Saint Constantine Hotel

Towel that I got wasn't very clean - it had a big bunch of black hair on it. Otherwise all was clean and great

I was here together with my children for a week between 26/5-2/6-2023. We had a wonderful holiday at your hotel. Fantastic service, good and varied breakfast buffet and close to everything in the city. Would like to give a big bunch of red roses to all the staff at the hotel who were always extremely helpful and nice. I will return to Saint Constantin and Kos Town as soon as I can. See you!

Lovely hotel most receptionists very helpful but one thats on today doesn't or rather wouldnt listen to my second complaint in two days of each other some random stranger walking into my room when l have locked the door from inside, pretty scary as l am on my own trying to recover from recent surgery AVOID this hotel such a shame as lovely otherwise wedged fridge against door to warn me when they do it again same man on desk twice unfortunately for me easily identified got bandage on right arm just kept saying complain after 3pm when it was 3.30pm when l rang him from my room and also tried to talk to him at the desk doesn't care at all next stop police to make formal complaint its not acceptable anyone walking in your room alone or otherwise Love Holidays aren't helpful either never book through these people again

This hotel is pefekt its close to anything just a litle walk and your there...Close to lambi beach and the center...This hotel is clean the rooms are cosy good service...The breakfast is werry good...I Recomanded this hotel...It can be litle bit noisy ind the street at the front of the hotel...

Absolutely abysmal. Just back..awful. breakfast horrendous staff Rude and surly apart from receptionists. Pool bar opened at 11 closed at 4. Bin at pool not emptied for a week...smelly and overflowing. Pool not too clean and housekeeping rubbish. Stay well clear.

· Friendly, helpful staff, great central location and excellent facilities for the money. We were only there for a few hours between catching our 9am ferry from Turgetries and our 4am flight from Kos Airport. Although check in is officially at 3pm our room was ready early and they let us check in shortly after noon. They also booked an early morning taxi for us. We were 3 adults - myself, my son & daughter-in-law - and my 6 year old grandson. We had booked 1 room which turned out to be a well appointed apartment. There was a double bedroom with a large ensuite bathroom, a kitchenette with fridge, 2 ring cooker, coffee maker, kettle, glassware, cutlery and some cookware , a lounge area with a TV, couch bed and a child's folding bed set up for my grandson. The rooms were air conditioned and both rooms had a balcony. A hair dryer and clothes airer were also supplied. There was a lovely swimming pool at the front of the hotel, where they were holding a pool party with a DJ and live sax player during our stay. The hotel was within easy walk of the port, Dolphin Square and the old town. My whole family enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would happily stay again.

This hotel gives you everything you can expect for a 3-star hotel. Rooms are clean. The cleaning crew cleans everything if you make sure you keep your personal stuff together. So don't expect they tidy up your room when its a mess. Cleaning crew works hard and are worth a small tip every few days which the cleaning ladies receive with great gratitude. Airconditioning costs 10 euro for a normal room and 15 euro for an apartment each night. For us the A/C worked very well, sometimes too well so it's worth the 10/15 euros a night. A fair fee considering low margins and very high electricity costs in Kos. The A/C only works when your key is in the room. No need to run the A/C all day since it makes your room cold in a few minutes and still works throughout the night. Staff in the reception area might seem angry to some people but in my opinion this is just greek directness. When you have problems they care a lot and fix your problems in a few minutes and they are very happy to answer any questions you have. The pool staff are okay to deal with. Some of the staff are pretty strict on not consuming drinks/food outside purchased outside of the hotel. I could understand bringing your own lunch or beer would be a problem, but even a water bottle (which you'll need a lot in Greece) also is a problem. One guy also said 'I love you' to some random girls which was a bit weird. Breakfast is okay if you don't expect too much. After a few days we decided to eat breakfast outside the hotel since the selection of bread they offer is tough to swallow and food that has to be cooled down isn't actively cooled and food that has to be hot isn't heated. You can tell that Saint Constantine hotel had a lot of problems with their guests in the past and are actually actively fixing those problems. Every room has a letter to politely tell their guests to not party in the hotel and allow noise and guests after 22:00/10PM. In our opinion mosts guest are between 20 and 30 years old, like us, seeking a quiet hotel to stay without too much noise and partying. Once late in the evening there were people playing loud music but after a few minutes the hotel staff told them to turn it off. After that we didn't have any noise complaints apart from some loud cleaning ladies (again, Greek way of communicating). We would come back because of the great value you get for your money, but without the breakfast option in our booking.

We stayed at the St Constantin Hotel for a week in august and we can’t fault the hotel at all. Had a very modern and clean room with a quiet balcony at the back of the hotel. The hotel was very clean and the cleaners were brilliant and very friendly. Reception staff and bar staff all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was brilliant with lots of choice, and great to sit outside overlooking the pool to eat. The pool was great, and would highly recommend the pool party. The location of the hotel is amazing, close to beach, harbour and literally shops and supermarkets on the doorstep. Would definitely return.

A very well located hotel, on the main road to the town, just a short distance from the town, restaurants and beaches. Staff are very helpful and friendly, the room is basic but has everything you need. Nice pool at the front. Small but good choice at breakfast and the bar prices were reasonable.
