Muy desilusionado No volverás. No recomiendes que nadie vuelva aquí.

Por un cambio de planes, en este hotel estuvimos dos noches, cuando solo deberíamos haber estado una por la ruta que teníamos marcada. La primera noche estuvimos en una habitación superior del hotel y estuvo genial. La segunda noche estuvimos en una habitación más económica porque no quedaban de las superiores y cabe decir que por la diferencia de precio es mucho mejor la superior, aunque era correcta. La ubicación es genial, cerca del centro (se puede ir andando), cerca del Doo Suthep y cerca del aeropuerto. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, sobretodo la parte de la piscina. El desayuno está muy bien, por el precio merece mucho la pena.

Es el festival Loy Krathong y la oferta de viviendas en Chiang Mai es bastante escasa 😖 Afortunadamente, encontramos este hotel situado cerca del mercado nocturno de Changkang Road, a sólo unos minutos a pie del río Mae Ping, donde se colocan las linternas de agua. Justo afuera del estacionamiento del hotel se encuentra el Mercado Nocturno de Anusran, muy conveniente para comer, beber y divertirse. Como el jefe es chino, el personal del hotel habla un poco de chino. My family and I have had a wonderful experience at North Hill City Resort. This is our first time here, but it won't be our last. The accommodations are lovely and even more attractive given that this hotel is relatively small and has a lovely boutique flavor. Everything worked perfectly in our rooms, and the showers are impressive in and of themselves with multiple jets of water that can soothe your aching muscles after a long round or two of golf at the world-class golf course (literally) 100 paces away from one of the entrances of the hotel. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. We were also pleasantly surprised by how efficient and cost-effective room service was. All of our food came promptly and was hot and delicious, which has not been my experience of most hotels in my years of travel. The one improvement I would make would be to the breakfast buffet, which was very good, but limited. All the food was well prepared and delicious, but if there were more options that would be helpful. Mostly, however, it was the generosity of the staff which was most impressive. Under the leadership of the resort manager, Mr. Pholkrit Poenmunkong, we were exceptionally well cared for by all staff members, but, in particular, by Mr. Poenmunkong and the front desk staff of Nada, Ploy, and Chainoi. Mr. Poenmunkong was warm and generous with his time. He greeted my young son with a formal handshake which helped him feel very proud. During our stay, he also ensured that we had everything we needed to make our experience exceptional. The front desk staff was an exquisite example of people going ”above and beyond” to help us feel at home. When you're in a new city, small things matter, and whether it was Nada making sure my four-year-old had his hat (or carrots to feed the rabbits), Ploy ensuring that we took the correct shuttles to the correct places, or Chainoi making sure we had fresh towels and teaching us archery, we felt their warmth and their competence, which was a gift. What happened as I type this review is an example of this generous hospitality. I am sitting in the hotel cafe writing this review and Nada (who works with the front desk staff), unsolicited, greeted me warmly and brought me a delicious drink, which was quite thoughtful and appreciated. This is the type of service we've experienced North Hill City Resort and I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to enjoy a great hotel, with delicious food and amazing hospitality.
