Как я понимаю, здесь будут организовывать мероприятия. На 1 и 2 этажах расположены рестораны. В рамадан оба работают по системе шведский стол. Еды много, но ничего особо не понравилось. На завтраках готовят омлет. Жили неделю, всю неделю говорила и показывала, что хочу скрембл, но повар умеет делать только невкусный омлет в луже масла. Под конец сдалась и перестала его брать. Каша безвкусная. 2-3 раза ходили тут на ужин. Пару раз была вкусная еда. В остальное время съедобным был только шашлык и овощи. Номера большие и чистые, тут всё ок. Но с едой не очень. Персонал вежливый.

Очень все понравилось. Прекрасный микрорайон - чистый и без толп людей. Свой пляж. Все новое и современное. На завтрак хороший выбор, особенно порадовали свежие соки из клубники и гуавы и говяжьи котлетки.

El hotel es nuevo, excelente. Pero cuando reservé, la foto mostraba otro edificio, pero en realidad me alojaron en otro. El mismo nivel del hotel, pero las cortinas de la habitación no estaban planchadas y no había albornoces.

The Hotel facilities is okay overall. but they charged my client extra for 1 room, if not, my client cannot check out from the hotel. The receiptionist said that we only booked one room, whereas it definitely stated in hotel voucher and receipt that we booked for two rooms. And they charged my client as well before leaving the hotel. just checked out from the hotel on 26/12/2025. Apart from this miscommunication problem, all are alright.

It was incredible time staying in Galaxy Hostel. I have so many great memories from this experience. When I was ill from food poisoning owner Charlie gave me medicine and the even cooked me a soup and some drink from poisoning. I feel myself like in home there, I guess that’s the most highly rating. Everybody was really nice to me and I felt so good there! I can’t even describe how good that hostel is! If you want to stay in Alexandria that’s for sure perfect place for you. Thanks everybody I’m really glad that I was able to live there

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. When I arrived, I was told that my reservation had been “accidentally cancelled,” and I ended up waiting for over an hour just to get my room. After reading the Google reviews, it seems I’m not the only one, other guests had the same issue and were even sent to another lower-quality hotel. Although I eventually got the room I originally booked, they never informed me that valet parking costs 300 EGP, and I was only told about the charge during checkout. Charging 300 EGP for parking in Egypt is honestly ridiculous. Overall, the stay was frustrating and poorly managed. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
