El vestíbulo del hotel tiene una elegante decoración de estilo francés. Las habitaciones son limpias y espaciosas, lo que hace la estancia muy cómoda. El servicio es atento y eficiente. Bien situado en zona turística pero a dos pasos de zona comercial local. El hotel en buen estado y las habitaciones muy agradables. El personal muu amable y esforzado en satisfacer las necesidades del cliente.

Un lugar fuera de este mundo donde, una vez que te quedas, es como si estuvieras aislado del resto del mundo.

La verdad es que el hotel nos gustó mucho. El desayuno era especialmente bueno! Y el servicio muy bien, aunque no hablaban inglés:(

Otra vez en este hotel, la experiencia sigue siendo buena. Aunque fue durante las vacaciones del Primero de Mayo, ni el restaurante ni el hotel en general se sentían abarrotados. No tuvimos que hacer cola para el desayuno y el servicio siguió siendo excelente. El gerente de habitaciones fue especialmente diligente y responsable. El entorno del hotel es muy agradable, incluso han abierto algunas plataformas de observación para disfrutar cómodamente de la puesta de sol. Básicamente, puedes quedarte en el hotel para relajarte y divertirte. También han añadido cargadores en el aparcamiento, lo que hace que cargar sea muy conveniente.

El transporte es relativamente conveniente. El autobús en la puerta básicamente puede ir a varios lugares pintorescos, o puedes hacer transbordo o ir directamente. La distancia no es muy grande, el desayuno es rico, con muchas variedades y la suite es muy buena; espacioso, las ventanas son grandes y el piso es alto. He doesn't offer solution when he told us a session starts at 4pm and it is already 3.45pm now and expects me to give an immediate answer if we'll be attending. He just wants an answer. I don't feel relaxed, having to make a sudden decision after a long journey. The other lady stepped in to save the day to offer solution that we can join the next day too, if it is too rush. 2) Day 2 Morning, breakfast time at the dining hall, no Air-conditioned?!? How relaxing can it be? I paid 2500rmb to eat in a stuffy and uncomfortable environment the moment I wake up?? Are you saving electricity or what? If it's not comfort and relaxation at your hotel, what am I paying for ? 3) Breakfast time, instead of serving 1 course at a time, in a relaxed healing manner like what your brand stands for, you suddenly come with all the plates filling up the table. What's the rush?!? 4) Immediately after serving all the food on the table, your guy asked ”Can we clean your room now?” WHAT'S THE HURRY?!?! Can you not disturb my morning breakfast and let me eat in peace? I am here to have a private moment with my partner having our breakfast why must you ask me about cleaning the room at this point of time?!? How relaxing and calm can my morning get? Isn't the purpose of the Wechat group is to communicate? Why can't you do it later in the group? WHY MUST IT BE WHEN I AM HAVING BREAKFAST AT THE TABLE? WHAT IS YOUR HURRY?!? 5) I told him politely I will let him know later when I'm ready for room cleaning. 6) Right after finishing my breakfast before living the dining hall, he asked me again can my room be cleaned?!?! STOP ASKING!!!! I TOLD YOU I WILL LET YOU KNOW LATER! WHAT IS THE HURRY?!?! 7) I went back to my room to get my bag and my car came in 5mins. Just before I left, he ASKED AGAIN at the entrance! Asking 3 TIMES IN 30 MINUTES?!? THIS IS NOT RELAXING AT ALL! CAN'T YOU WAIT FOR MY INSTRUCTIONS IN THE WECHAT GROUP?!? MY GOSH! PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROPERLY! 8) Learn to know WHEN to communicate! 9) I killed a big spider on the floor, after room cleaning and returning back, the dead spider is still on the floor. So much for rushing me to give you the green light to clean the room 🙄 10) Your wooden holder for the controllers are filled with dust inside. Disgusting. 11) Your handsoap bottle, the sticker is peeling off, faded and damp. Disgusting. 12) The grey cloth originally on the bed, why is it put ON THE FLOOR after room cleaning?!?! Your cleaner forgotten to put it back on my bed and so you guys actually put things meant for the bed on the dirty floor and then back on the bed after tidying up?!?! Other details about peeling paint on the walls and bad touch-ups I shall not go further into details. It is not what I am expecting a 2500rmb room to be like. 500rmb Atour Hotel is even cleaner. Design of hotel and environment is on point. Let down by service and attention to details in cleanliness.

Our stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact! However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby! Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet. The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement. Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!  In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay. Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements. El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, es muy agradable caminar por Gushan Road y por el Lago del Oeste, luego ir a Louwailou para almorzar, visitar Xiling Seal Society y Baidi Broken Bridge. También es conveniente ir de compras por la noche a Yintai 77. En la planta baja del hotel se encuentra el mercado nocturno de Wulin.
