Отель расположен в достаточно тихой части города вдали от трасс с гудящими машинами. 2 огромных бассейна с водой +27° в марте. Красивое здание в 3 этажа. Отель новый, достраивается дворец. Как я понимаю, здесь будут организовывать мероприятия. На 1 и 2 этажах расположены рестораны. В рамадан оба работают по системе шведский стол. Еды много, но ничего особо не понравилось. На завтраках готовят омлет. Жили неделю, всю неделю говорила и показывала, что хочу скрембл, но повар умеет делать только невкусный омлет в луже масла. Под конец сдалась и перестала его брать. Каша безвкусная. 2-3 раза ходили тут на ужин. Пару раз была вкусная еда. В остальное время съедобным был только шашлык и овощи. Номера большие и чистые, тут всё ок. Но с едой не очень. Персонал вежливый.

Honestly Not recommended at all, they have a deal with local police members so police members and their families get more than 60% discount on the rate which forms more than 90% of the guest in the place , so you end up with a very local standard and below average service from the place to suit the guests , the stay wasn't as expexted at all and was not as other Sunrise places we went to before. Also they have a very high rate of the dayuse guests due to this discount as well, so again it end up with so many people using average facilities and really crowded place. Not recommended unless you are fine with paying double of most of the guests in the place in a very crowded hotel.

It was incredible time staying in Galaxy Hostel. I have so many great memories from this experience. When I was ill from food poisoning owner Charlie gave me medicine and the even cooked me a soup and some drink from poisoning. I feel myself like in home there, I guess that’s the most highly rating. Everybody was really nice to me and I felt so good there! I can’t even describe how good that hostel is! If you want to stay in Alexandria that’s for sure perfect place for you. Thanks everybody I’m really glad that I was able to live there

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa. Ya nos habíamos alojado con ellos en El Cairo y decidimos volver a hospedarnos en Alejandría. Ambas experiencias fueron perfectas. El personal fue muy amable y atento, el lugar estaba impecablemente limpio y todo funcionaba a la perfección. La ubicación también es excelente y, en general, la experiencia fue magnífica. Sinceramente, me cuesta encontrar algo negativo que mencionar, pero la verdad es que no hay nada. Disfruté muchísimo de mi estancia y, sin duda, este será mi lugar favorito para alojarme en Alejandría, ya sea que viaje con amigos, familia o incluso solo.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. When I arrived, I was told that my reservation had been “accidentally cancelled,” and I ended up waiting for over an hour just to get my room. After reading the Google reviews, it seems I’m not the only one, other guests had the same issue and were even sent to another lower-quality hotel. Although I eventually got the room I originally booked, they never informed me that valet parking costs 300 EGP, and I was only told about the charge during checkout. Charging 300 EGP for parking in Egypt is honestly ridiculous. Overall, the stay was frustrating and poorly managed. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

El Hilton Alex Green Hotel difiere de otros hoteles en el centro de Alexandria por su super - cómodo ubicación que hace todo accesible. I have extreme dissatisfaction and concern regarding a series of deeply unprofessional actions and significant mismanagement by the front desk manager, Bassant, during my recent stay at Paradise Inn from 27 June 2025 to 28 June 2025. My group consisted of four friends (A, B, C, and D) across three booked rooms. The core issues are as follows: 1. Misleading Information Regarding Sea-View Room Availability: Upon our check-in, my friend (A) and I (B) requested to upgrade our twin-bedded, city-view room to a sea-view room, offering to pay any price difference. We were explicitly informed by the Front Desk Manager, Bassant, that all sea-view rooms were fully booked and an upgrade was impossible. However, to our astonishment, our friend D, who arrived later, successfully booked and checked into a sea-view, queen-bedded room through Trip.com on the very same day we were told no such rooms were available. This direct contradiction is highly concerning and suggests a deliberate misrepresentation of facts. 2. Chaotic and Incorrect Room Assignment: Despite our original booking being for a city-view room (my booking) and D's new booking being for a sea-view room, the staff incorrectly assigned my room (A & B) to a sea-view, twin-bedded room, while D, who had booked a sea-view room, was assigned a city-view, queen-bedded room. This was a clear and significant operational error, leading to unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. 3. Unacceptable Behavior and Blame-Shifting by Manager Bassant: When we brought these room assignment discrepancies to the attention of Front Desk Manager Bassant, instead of acknowledging the hotel's mistake or apologizing, she shockingly stated that ”the guest on this order (A & B) took the new order's (D's) sea-view room.” This attempt to blame guests, coupled with a complete refusal to admit fault and offer an apology, is utterly unprofessional and unacceptable. Her behavior was dismissive, dishonest, and actively attempted to create conflict among guests. 4. Ineffective Complaint Handling - ”Complaint Unreachable”: Subsequent to the issues, I attempted to escalate my concerns to hotel staff. However, the complaint process effectively ended at Front Desk Manager Bassant's level, with her ultimate feedback being that ”the guest is not telling the truth.” This indicates a severe flaw in their internal complaint resolution mechanism, where the very individual responsible for the issues is also the sole arbiter of the complaint, leading to an obvious lack of impartiality and accountability. 5. The entire experience – from the initial misleading information about room availability, to the erroneous room allocation, and the subsequent appalling communication and complaint handling – profoundly reflects deficiencies in their front desk operations' professionalism and integrity. Front Desk Manager Bassant's conduct was not only unhelpful and dismissive but demonstrably dishonest and divisive.

¡La joya de Alejandría! En resumen: Para quienes tengan dudas: ¡este es el hotel más genial! Ubicación: Esta joya se encuentra en pleno centro de la ciudad. Es la mejor opción para visitar las atracciones turísticas. Hay muchos hoteles fuera de la Medina, pero esa no sería la ”verdadera” Alejandría. La Biblioteca de Alejandría, la Ciudadela, numerosas iglesias, mezquitas y restaurantes de pescado están muy cerca del hotel. 10/10 Comida y bebidas: El desayuno es excelente. El menú varía según el día (parece depender del número de huéspedes) y ofrece un bufé o platos del día. En cualquier caso, está delicioso. Además, disfrutará de una vista espectacular desde el restaurante durante el desayuno y la cena. 10/10 Alojamiento: Este es un auténtico hotel de principios del siglo XX. Cuenta con un ascensor antiguo, techos altos y hermosos paneles de madera. Me alojé en una habitación con balcón y vista parcial al mar. A pesar de estar cerca de la autopista, era sorprendentemente tranquilo y silencioso. La ropa de cama era cómoda y la temperatura de la habitación perfecta (incluso con +10 °C por la noche y +18 °C durante el día en el exterior). 10/10 Servicio: El personal es muy amable y habla inglés con fluidez. El equipo del hotel está siempre dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier solicitud, ya sea encontrar un banco, una casa de cambio, una estación de autobuses o atracciones locales. 10/10 Limpieza: Todo estaba impecable: el baño, el balcón y las camas. Impresión general: ¡Reserva este hotel ahora y vuelve! Me enamoré por completo de este lugar y de Alejandría. Los turistas europeos podrían intentar encontrarle pequeños defectos, pero son insignificantes comparados con el encanto de este increíble hotel.
