"Definitely not a 4 star experience and it was very below average experience. I found the lobby and corridor areas not clean at all and there was some kind of stink all over. Their services such as room service take hours to get completed. Laundry service is also very slow. The pool was not clean and they beedtk work on that as well. The only good thing was the garden area withba good view and the garden area was also not maintained properly. I don't recommend this place. "

La mejor parte fue el relajado barco solsuelo privado en el lago para dos de nosotros con vistas impresionantes que comenzaron justo delante de nuestro apartamento. Susan Salin y su equipo han hecho un trabajo maravilloso para aprovechar esta maravillosa propiedad para unos pocos como nosotros. Gracias especialmente a Asha y Arjun, que siempre han sido útiles y nos han dado información sobre las visitas y culturas locales. "Buen hotel, muy buena relación calidad/precio para los precios de la zona, esta en la misma carretera principal con un Restaurante y un Bar ( hay diferentes tipos de cerveza y vino ) que se puede comer o picar alguna cosa, el Staff muy amable. Las habitaciones más que correctas. El desayuno fruta, huevos, tostadas pero sobretodo comida de Kerala. Pero nosotros con la tostadas, huevos y fruta tenieamos de sobra. "

"I stayed at this beautiful resort on 11 January and had booked 2 rooms for my family for 5 adults and 2 toddlers and we had a fantastic experience, the rooms are spacious and the beds are really comfortable, the bathrooms are just the right size only the shower cubicle which is a tad small for people with large built. Right from welcoming to the breakfast the staff was simply amazing especially the restaurant staff who understood the order well and the local kerala delicacies were excellent. This place has a serene view of the backwaters, nice backwater facing restaurant and big lawns and a small play area for the kids to play, in the pictures the property might look old but it is really well maintained. We could experience the spa as all the slots were booked to the capacity. Only a small feedback to the hotel staff, there is a bridge near the boat jetty and a few railings from the same are missing which I feel is a safety hazard for the kids. The sunset from this resort is beautiful, you can sit on the benches and kill hours Thank you for taking care of us and we will be back soon !!!"
