Stayed at that property many times , staff is excellent and property amenities are in the decent condition. The best hotel in Kirov, its for sure.

Пишу не как постоялец, а как сын постояльца, просьбу которого проигнорировали. 13 мая я более получаса не мог дозвониться до папы, остановившегося в этой гостинице, поэтому позвонил туда и попросил сообщить ему в номер, что я его срочно разыскиваю. (Вопрос касался здоровья члена семьи.) Администратор ответила, что должна согласовать с начальством и мне перезвонит. Звонка так и не было, постояльца тоже не "беспокоили". Понимаю, что гостиница не обязана отвечать на такие запросы, но осадок остался. Согласователи пятизвёздочные.

Был в городе проездом, нужно было остановиться на день, в более или менее нормальном месте. Открыл путеводитель, нашел отель, почитал отзывы и принял решение остановиться тут. Остался очень доволен хорошей отмосферой и кухней.

Поднимают просмотры и брони за деньги, я сам был в телеграмм группе там много людей не побывавшие и даже нежная где эти отели бронируют за деньги номера, оставлю смс-ку администратора которое они присылают в группу Дорогие друзья, пожалуйста, не беспокойтесь о выплатах. В этом отеле депозиты под нашем контролем. Мы обеспечим сохранность средств всех участников. Если вы не получите деньги в течение 5-60 минут после работы, наша команда компенсирует вам их в полном объеме. 🌈🌈🌈🌈

В этом отеле всё идеально, всё шикарно, придраться не к чему. Персонал отеля вежливый, пунктуальный, внимательный. При каждом заселении каждому гостю - комплимент от ресторана FOUR данного отеля. А также, маленьким гостям и именинникам - также комплименты и сюрпризы от отеля и ресторана FOUR. Красивые виды из окон. Спать - одно удовольствие на просторных кроватях. В номерах кондиционеры для создания микроклимата номера под любой запрос.

Каждый раз, когда приезжаю в Киров, по возможности, останавливаюсь в этом отеле. Нравится обслуживание, номера, расположение - рядом пруд с колесом обозрения, цирк и парк, в 10-и минутах хотьбы находися жд вокзал. Также тут крутые завтраки - разнообразные и вкусные. Цена и качество соответствут друг другу:)
