Theros All Suite Hotel - Adults Only

Only stayed here for four nights, it's a beautiful hotel and I will return. Room We went for a room with a private pool, really cold and it didn't get the sun (Oct so sun is lower), but a lovely place to chill out and be out of the heat. It's so peaceful here with no noise. Sunbeds are the best I have seen in a hotel, so comfy. Also, the best sound system I have seen in hotel, a Marshall Bluetooth speaker, what a surprise! Nespresso coffee machine, we asked for extra pods which wasn't a problem, bottle of water left in the fridge evert day too. Gorgeous smelling Meraki bathroom products and Guy Laroche bathrobes. Lovely. Pool Again, fantastic sunbeds, towels left on the beds for you. Service is unobtrusive and waiters walk around the pool for you to flag down for drinks, perfect. Pool temperature isn't heated, but it was OK! Great for a swim. Food Breakfast is outstanding, so much choice, buffet and al la carte, you can have both. The bread is made on site, amazing. We had a club sandwich at the pool one day and it was enough for two so big! Dinner is fine dining, delicious, and can't wait to try again- esp the Bougatsa! Great cocktails, and come in a nice plastic wine glass when you order at the pool. Location About a 7 min walk to Lambi Beach which is sandy and busier with more bars. The private beach is pebbly but you have a waiter to bring drinks and it's so peaceful. 3 min walk. Kos Town is about 20 min walk but plenty of places to stop for a drink and we got a taxi back easily. Milos beach bar is only 5 mins walk away and probably the nicest beach bar in Lambi. Can't wait to come back here.

Theros is an exceptional hidden gem nestled in the picturesque backstreets of Kos, just a convenient 30-minute drive from the airport. The hotel’s remarkable organisation truly shone when they offered to help us book a taxi, which proved invaluable, given the limited availability of airport taxis. Our journey began with a warm and friendly taxi driver, setting a delightful tone for our stay. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by captivating decor that engaged our senses. Every member of the Theros team displayed extraordinary kindness and a genuine willingness to assist, making us feel like an integral part of their tight-knit family. Notably, the housekeeping staff (Penny’s) generosity stood out; she would proactively check and tidy our rooms, even when we hadn’t requested it. The reception staff were always very helpful with restaurant reservations and recommendations - Olga, Mary Etze are so accommodating, your go to people! Our villa room with a pool was a fantastic choice, although visiting in October meant we couldn’t fully enjoy the pool due to the chilly water. It would have been a valuable addition to have the pool water heated. We were lucky to spend time on the sun beds and enjoy the sun during the day. In October is important to take a cardigan or a jumper as it does get chilly at night! Theros offers its own private beach, conveniently situated just across from the hotel, complete with a beach bar for added convenience. The beach is very small and rocky not sandy it’s great to sit near the sea front and relax as to walking in the sand. Most of the beaches in KOS are stone and rocky! The on-site gym was a daily delight, although there was room for improvement in terms of equipment for leg workouts. Theros also offers its own spa, which is a must-visit if you’re staying there. The spa is incredibly affordable, and the 90-minute massage I experienced was truly fantastic, providing absolute bliss and relaxation. Breakfast was a daily highlight, with a delightful array of choices. Opting for breakfast-only was ideal since the lunch and dinner menus were identical. At Theros they do have some unique nights held - Gin & Tonic night, BBQ night Thursday. It’s always ideal to keep your options open. Additionally a pleasant 15 to 20-minute stroll led us to the bustling Kos town, brimming with diverse dining options (see my other google reviews for recommendations) As an adult-only establishment, Theros provided a serene and tranquil stay. We cherished our time here and are already contemplating a return visit in the near future. It truly was an exceptionally relaxing holiday. We stayed here for 4 nights. The Transfer from Elite Kos Transfer was very professional and worked out very well. Its the first time we get an answer directly in Booking. When we arrived, the Reception Lady welcomed us outside. We got a free drink and she explained about the breakfast time etc. The guy who brought us the luggage and showed us the room is very kind and professional. The Hotel is clean and very very new. They opened a month ago. Pool area breathtaking but Im sorry to tell..that was all. The Restaurant Service Staff doesnt really realize when u want to drink or eat something. Breakfast was always dissapointing you had to wait 20 minutes for some easy coffee or orange juice. But until the staff realize that u exist it took ages. Also in the evening. They had their first Greek Night. They served many people before us and when they give us attention they couldnt explain what they have for food. Its sad because u pay a good price for this hotel and u get that service. Even if the Food is good its not worth to wait for so long and feeling unwelcomed. We decided to eat outside to not get annoyed about it. Rooms very nice only thing- the smoke detector has a really strong light and also in the Entrance theres a strong light. If u cant sleep with flashing light from a detector its not for you. And if you come with a friend the Suite has an open shower. I really hope for them that they can evolve and get better otherwise I would give the Hotel just a season to live and then they will shut down for sure, because not every Guest has such a patience that we had. Honestly the most incredible hotel I have ever stayed in. The service was impeccable, so welcoming and literally never let you lift a finger! The food is incredible, all the restaurants in the area pale in comparison. I would recommend Theros to anyone but I also want to keep it as a secret!

Lovely hotel. Room was exactly what we wanted and more, the staff were very kind and helpful, food was delicious and I would highly recommend.

Our second visit to Theros and outstanding again. Last year we visited and loved it, couldn’t envisage how they could improve it…well they have. Hotel is beautiful, the staff are simply brilliant. Olga and guest services team are so helpful, Lefteris in the bar mixes some wicked cocktails (his aged *****ni mix a highlight!) and Andreas leads a team that make the restaurant a great experience. Aspasia is a perfect host and has put a team together that made our stay memorable. Roll on 2024 visit.

The breakfast was very good and there were a lot alternatives to choose from. The facility was perfect and perfectly decorated. The staff was very helpfull and kind. Private beach was close to the hotel. There were buggies for transportation however we didnt use it. You can easily walk or take your own car there are plenty of parking spots. The sunbeds at the Private beach was very comfortable.

Everything is really nice. It is clean, calm and good food. But a shower at the beach would have been nice.

Great hotel for quite and intimate vacation the room with private pool are the best.the location is cool near the city center and a great beach club is 5 m’ walk.
