We've been staying at Motel 6 Medical Center/Hwy 280 for almost a month while waiting to rent a house and it's been a pretty nice cozy stay.

They had an infestation of little roaches. There were burn holes and stains all over the covers and towels. The sink leaked really bad. The housekeepers were rude and I ended up having to leave an hour earlier than check-out because they rushed me out of my room. Also, when I got there it didn't look clean and the toilet was dirty and stained and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned.

The location was convenient but is not a location I would stay at for more than 1 night.
Room was very spacious ( because minimal furniture, No desk, no chair or couch)
Bring your own towels because theirs are old, stained, and cheap (course)
Pool is now a cement patio that is blocked off so cannot use (not that I wanted to)

They have $100 hold on the room even if you’ve paid. Found two roaches in my room.

The staff was friendly and professional. The room reeked of smoke. The mattress was completely wore out. The towels were brown and stained.

Everything was ok until management tried to say I stole the towels in the room. I checked-in for a few hours and when I woke up and decided to shower, I saw I only had the bath mat. I called the front desk and the rep got an attitude and said that there was absolutely no way the housekeeper didn’t put towels in there. I had no complaints about cleanliness…I just needed towels lol. No one is perfect and people make mistakes but accusing me of stealing .50 cent towels? Be for real….

The condition of my broom was awful. The ceiling had to split in it and was hanging down about 3 inches in two different spots about 3 foot long each. There was mold in the bathroom by the tub and the sink stopper was broken off sitting next to the tub. The door handle in the bathroom was about to fall off. The television was broken and had lines going up and down it. I told the front desk but they did not resolve the problem. I stayed for two nights and told them two times I know it was only approximately $60 a night, but I would rather have stayed somewhere else. The bed was also very soft and uncomfortable.
