Uzun zaman oldu tripadvisora yeni girince başımıza geleni yazayım ki insanlar temkinli olsun diye yazıyorum. Biz düğünümüz gecesi için süit odayı 2 ay önceden satın alıp ödemesini gerçekleştirdik. Eşim düğün günümüzün sabahı dahil birçok defa Bi sorun olup olmadığı ile ilgili teyit için ilgili oteli aradı hiçbir sorun olmadığı alacak verecek bişey kalmadığını defaatle teyit etti. Düğün gecemiz saat 1.30 da otele girdiğimizde bizden 800 lira gibi ekstra ücret istediler yoksa odaya almamakla tehdit edildik düşünün ki düğün çıkışı bizim zor durumda olduğumuzu görerek fırsatçılık ile hakları olmayan bir meblağ aldılar bizden. Zor durumda olmasak ve gece 1. 30 olmasa daha başka davranabilirdik ama resmen tasarlanmış bir olaydı. İçimizde uhdedir lütfen dikkat edin genel anlamda zaten otel kalite ve hizmet olarak karadeniz bölgesi Türkiye standartları altında ve çok pahalı üstüne bu tip olaylara maruz kalabilirsiniz.

Very average stay. The hotel corridors smelled like cigarettes and it was a little messy. We left our room for the entire day and came to find out it wasn’t cleaned.. it was strange since the hotel didn’t seem full at all..

Worst experience, I booked 2 junior suits and hotel management tried to gave me standard room, they have been lying for 2 hours that those are junior suits, I showed them pictures of what I booked and after that they said that actually they have already sold junior suits, I asked them to reimburse me the difference that is about half of what I paid, but they said that they cannot, I will have to stay in standard room after paying for junior suits, what can be worst then this, pathetic service

Bir bankada üst düzey yönetici olarak çalışıyorum. 50 yi aşkın ülkeye seyahat ettim ve yüzlerce otelde konakladım. Elbette olumsuz deneyimler yaşadım ancak ilk kez bir otel ile ilgili şikayet yazıyorum. Çünkü dolandırıldığımı düşünüyor ve herkesin bu konuyla ilgili dikkatli olmasını istiyorum.instagram ve ets de yayınladıkları oda fotoğrafları , kahvaltı alanı asla gerçeği yansı**amaktadır.ve otel yönetimi asla hatasını kabul e**emekte, müşteri memnuniyeti adına herhangi bir çaba göstermemektedir. Paranızla rezil olmayın. durduk yere sinirlerinizi bozmayın. Kesinlikle tavsiye e**iyorum.

Parkmöglichkeiten direkt neben dem Hotel ( Haus eigener Parkplatz) was für mich 1 Stern wert ist und 1 Stern für das gemütliche Bett.
Aber der Rest ist ne Katastrophe. Service sehr sehr langsam, letzter Abend wurde einfach die Klimaanlage im Zimmer abgeschaltet um Energie zu sparen. Die Lobby ist nicht Klimatisiert genau wie der Rest des Hotels. Meine Zimmer Tür war hardcore beschädigt und der Safe konnte nicht benutzt werden.

Otelin konumu mükemmel Atakum' da denizle iç içe bir otel. genel konfor mükemmel temizlik hijyen personelin ilgisi ve yaklaşımı çok iyi. otele ait deniz manzaralı cafe mükemmel. sabah kahvaltısı çok başarılı.

Yastik kilifi lekeliydi. Degismelerini istedik yirtik yastik kilifi takmislardi. Yerde bir onceki konaklamadan kalan toka vardi. Kuru**a makinasi calismiyordu. Hizmet cok yavas. Kahvaltisi guzeldi. Tum otelde guler yuzlu tek kisi vardi. O da kahvalti salinundaki kadin calisandi.
