This time i brought my kids to stay in the Junior Suites room. Very convenient to stroll bukit bintang at night. Just outside the hotel entrance is the Gate A MRT Merdeka station, a station away to MRT Pavillion Bukit Bintang!

So far bilik ok. Cantik.. Sesuai utk family.. Tapi apa yang paling tak suka is tuala disposable tu. Sangat annoying dan tak selesa. Kalau boleh please la jangan pakai tuala pakai buang tu.. Harap boleh improve dekat situ..

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It's next to the MRT and the room is quite spacious. The price is also affordable. The service is also good.

Value for money and good hotel suitable in big city.
I like this hotel for its location, many parking lot, near to city.Price is also not too high. Room is spacious and clean. Thumbs up for the hotel management.

Not a good experience this time checking in to this hotel..
I booked last minute and remarked for late check in..so i arrived at 1.30am at this hotel..imagine coming to the front office with the receptionist wearing a mask??literally that white face mask for her beauty i guess…with no greetings from her..with that proudly face she showed to me..i didn’t have cash for deposit coz i’ve used it to pump gas to my car..cannot use card cause it passes 12am..she said..u should have known to bring deposit since this is not ur first time checking in here..i was like..i am alone and it’s passed midnight..i won’t risk my life going to the atm at midnight alone..why would she say that to her guest??? I am working in tourism industry and if this is what a receptionist way treating her guests, no wonder our industry is sinking..but no worries i’ll come back here to see if the management do something about this matter..thank u for this experience..

No nice experience, it's very hard to sleep, people talk in the corridor very loudly. The doors have a quick system to close automatically but it is like "Throwing the doors", too noisy. I couldn't get good sleep for two nights and I gave up. I left the hotel early. People are too noisy. No respect!!!!!!
Bed, chairs, bathroom are ok and the location is PERFECT, very close to ChinaTown. And they don't clean if you don't request, strange rules. Be aware of towels, they provide disposable bath towels, I don't like it
