It’s my first time in Zanzibar, I spent two nights at this hotel and a night in another hotel, all I can say is that this hotel is wonderful, rooms are clean, food is nice and above all the staffs are lovely, very friendly and helpful, I’ve been to many hotels in different countries but I can give a high thumb for the staffs of Toa hotel, The General Manager, Lucas that received me upon arrival and the best of all The Front Desk Manager ESTHER, thanks a lot for the hibiscus Juice the day I arrived and the last cup you gave me before I leave, you never knew but it’s my best and I’ll come back for it again in sha Allah.
You gave me free wine lucky I don’t drink alcohol I had to return it back to you, thank you so much and I’ll recommend thousands to use your hotel if I have to and I’m sure you’ll never let them down.

Hemos estado 4 noches, y nuestra estancia ha sido fenomenal. Desde las habitaciones, las instalaciones de jardín, cocinas, y la situación tranquila y con un paraje único. Y sin duda lo más impresionante su personal, un equipo humano, cuidando en todo momento de cualquier detalle, súper atentos, desde el manager, hasta los profesionales de piscina, cocina, recepción etc. Gran equipo, que sea así por muchos años.

Estuvimos tres noches en este nuevo hotel-resort. Todo lo que podemos decir es positivo. Desde el general manager Ali que está pendiente en todo momento para que la estancia sea perfecta, pasando por la jefa de recepción Beauty y su equipo, adaptándose rápido a las necesidades que nos iban surgiendo, el equipo de limpieza especialmente en las habitaciones, el staff de comedor restaurante servicial al cien por cien, el equipo del bar de la piscina y de las tumbonas de la playa… La comida muy buena y muy variada. Recomendable cien a cien. Gracias a todos los que nos atendieron esos días, lo hemos pasado muy bien

TOA SPA was a beautiful experience. Especially Mr. General Manager Ally is a wonderful person. He did everything to ensure that our holiday was enjoyable and comfortable. TOA is a sheer complex where the physical environment, cleanliness of the rooms and friendliness of the personnel are at their peak. If you are looking for calmness and tranquility, this is the place. Our mother and father and cousins left very happy, almost like a dream... Our heartfelt thanks to Ali and his team... I had a wonderful week at Toa - it is a lovely resort, very comfortable resort, with a great pool and spa. The food was very good, and there was a bbq on the beach as well while we were there, which was quite special. Really, what made the trip most enjoyable was the wonderful Toa staff - they looked after us so well, were very kind, and always smiling and sincere. I would definitely return is I have a chance. Thank you so much to everyone there!

We have spent 3 nights in this lovely new brand- clean hotel. The service is excellent! All people in the hotel are so friendly, flexible and kind. All wanting to take the extra step. Zamzam and Esther were extremely helpful and kind. The rooms are very comfortable, the shower excellent, and all is so very clean. You can see that this hotel invested in having a very nice staff crew. We also had a live music night, with a BBQ, tasting all fresh and very well. We were there in rain season and multiple times a day everything needed to be changed, like sunbeds and dinner tables, the staff all did it with a smile! Everybody speaks English very well. Day trips can be organized in the hotel. The spa is wonderful too! We all 4 took great massages! We were here with a family, which was great, but couples will love this place too. In the evening every table has a nice candle and the atmosphere is very romantic. To summarize: our stay was excellent and lovely. Great compliments to the complete staff, from kitchen, to maintenance, bar and beach staff, and front office. This place is lovely!!!

The pictures are exactly what you get. The service was awesome and the employees are really friendly. Sega and Esther helped us with the reservations and were really helpful throughout the process with any questions. Recommending this place to anyone who wants to visit TZ

Our hotel stay was delightful from start to finish. The staff warmly greeted us upon arrival and ensured a seamless check-in process. The room was immaculate, with modern amenities and stunning city skyline views. The attention to detail in the room decor and plush bedding provided a restful night's sleep. The dining options exceeded our expectations, offering diverse, delicious dishes prepared with fresh ingredients. The highlight was the exceptional service provided by the staff, who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and welcoming stay.

The Toa Hotel and Spa is a combination of class and impeccable service. From their friendly and attentive staff to classy modern rooms, getting to the Toa Hotel and Spa feels like walking into a whole new world. The moment you arrive, the staff at Toa make you feel like you are the only guest, a service they extend to all their guests. The Toa has a beautiful sea view, and is designed for relaxation. The pools on the property are designed to cater for a wide variety of guests. From the secluded pools for intimate and private swims, to the pool bar where you can hang out and meet fellow guests. There is also the pool for adults and children, where one can also take part in swim aerobics. We had a family celebration, and although the hotel is designed for unwinding and relaxation, they went out of their way to facilitate a rather noisy crowd and even provided cake!
