Went to Key West for girls weekend. The Mansion was in a great location with clean room and great ambiance. Loved the front porch and relaxing areas. Would definitely stay there again!

We were very pleased we had the opportunity to check in early. Upon returning to our room a couple of hours later our room code did not work. We learned we were checked in to the wrong room. We had already unpacked and it took some time to relocate to correct room. We left a message on hotel voice mail for a box of Kleenex. Not delivered. Next morning we were very disappointed with breakfast offering. Coffee served in a styrofoam cup ( not eco friendly) And breakfast was comprised of food items packaged in plastic (again not eco friendly). Later in the afternoon when we returned to our room, it had not been made up. A cleaning staff was on our floor and we were told our room would not be tidied. I did receive a box of Kleenex. Next morning the exhaust fan in our bathroom no longer was functioning.

Very noisy, not enough electrical plugging. Breakfast was terrible. No front desk, no staff. Very overpriced. Very disappointed, I was expecting much more. We will never go back again

Countinued admirable effort on restoration. Wonderful stay. Beautiful mansion. Location was charming and the best in Key West for food and fun. The pier was within a 7 miniute walk and Duval was around the corner but it was still very quiet. Staff was attentive.

We stayed in the James House portion of the property. We enjoyed it very much. The only disconcering thing was no face to face contact with anyone attached to the facility. Not being familiar with the area or the property we would have liked some direction. We did have a laptop and spending some browsing time we were able to plan out the week. Never went to the same restaurant twice and everywhere we went was delicious. We are in our seventies and were able to walk to the "Little White House", "The Hemmingway House", the island cemetery, the length of Duvall Street. and multiple other places. The Curry House is less than a block off Duvall so location is fantastic. An expensive place to visit but enjoyed as much as any place we've ever been.

There is no staff on site. They did not clean the rooms unless you asked, so we asked, and they did not come. We ran out of towels and toilet paper and they dropped off towels but no toilet paper. Also gave us no soap. Not having staff onsite for this price I’d no good. Also breakfast was cereal and coffee. Not worth the price.

The Curry Mansion is a VERY old gem on the Key West. Our room was quaint with a private bath. They have NO staff on the property so it's all self serve. Free coffee, an ice machine which was great since it was hot. Pool is nice, unfortunately we didn't have a chance to use it.

This property doesn’t have on site staff. Rooms are not cleaned daily, and toiletry items (toilet paper, soap, etc.) are not automatically replenished. Lack of lighting at room door makes it impossible to see the keypad to enter the numeric code to gain access to the room. Lack of any staff leaves you feeling like an unimportant tenant. There are much better places to stay in KW than Curry. It’s gone downhill for sure! Wouldn’t recommend.

There weren’t any people around the service consisted of two emails one to give us the codes to get in and want to remind us what to do what time to leave extremely noisy banging refrigerator things like that I thought it was overpriced
