroach in one of them. Our room also had these tiny worm like snakes (apparently harmless and called ”blind snakes”) We first thought it was one that lost her way but we ended up finding one or two everyday and getting them out. We did ask someone to come and sort it out, but they told us they were harmless and didn't do anything other than getting them out.
We love the sustainability concept and appreciate that they grow their own vegetables, but unfortunately, we didn’t see this reflected in the meals. It made us wonder if it might be a bit of a waste of time and money, since the menu didn’t seem to highlight those fresh, organic fruits and vegetables.
As a whole, we felt everything about the hotel except the food was great but on this basis, we wouldn't come again.

BBill ForshawThis hotel could be top notch with a few quick wins. Its location is fantastic and the cleanliness of the whole premises is second to none. However, it lets itself down unnecessarily. There have been reviews about the showers causing wet floors in the bathroom. Upgrading the shower heads and reducing the water pressure woukd eliminate the problem and save the hotel on water costs. Replacing shower gels daily should be non negotiable. Finally, breakfast is a let down. No front of house, no-one clearing tables and poor quality coffee machines and second rate food.

ИИрка-путешественницаОчень приятный отель, у которого есть только один недостаток, который, впрочем, можно одновременно считать и достоинством: он находится немного в стороне от ближайшего городка Мастехери. Добираться пешком в светлое время суток легко и приятно: вдоль моря ведет красивая тропа. Но вот после наступления темноту придется ехать или на такси, или идти по темноте. Тропа вдоль моря и частично проход по дороге не освещаются.
В отеле всегда вкусный и очень разнообразный завтрак ”шведский стол”. К сожалению, я многое не ем, но то, что все же ем, мне очень нравится. Есть и разные виды омлетов, много овощей, грибы, оливки, фрукты, закусочные бутербродики с помидорами и сыром (высший пилотаж!). Это из того, что я ем)) А еще - много всякой выпечки, пирожных, сосиски, ветчина... Короче, голодным никто точно не уйдет, даже я со своими ограничениями и диетами😄
Номера уютные, чистые, на ресепшн приятные, вежливые работники.
Территория красивая, бассейн огромный, как зеркало, повсюду живописные пальмы. Море рядом, пляж шикарный, закаты показывают каждый вечер по расписанию один лучше другого)
