"Booked a standard graden room, turned out to be a catastrophe: fridge in the mini bar humming so loud one could barely sleep, road directly in front of the room with loud vehicles passing and uncomfortable bed) - slept less than 4hours first night. Then were given the option to move to another standard room which did not have a loud road but for whatever reason had same issue with the fridge. After complaining again were upgraded to better room which was nice (bed nevertheless not comfortable). Lost 2 out of 4 nights to terrible rooms. Overall cannot recommend hotel. If you want to stay make sure only to book higher categories - standard room is absolutely not acceptable - a shame for a supposedly 5* hotel. Other negative aspects: breakfast only okish, food and the restaurant very very mediocre at truly elevated prices & outrageous wine pricing (60€ retail wine sold for 370€..) with no decent drinkable cheaper wines On the positive sides: very nice beach, good service at the beach, nice/cool interior design."

"• Aquí está el hotel, el hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad. El hotel está en una habitación de 3 horas, pero no se puede entrar en el hotel. Nos había reservado 1 habitación que se demostró ser un apartamento bien designado. Había una habitación doble con un amplio baño con baño, una cocina con nevera, 2 anillos de cocina, cafetera, cocina, cocina, cocina y alguna cocina, un salón con TV, cama de sofá y cama de doble de un niño para mi nieto. Las habitaciones estaban equipadas con aire acondicionado y ambas tenían balcón.También se suministró un secador de pelo y un aire acondicionado. Había una hermosa piscina en la frente del hotel, donde celebraban una fiesta de piscina con un DJ y un jugador de saxo vivo durante nuestra estancia. El hotel está a pocos pasos del puerto, la plaza del Dolphin y la antigua ciudad."

"One of the loveliest, friendliest, good with children, family run places we have stayed in. Very Greek 🇬🇷, basic, spotlessly clean, lovely bed linen. Close to a beach and a couple of tavernas. Very quiet. We hope to visit again for our third visit next year."

"We had a great time! Absolutely loved the pool and pool bar. The room was basic, but everything was clean and we had everything we needed. The only thing that was a little less great was the shower. The water goes everywhere, but there is a drain in the middle of the bathroom as well, so I guess that is just the setup. Something I really think they can do better is breakfast. No scrambled eggs or bacon etc. So we ended up skipping breakfast and trying different places around the Kos Town instead."

"Stayed here for 1 week in September. I’ll start with the things I liked about this hotel: - Most of the staff are really welcoming and smiley - nice little patch of beach and sunbeds, I noticed most of the neighbouring hotels have to cross a main road to get to the beach, which isn’t the case here - Decent price, we did this holiday on a budget - There’s no mad rush to get a sunbed of a morning due it it being quiet - there’s a bus stop right outside the hotel so getting to Kos town is super easy Things I didn’t like: - daily charge for the air con. In reality you’re almost definitely getting air con so it seems a bit of a scammy way for the hotel to advertise a cheaper rate online - the swimming pool really needs some love, it was filthy - there was no music at the ‘top bar’ so there was no atmosphere of an evening. The beach bar had music but shut as early as 7pm despite advertised opening hours of 10pm. I appreciate this may be due to it being near the end of season and so quieter. - some of the staff were short/grumpy, again, this may be because they’re on the tail end of a full season and overworked On balance the hotel was decent enough, it certainly did the job, but I don’t think I would return - it needs a bit of love from the owners I think. If you’re not planning on being in the hotel much this may be fine, but if you want to stay by the pool some days then I would look elsewhere. Also, if youre under 30 I’d avoid this hotel as the average age is easily 50+ and there’s not much going on of an evening. 3 stars from me."
