Reservamos el hotel en junio y al llegar nos encontramos con que la piscina está en reformas desde el 1 de agosto hasta finales de enero de 2025 y que están de reformas en todo el hotel, con ruidos insoportable desde las 8 de la mañana hasta las 5 de la tarde. Sin avisar del gran inconveniente que eso genera

Whether it’s enjoying a well prepared breakfast buffet or relaxing in the serene ambiance of the lounge, the Pullman Hotel Kuching delivers a first class experience that left me feeling refreshed and pampered.

This Pullman hotel is located in the heart of Kuching which is a good thing. Having said this there is nothing positive about this hotel: old rooms, cold service, average beakfast + bonus of “renovation period” til end of 2024, with no access to gym and pool and noise nuisances. Bad value for money. Not recommended 👎

Both pillows were too soft. The staff were very friendly. The room was prepared quickly for my stay. The lovely housekeeping staff, who made up the room, arranged my bunny toy on top of the pillows in a way that made me feel joyful when I entered the room

Anything just average, breakfast not worth the price, very simple options. I purchased over check in counter but unfortunately they missed my breakfast orders, let us stand over front of the restaurant 10 mins to check with the front counter staff. Room quiet, clean is satisfied, Bathrooms have a separate rainshower and a spa bathtub. But the shower head sometimes don't have water come out, I think is because besides the room also using bathroom on the spot.

The overall feeling is pretty good, relatively convenient, the environment is okay, and the attitude of the waiters is also okay.

Hotel room: clean, spacious, comfortable bed (even came with yoga mat and 2 small weights in the wardrobe). Water pressure in the shower was superb, especially after a long day. Glass bottles for water instead of plastic bottles - definitely appreciated this. Amenities: Unfortunately, while i was there, the gym was undergoing renovation/upgrades. However, they moved the equipment to one of the meeting rooms as a temporary gym, so that was okay. The swimming pool was nice. Location: walking distance to many attractions and restaurants around the area.

Good hotel service, room is very spacious, view is magnificent. Supermarket and DIY just down stairs, very convenient to buy things. 15 min walk to China town. It is a pleasant stay there, especially it is in promotional room rate.

Awesome stay and taking a grab from KIA to Pullman Kuching is berry near and cost me 15 ringgit. Lounge offerings at executive lounge is berry good. Their swimming pool at level 2 is also great for swimming laps.

Overall good stay but the floor is a bit slippery suspect is the floor detergent used. It’s a bit dangerous especially at bathroom area.

Pullman Kuching is highly recommended for family and friends reunion or staycations because of its easy location in the waterfront and very convenient for easy living. The supermarket downstairs is called Goceli. It’s fully air-conditioned with lots of goods ( vegetables, dairy products, frozen goods, toiletries, snacks and bakery) for people to choose. The food haven(food court) has lots of varieties of choice of food from chicken rice , pizza to hotpot! One Mr. DIY is also found in Upper ground of the Hills shopping mall

Nice hotel to stay with alot of wonderful places nearby. This hotel very comfortable.

Hotel is well located near the River walk, however it is a quite dated although well maintained. The gym equipment is rusty and old. Pool is huge. We didn’t try breakfast so can’t comment on that. Staff are friendly and accommodating. A big negative is parking is not free. Every entry is RM5 plus overnight parking is RM10.

Stay with the hotel for 4days3nights, their bed is very comfortable for me, after a long day outside, really glad that can rest well when back to the hotel
