Además: + Valor por dinero como tal, pero en gran medida dependiendo de lo que se puede hacer. + Recepción - amable y eficiente. + Centro de la ciudad + Transporte público (con un trato - ver bajo menos) + Desayuno OK pero sólo + Bar servicio - café excelente + habitación muy bien equipada + Limpieza + Excelente pero caro garaje. ¡No funciona, pero le ofrecen un ventilador (bueno trabajo) en lugar! - Evitar las habitaciones en la esquina delantera si es posible. ¡Es imposible abrir una ventana sin correr el riesgo de daño auditivo!

Wir waren in einer Gruppe von 12 für 2 Nächte in 12 einzeln genutzten Zimmern Anfang Mai 2022 dort. Zudem hatten wir 2 halbe Tage einen Meeting room mit Service angemietet. Ich habe solche Treffen schon öfters organisiert und kann daher feststellen, dass zum ersten Mal alles funktioniert hat. Alle Anschriften, Rechnungen und organisatorische Vorbereitungen passten vorzüglich. Die Zimmer waren modern, nicht überladen, sehr funktional und sauber. Der Check in sowie die dortige Betreuung während des gesamten Aufenthaltes war absolut top. Das Frühstücks-Buffet war überraschend umfangreich und abwechslungsreich. Die Bar wurde zwar „nur“ von der Rezeption mitbedient, reichte aber absolut aus. Dieses Haus ist für Städte-Reisende und Geschäftsreisende gleichermaßen empfehlenswert.

Am Vortag eröffnetes Hotel daher an der ein oder anderen Ecke noch Bauatmosphäre, besonders draußen. Lage in unattraktivem Gewerbe-Mischgebiet, mit Auto gut zu erreichen, zur nächsten Straßenbahn sind es ca. 300m. Die Zimmer und das Hotel sind modern und chic, das Frühstück hat uns auch in der Art der Präsentation und bez. der Auswahl gefallen. In dem gebuchten Hipster Studio kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, praktisch sind auch Bluetooth-Lautsprecher für das Smartphone. Allerdings hat das Hipster Studio sicher nicht die aufgeführten 32qm! Überwiegend freundliches Personal. Zusammenfassend hat es uns gut gefallen, aktuell auch gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Escogí este hotel por ser céntrico, tener buenas valoraciones y estar cerca de la residencia de mi hija que está de Erasmus en la ciudad. A pesar de estar en una teórica buena zona, en las inmediaciones se acumulan alcohólicos y ***********, y justo al lado del hotel hay otro inmueble donde se mueve gente dudosa. Una anécdota, una tarde-noche al abrir la puerta de mi habitación me encontré de frente con un tipo bastante raro que me preguntó si había terminado y señaló mi habitación, no era un camarero de piso ni un huésped despistado, se había colado en el hotel y tuvimos que avisar a la recepcionista que se encargó de expulsarlo, algo me dice que el tipo se había equivocado de inmueble y lo que buscaba estaba en la entrada de al lado. En cuanto al personal del hotel solo una recepcionista y una camarera fueron amables, el resto del personal tuvo poco interés en agradarnos y/o atendernos adecuadamente. Un ejemplo, el lunes había pocos huéspedes y fuimos los últimos en bajar a desayunar, aunque lo hicimos una hora antes de que terminara el horario del desayuno nos encontramos que el buffet solo tenía pequeñas sobras, nos vieron entrar en el restaurante y nos ignoraron de tal manera que tuvimos que avisar e indicar que no había tazas, cubiertos, comida… solo repusieron y a cuenta gotas lo que nosotros le íbamos indicando. Y para colmo cuando fuimos a dejar el hotel el recepcionista tuvo la poca prudencia de no hacer las comprobaciones necesarias y nos acusó de intentar marcharnos sin pagar cuando era una reserva con pago anticipado. En otra cuestión de cosas y por decir también lo positivo el wifi funciona bien, las camas son cómodas, la presión del agua es buena, la temperatura agradable y la limpieza adecuada, pero hay que tener en cuenta que es un edificio viejo y te encuentras con detalles que pueden ser desagradables como grietas en las paredes, señales de humedad, además el suelo de nuestra habitación crujía a cada paso y era irregular, el baño minúsculo y con un escalón que favorecía tener un accidente.

Wir waren enttäuscht: Im Februar 2022 nur Zimmerfrühstück ”wg. Corona”, welches man am Vorabend bestellen und die Lieferzeit angeben musste. Standard-Zimmer einschl. Bad sehr klein, Zimmertür zum Vorflur ließ sich nicht schließen (Bett im Weg), einfache Ausstattung. Wir wussten überhaupt nicht, wie und wo wir unser Frühstück einnehmen sollten. Die vier Sterne haben wir nicht gefunden. Dafür sind rd. 133 Euro + 15 Euro Tiefgarage pro Nacht zu viel. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Lage mitten im Zentrum, das überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, die hauseigene Tiefgarage, in die man auch mit einem großen Auto kommt (allerdings muss man für Ein- und Ausfahrt sich jeweils eine Karte an der Rezeption holen und anschließend gleich wieder abgeben), freie Minibar (4 Flaschen).

We stayed at the hotel for one night to visit an event in Karlsruhe. The hotel is located in a nice historic building, which is nice optically, but also means that noise insulation and heating is a bit dated. You could hear the trams passing by outside, which was quite a rumble each time, but I was surprised how well I slept nevertheless. The bed was great. The heating was more of an issue in early spring; it takes a long time to heat up the room. It's ok if you usually sleep in a colder room, but for my partner, it was too cold. The wooden elevator is historic (a technical monument), which I liked due to my interest in history and technology. Don't expect a highly modern device, though. Aside from that, the building is kept in working state despite its age, although some renovation could do wonders. This could have been a grand hotel when it was built, and it still has the potential if they were to renovate it. In operations, the hotel unfortunately looses points. Not having a kettle nor a safe in the room if below standard for a four-star plus hotel. The nozzle of the hair dryer fell of, apparently broken. You can't just walk in at night, you need to ring for the nightman to let you in after hours. The main door is locked and there is no side door or card reader for your room card. You need them to send someone and let you in. There is limited parking, which worked out for us. Things might be different is the hotel has more guests, then you might need to find other parking spaces. In total, if you need accommodation near the main train station and don't require too much, it's a nice place to stay, especially if you get a good rate. If you expect a four-star plus experience, the hotel falls short of reasonable expectation.

Buena ubicación para un hotel de cuatro estrellas. El hotel está cerca de la zona comercial y el entorno que lo rodea también es muy bueno. Llamar a un taxi desde el incendio principal cuesta casi 9 euros. El hotel es muy higiénico y el personal de recepción es muy amable. El hotel está totalmente equipado con un gimnasio. Es solo que la textura de la decoración interior es mejor. Más tarde, Karu elegirá vivir aquí.

Nuestra selección de hoteles en Karlsruhe fue un golpe en negro. Nos hemos sentido muy bien y bienvenidos. Esto es debido principalmente a Fiona en la recepción. ;) Ella nos ha escuchado en pequeños problemas y estos se han resuelto directamente. Nuestra habitación era muy atractiva y limpia. No podemos quejarnos. El entorno también es super y se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad en unos minutos. En cualquier caso, recomendaremos al hotel.
