When we slept until midnight, the hotel's air conditioning automatically turned off, but we didn't set a timer beforehand. It became so hot that it woke us up.

Lovely stay! Hotel was situated slightly outside town but still very walkable. Food was not bad but not great either. Wished it was Japanese cuisine instead of western Japanese fusion

The hotel service and facilities are excellent and we stay for 2 nights and found the dinner is great. Even you are staying for 2 nights, the dinner and breakfast food changes and makes us very satisfied with the stay!

i book this hotel 11 room , your hotel are beautiful , clean , but high slop
your hotel staff not help my group etc not call a taxi , because my group has a lot of luggage and there are elderly people

ホテルに着くと外に案内人の方がいて、ホテルの外観で友達との写真を撮ってくれました。その後すぐに案内してもらえました。部屋もとても綺麗で、アメニティも巾着に入って用意されていたのでありがたかったです。
館内着とは別にパジャマが用意されていたことや、トイレとお風呂が別になっていること、そして大浴場前に無料のアイスキャンディーが用意されていることに感動しました！
湯畑からも徒歩4分ほどで行けるのも良かったです！
また泊まりたいと思います！ありがとうございました！

酒店離車站和湯畑都不遠，房間偏小但乾淨，沒有景觀，一個有七層樓的酒店，衹有一部電梯！前台的服務人員態度比較冷漠！其中有一個還因為我不懂日語，在溝通的過程中表現出不耐煩的樣子，這個在日本的酒店真的很少碰到過。公湯比較小，第一次在日本的温泉洗澡會碰到要排隊，付費預約的私湯設施也一般。餐食是比較滿意的，餐廳的服務都挺好的。

由巴士站行去只需5分鐘(沒有call車接送服務)，裝修靚(2022年開)，我地係住自帶地藏溫泉房型，間房靚又大(價錢係少貴既，我地臨近新年年30晚住，不過真係值得住1晚)，房內溫泉水會24小時不停流動，套訓覺睡衣仲好舒服，黎呢到可以乜都唔使帶，只帶套內衣就ok，有晒沖涼要用既野，差電可用usb，佢房內仲有套可出街既衫著(唔記得叫咩😅),食飯同出街去買野都可以著，我地去既時候大約幾度到，佢recep.位近門口有掛住d厚d既褸可借黎著出街。
公衆溫泉都ok大，有室外室內2個(女)，門口有雪條任食，一泊2食，晚餐OK(因為睇過幾個影片通常都話d溫泉一泊2食麻麻地)*有相睇下，早餐就麻麻(個3文魚太咸喇)，但所有擺盤都好精美，去中心地帶都只係5至6分鐘路程，好近。
*只附上晚餐同雪條照片(其他有人就不便喇)😆
*我睇佢房地圖自帶地藏溫泉房好似只有一間(每層),我地住3樓

酒店很新很舒適。
由車站步行去酒店大約5分鐘，需經1條小路頗斜的，拉行李時較吃力。
去湯畑非常近，2-3分鐘步程，很方便。
晚餐非常精緻，味道不錯。
有桌遊玩具可借用。
整體非常推薦這酒店。👍🏻
