Avisando con 7 días de antelación que dos compañeros no habían podido embarcar por errores de visado y con el hotel lleno, kumarakom resort no quiso vender una de las dos villas pagadas y devolver el dinero de la de los 2 compañeros, dejándonos 2 villas, una para mi acompañante y la otra para mi. ABSURDO. Además, ni siquiera habiendo pagado toda la casa flotante para 4 pax, el hotel quiso ayudar vendiendo la villa que sobró. ABSURDO. En cambio los otros 2 hoteles uno Marari Beach resort CGH no nos devolvió el dinero porque solo faltavan unas horas para llegar pero nos dió un vaucher a entregar a los 2 compañeros que no pudieron viajar para usar la misma villa sin cargo antes de un año. Y el hotel Taj Malabar de Kochi no les cargó ni una sola Rupia a mis compañeros por faltar 10 dias de la llegada. MUCHO CUIDADO ES UN HOTEL SIN PIEDAD ni en ocasiones excepcionales. Mejor NO RESERVAR hasta casi el mismo día de llegar o ante cualquier imprevisto pierdes wl 100% de tu dinero.
