Insanely bad service. I booket 1x 1 Night for 2 and 3x1 Night for 2 in total from 19 to 23 july. I ask if we could get same room during our stay to avoid moving room the Day after and it was confirmed by the receptionist. Today they show up and tells us to move room or we have to pay more to stay in the same room. The hotel is EMPTY we are the only ones here but they dont Care. I also booked a room with 2 single beds and they start giving us a room with a double bed. We are 2 men aged 41 and 51. WE DO NOT SLEEP IN SAME BED OF COURSE. I have used ********** app for 5 years now and have over 200 nights booket in total, most of Them in Thailand and i have never in my 10 years travelling in Thailand had such a bad service at a hotel. I even wrote the hotel 2 days in advance to explain everything about our room and out stay. No reply. We were told when we arrived at the hotel there was free transfer from pier but how should we know when noone at the hotel answer our messages. This is litteraly insane. This hotel does NOT provide any service at all and the receptionist has a very unpleasant Way of talking and explaining things. Do not go here its simply not worth it and the Island is covered in hotels anyway

Grande hotel pequeño . Habitaciones espaciosas bien equipadas . Toallas limpias todos los días . También ofrecen toallas de playa / piscina . Buen lugar . Piscina es hermosa aunque sólo hay 4 camas solares que es dolor . En la playa . Ideal para ver esos amazing sunsetts. Sólo negativo es situado justo enfrente de un albergue ruidoso que apaga música hasta las 2h cada mañana. Nada de las alas no se resuelven aunque no deja que te deshaga. Lindos bares de playa a lo largo de la playa. Segundo tiempo que hemos permanecido aquí. Vamos a estar de vuelta. También no pierda el restaurante de vistas de la mañana que está en la frente del hotel. Grande comida a precios increíbles. Dios amo esta isla.

La habitación privada era limpia, la cama era masiva, la ducha estaba caliente, el aire con aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien y aprecié el pequeño balcón. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la isla, y el hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la isla. Es un paseo de 10 minutos a pie de la playa de Sairee, y pasa por grandes lugares de comida, como 995 puercos y cerca de LivingJuices Yoga (mejores bolas de licor). La terraza del techo nunca había tenido nadie en ella, hay algunas mesa y sillas y es un lugar perfecto para tener un tiempo tranquilo. 4 de 5 estrellas porque la zona de cocina es pequeña, no muy limpia, y el mando de ducha y el ferrocarril de toallas se rompió en mi habitación. Un amigo y yo nos quedamos (1 habitación privada, 1 dormitorio) y no encontramos el verano super social, pero es una buena base para explorar Sairee y conocer a las personas en la aplicación Hostelworld.

pequeño gran hostal tranquilo. fácil de encontrar en la calle principal, el personal era amable y hablaba bien inglés. wifi era bastante bueno, la habitación era muy cómoda con baño. aire acondicionado, ventilador y toallas (para habitación privada de todos modos). Me quedaría de nuevo, gracias buen hotel de ensueño :)

The hotel itself is very good and the rooms were clean. We had a double fan bungalow but I don’t recommend this because it was way to hot in there. A room with air conditioning would be perfect at this hotel, a bit more pricy but definitely worth it. The hotel is located by the sea and has beautiful sunsets. On the day, the beach is not very nice as it is low tide until like 17 or something. Rent a motorbike and it’s perfect. The hotel picks you up from the pier when you arrive with the ferry and drives you there when you are going away from the Island too. The deposition at the hotel was 2000 baht, passport or ID-card. I recommend this hotel if you are visiting Koh Tao and wants to have a hotel by the sea for a little amount of money.
