AAnnettekissОтель расположен в достаточно тихой части города вдали от трасс с гудящими машинами. 2 огромных бассейна с водой +27° в марте. Красивое здание в 3 этажа. Отель новый, достраивается дворец. Как я понимаю, здесь будут организовывать мероприятия. На 1 и 2 этажах расположены рестораны. В рамадан оба работают по системе шведский стол. Еды много, но ничего особо не понравилось. На завтраках готовят омлет. Жили неделю, всю неделю говорила и показывала, что хочу скрембл, но повар умеет делать только невкусный омлет в луже масла. Под конец сдалась и перестала его брать. Каша безвкусная. 2-3 раза ходили тут на ужин. Пару раз была вкусная еда. В остальное время съедобным был только шашлык и овощи.
Номера большие и чистые, тут всё ок. Но с едой не очень. Персонал вежливый.

MMina_EmilHonestly Not recommended at all, they have a deal with local police members so police members and their families get more than 60% discount on the rate which forms more than 90% of the guest in the place , so you end up with a very local standard and below average service from the place to suit the guests , the stay wasn't as expexted at all and was not as other Sunrise places we went to before.
Also they have a very high rate of the dayuse guests due to this discount as well, so again it end up with so many people using average facilities and really crowded place.
Not recommended unless you are fine with paying double of most of the guests in the place in a very crowded hotel.

UUsuario invitadoIt was incredible time staying in Galaxy Hostel. I have so many great memories from this experience. When I was ill from food poisoning owner Charlie gave me medicine and the even cooked me a soup and some drink from poisoning. I feel myself like in home there, I guess that’s the most highly rating. Everybody was really nice to me and I felt so good there! I can’t even describe how good that hostel is! If you want to stay in Alexandria that’s for sure perfect place for you. Thanks everybody I’m really glad that I was able to live there

LLuka31It was pretty clean, i love the decor and how quite the place is, i also love that i can go check other parts of the hotel and take pictures the people working there were pretty respectful and friendly and also helpful, the prices are good especially for a premium 5 star hotel My favorite part was the spa! 🤍 i would love to book again with my family next time!!

MMan0210I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. When I arrived, I was told that my reservation had been “accidentally cancelled,” and I ended up waiting for over an hour just to get my room. After reading the Google reviews, it seems I’m not the only one, other guests had the same issue and were even sent to another lower-quality hotel.
Although I eventually got the room I originally booked, they never informed me that valet parking costs 300 EGP, and I was only told about the charge during checkout. Charging 300 EGP for parking in Egypt is honestly ridiculous.
Overall, the stay was frustrating and poorly managed. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

UUsuario invitadoEl mejor hotel de Alexander, la playa es muy bonita, la suite de paisaje de la playa también es muy buena. El desayuno no es bueno, pero el servicio es muy bueno. El servidor es uno de los mejores para viajar en todo Egipto, el otro es Reggie.

UUsuario invitadoComo su nombre indica, es un verdadero paraíso en Alejandría, lejos del tráfico y las calles concurridas. El desayuno buffet frente al mar fue maravilloso; me encantó. La piscina también es hermosa y práctica, y la limpiaban a diario. El personal de recepción fue profesional, amable y servicial, al igual que todo el personal que trabaja allí. ¡Lo pasamos de maravilla y lo recomiendo sin duda!

La habitación está muy cerca, pero no hay ninguna otra habitación.
El hotel es muy bonito y cumple los estándares físicos que esperas de Hilton.
El hotel se encuentra en una zona de la ciudad de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad.
En el bufete, el servicio era extremadamente lento, con pedidos que faltaban o erróneos.
A partir de aquí, hice lo que siempre hice: llamé a la recepción para confirmar el checkout y asegurarse de que no había un equilibrio pendiente.
Después de habernos ido del hotel, un valet me persiguió y a mi esposa en la calle y nos pidió que volviéramos porque “querían hablar. “ Nos trajeron de vuelta para ser enseñados por un empleado de recepción (femenina, cabello oscuro, gafas) sobre cómo debería haber llegado a la mesa a pesar de haber llamado ya. No había problema, no había equilibrio, y nada que resolversla simplemente me enseñó y luego dejamos ir.
Ella podría haberse equilibrado fácilmente en lugar de llamarnos de nuevo de una manera tan barata y vergonzosa.

EEssamKhalilThe hotel has great potential and a wonderful location, which could make it an excellent option for travelers visiting Alexandria. It offers good value for money in theory, but unfortunately, the current management does not fully reflect this potential.
Some aspects of service need significant improvement — starting from the reception and housekeeping to the kitchen and café plus an operating free wifi. The staff seem to be doing their best, but they clearly need stronger professional guidance and management oversight to meet the standards expected from a hotel in such a prime location.
During my stay, parts of the hotel were under renovation, and the construction work caused some disturbance throughout the day. While it’s understandable that improvements require time, better scheduling or communication with guests would have made the experience more comfortable.
Overall, the hotel could become a top choice in Alexandria with proper management and attention to guest comfort. I truly hope the owners invest in professional leadership to make the most of this great property.
